“砰”的一声枪响，那边操场的跑道的运动员们象一匹匹脱缰的马儿，迅速地向终点冲去。这边标枪、铅球的比赛也同时拉开了，各班同学们都在为运动健儿们加油，呐喊声、助威声此起彼伏，一浪高过一浪，声浪里面装满了激情、盛满了快乐，跳上云朵，飞向蔚蓝的天空。仿佛要把这个消息，分享到世界的每一个角落。

“立定跳远项目就要开始了，快点，美美，陶陶。”小小鸟看到大屏幕上滚动播出的即将要进行的比赛项目中，看到了立定跳远将在5分钟后开赛，立马去把正沉浸在看标枪比赛中的美美和陶陶唤醒。

她们三个一起来到了立定跳远比赛的场地旁，远远的就看到我精神抖擞地走在运动员中间，不急不燥，淡定从容。“哇，好有范！”小蜜蜂率先开口道。“那当然喽，她可是学校里响当当的名人呢。”小小鸟翘起嘴巴说。“粉红色的上衣，黑粉相间的运动裤，好可爱的，跟我美美有的一比呢。”俏蝴蝶花痴地眼睛都快要眯成一条缝了。

裁判员带着他那可爱的小口哨也入场了，比赛将在3分钟后开始。此时，看到我弯弯腰，伸伸胳膊，压压腿，还时不时的在原地跳跃两下，原来她在做赛前热身呢。“美美，快看，然然为什么闭上眼睛，站着不动了。”小蜜蜂看着然然此时的情况，焦急地问着俏蝴蝶。“陶陶，你看不出来吗？然然那是在做深呼吸，她也会紧张的。她正在努力地让自己平静下来呢。其实，不管是谁，在比赛前肯定都会紧张的，关键要自己学会调整，才会在比赛时发挥出应有的水平。”俏蝴蝶耐心地给美美解释道。“是的，比赛前的自我调整很重要的。”小小鸟也迫不及待地插嘴进来说到。

只听裁判员的一声哨响，立定跳远比赛开始了。我是排在队伍中的第六位出场，前面的同学跳的成绩都还不错的，最好的一跳是183cm。我看着前面同学的成绩，心里在暗暗地给自己鼓劲加油。虽然平时我在家练的成绩大都在180cm至190cm之间，但她此时有信心跳出更好的成绩。

终于轮到我了，第一跳：183cm，俏蝴蝶、小蜜蜂、小小鸟一起对着我喊到：然然加油，然然加油！我给她们一个大大的笑容，接着用力一跳，成绩是187cm。此时，小小鸟的心都快要蹦到嗓子眼了，还不忘说：“哇，太赞了！”俏蝴蝶开口道：“我说的对吧，她是立定跳远皇后，每一跳都很完美的，快，接着看，真正精彩地在第三跳。”小小鸟、小蜜蜂都屏住呼吸，静待着然然的第三跳。随着裁判员的一声哨响，我屈腿向前，两只胳膊在身体两侧用力甩出，高高甩过头顶，利用重心原理，又再次回到胸前，这样来来回回四次时，一道优美的弧度划过校园操场的上空，引来了雷鸣般的掌声，最终成绩定格在189cm，我不但夺得了这个项目的冠军，更是打破了之前的校记录呢。小蜜蜂抑制不住激动的心情，边拍手边说：“太完美了，不愧是立定跳远的皇后，那完美一跳，犹如一道闪电、一道彩虹，惊艳无比！”

运动会还在继续，激情还在回荡，快乐还在酿造……这时美美来到我身边采访，问我此时此刻有什么想对同学们说的。我腼腆地说：“那一刻我把自己想像成一个弹簧，憋足所有储备能量，尽情舒展，把老师平时教诲的每一个动作注意细节像电影一样在脑海中播放。我还体悟到不管是功课和还是做事情想要做到更好，它的成绩就像一把尺子，在关键时刻量出你所付出的努力程度。但在平时，对于事情的执着、专注和勤奋也非常的重要。只有这样，才能在关键时刻绽放出耀眼的光芒。现在的快乐是平时努力付出收后的收获！”

I love reading, which enriches my knowledge and helps me know more about

the world. I love the school atmosphere. Students study together here and make

progress gradually. My favorite place here is library. I can read many books

here. Once I have some questions, I can find a lot of information. We fight for

the goal and plan details in the library in group task. I have so many good

memories to study here, which makes me so happy. No matter which school I am in,

听说学校要举行“千人写字大比武”活动，我练字更认真了，我没有想过要得奖，因为学校里写字高手如林，我只想着不要丢班级和学校的脸。这次意外地拿到了“二等奖”我怎么能不高兴，不激动？

不过这次比赛我最大的收获不是得到二等奖，而是让我懂了：付出就有收获！

读书是一种享受，是一种快乐，是一位朋友。它是我最大的乐趣。

上三年级的某一天放假，我吵着闹着要去朝阳公园玩。可妈妈非但没带我去，反而带我去了新华书店。“好吧!”我闷闷不乐的跨进店门，“投君子所好，行了吧?”书店里的儿童读物琳琅满目，我却一点也提不起兴趣。

“莹莹，你试试看呗!没准就喜欢上了。”妈妈劝道。

哎!苍天呐!大地呀!谁来救救我呀?我在心里高呼。表面上却还得顺着妈妈的意愿，怕把她得罪了(不爱发脾气的人发起脾气来是最可怕的)：“行!试试!”

