多种形式的学习，提高了理论水平。作为一名年轻干部，我有了一定的理论知识和工作经验，但既不够系统也不够丰富。通过老师深入浅出的讲授，感觉豁然开朗，许多问题从理论上找到了依据，对一些实际问题的解决办法也找到了切入点，感觉收获很大。通过学习，让我强化了服务大局的意识，跟清晰更全面的看到一带一路等国家大战略的意义。

总的来说，各位老师们以朴实无华的语言为我们授课解惑，对我们来说是一次难得的学习机会，更是一次书本知识与具体工作相结合的锻炼机会。

不同地域欧的学习，开阔了视野。这一次培训给了我们接受高端教育的机会，让我们开阔了眼界，丰富了知识，打开了思路，不仅对本地本土有了更加深入的认识，也对开放先进的城市、理念有了进一步的了解。

浙江大学教授的六节课，让我们站在了更高的台阶上重新的认识、学习各方面的理论知识，这样让我们站在更高的层次上看待我们的工作，看待我们的缺点和不足。

嘉兴南湖革命纪念馆、华立集团的参观让我有很大的感触——当我们感叹现在的发展成果时，我们更应想到当初为了现在的成果有多少人付出了多少的努力。

结合这几天老师所讲的内容，总结出了干好工作应具备的六种能力：一是科学决策力，就是面对现今复杂局面和形势变化要做出正确抉择的能力;二是贯彻执行能力，就是面对问题要拿出行之有效的方案与计划，贯彻执行并得当有力;三是综合协调能力，就是在工作中能把握大局、权衡协调、统筹兼顾;四是开拓创新能力，要以大无畏的精神，在旧有的经验基础上大胆尝试，做到与时俱进、科学合理;五是学习实践能力，要把学习当成是毕生的任务。

这次培训无论是课堂学习还是参观考察，无论是师生互动还是所见所闻，都让我从各个角度获得了知识，感谢工委给了我们这次学习的机会。今后，我也会尽自己所能把所学知识运用于实际工作中。如上是我对这次培训学习的几点肤浅的心得，如有不当请批评指正。

一年过去了(我上二年级了)，我画的画在我看来和我们画画班同学相比还是有一定的差距，再加上我又开始增加了英语这门课外课程，这样，星期六、星期天留给我玩的时间很少了。为了能有更多的玩耍的时间，我有了想要放弃学画画的想法，于是我去和妈妈商量，可是没有取得妈妈的同意。我只能继续下去了。慢慢地，我的画画水平也有了很大的进步，再加上老师又开始教我们水粉画了，我的兴趣就又有了。这一坚持就一直到现在。

现在的我已经非常的喜欢画画了。你们看，一件东西，一样物品，在我的画笔下已经能够被很好的展现出来了。

至于画画能够学到什么时候结束我也不知道，但是只要我喜欢、只要我能够坚持下去，我想我会一直不断的学下去的。

考试前，考试的时候，我总是很紧张，因为我生怕考不好，回家我又要挨批评了，所以每次我都认真做题。

拿到考卷时，我的手都会微微颤抖，因为我怕上面有许多我不会的题目，可拿到试卷仔细一看往往又都是我会的，我原先那种紧张的感觉就会一扫而空，但是越是这样我就越要小心，因为之前的许多次考试，我都是因此而没考好。所以下一次考试我会十分小心，因为都会做，写的速度就很快，试卷一下就做好了，起初还会有心思去检查，可是从没有耐心把题目从头至尾检查完毕，以致每次考试总会出现问题。

我自己也感觉很奇怪，每一次考试我都感觉会考好，可结果往往不是我想象的那样，而是恰好相反。

由此，我悟出了一个道理，要想真正考好，必须要付出，付出的大，收获就多!