随手从科普类抽出一本书，拿在手里，应付道：“我看这本，行不?你去看你的书吧!”可妈妈好似和我干上了，说，她要和我一起看。

就坐后，妈妈饶有兴趣地问：“咦?你还喜欢看动物科普?”

“怎么可能?!我才不喜欢!你问这个干嘛?”我没好气地偷偷白了妈妈一眼。

“那………那你拿这本书干嘛?”妈妈似乎很惊讶。

“怎么了?”我把书的封面翻过来，盯着封面，我愣了好一阵子：我拿的居然是《动物百科》!随后又在心里不住地抱怨：手气怎么这么“好”?!“那个……拿错了!”我想换，却又被妈妈拦下了：“拿了一本书，就看完再换!”哎!我的目光苦涩地移向窗户。外面晴空万里，太阳明媚地照耀着大地。可不知怎么的，我总觉得太阳在笑，而且是在朝我笑。

哼!你也嘲笑我!我心里十分不爽，真想用手里这本书将太阳砸下来，再收拾一顿。可我不能，于是，纵然心中有千百种怨言，还是要把书看完。闷闷不乐的拿起《动物百科》，将怒气撒在了手上，每翻一页都格外用力。

可慢慢的，我就发现，书海中的知识像磁石般牢牢地将我吸住了。我开始像一匹饿狼，贪婪地读着。直到时间不够了，我才依依不舍的将书放回书架。

走出书店，我深吸了一口气，感到心情格外舒畅。我深知，我经历了一次生命的升华。

大家都知道，获得成功的唯一途径是努力工作。正如俗话所说的“不磨面，没饭吃”。你见过有人靠无所事事获得成功吗?当然，答案是“不”。所以我们知道，如果你想要得到东西，你需要付出。

辛勤一年的农民得到丰收;科学家经过多年的研究获得成果;学生通过努力获得好成绩;就连小小的蚂蚁都知道日夜辛勤的工作来获取食物。他们知道总有一些人等待机会的降临。他们把自己的失败归结于运气不好。因此，很多的人最后没有获得什么。聪明的人知道他们需要更多的努力，成功的机会更大。

所以，当别人实现梦想，自己仍无所事事时，不要抱怨命运的不公平，也不要放弃。记住：没有付出，就没有收获。

me?" Mother stared my one eye, said angrily: "find the 2 yuan more, we should

give the money back, do not want the covet petty gain! Besides, somebody else

sell Popsicle more not easy!" Say that finish, mother take fire up the sun, give

somebody else sent 3 yuan.

When someone asks me: What is your Chinese dream? I will answer it without

any hesitation: to be a good doctor. The reason why I want to be a doctor is

that I want to save people’s lives as possible as I can. When I was young, I had

a terrible car accident. Thanks to the doctors, they brought me back to life.

From then on, to be a good doctor has always been an inspiration to me. I will

study hard to make sure that my dream will come true in the future.

Chinese dream is made up of every ordinary people’s dreams. We should do

our best to make our dream come true.

Science and technology have been bringing human beings tremendous benefits.

Thanks to science and technology, we now live comfortably and conveniently in

houses furnished with air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and

televisions etc. Thanks to science and technology, we can eat fresh vegetables

at the year round. Thanks to science and technology, we can travel long

distances in the fraction of a second on planes, trains and cars. Thanks to

science and technology, we wear clothes with synthetic materials which can not

easily be worn out.

However, science and technology have atso brought us a lot of disasters.

First, because of the many breakthroughs in the field of medicine, people are

now living much longer than they used to. As a result, the population of the

world is increasing, causing lots of problems. Second, because of the

development of industry, lots of the wastes from factories pour into the air and

rivers, causing pollution of all kinds. Third, some terrorists are using science

and technology against mankind. They use biological, chemical and unclear

weapons to threaten world peace...

So its urgent that we find ways to solve these problems. But we should not

stop the development of science and technology because of these disasters they

bring, just as we should not give up eating for fear of choking. In addition, we

should make some rules to regulate our actions. As long as we use science and

technology in a proper way, they may bring us even more benefits.
