那年的九月(2007年)，我踏入了学校的大门，成为了一名小学生。同年十月的一个星期六的早上，妈妈领着我走进了张莲画室，开始学画画，从此，我又成为了张老师的一名学生。

刚开始的时候，张老师先教我们从最基本的画起，用水彩笔、油画棒先画一些想象画。想象画，就是老师出一个题目，我们在纸上凭自己的想象随意的画。握着比自己手指头还要粗、还要长的水彩笔、油画棒，我在纸上笨拙的画出了一张张看起来不是十分好看的画。

一年过去了(我上二年级了)，我画的画在我看来和我们画画班同学相比还是有一定的差距，再加上我又开始增加了英语这门课外课程，这样，星期六、星期天留给我玩的时间很少了。为了能有更多的玩耍的时间，我有了想要放弃学画画的想法，于是我去和妈妈商量，可是没有取得妈妈的同意。我只能继续下去了。慢慢地，我的画画水平也有了很大的进步，再加上老师又开始教我们水粉画了，我的兴趣就又有了。这一坚持就一直到现在。

现在的我已经非常的喜欢画画了。你们看，一件东西，一样物品，在我的画笔下已经能够被很好的展现出来了。

至于画画能够学到什么时候结束我也不知道，但是只要我喜欢、只要我能够坚持下去，我想我会一直不断的学下去的。

我在五年级的暑假期间参加了一个为期四天的“小领袖”的夏令营。在这短短的四天夏令营生活中一次经历让我收获了在学校里学不到的东西。

记得其中有一个活动环节是要求我们挑战自我，去做在日常生活中不曾也不敢做的事情。我们的导师把学员一一分组。把我和其他几位姐姐分成了一组。任务是跳一段印度舞，白天准备，晚上展示。其他的一切自己想办法解决。很显然，道具、服装、音乐等一切要自己动脑筋想办法解决。

时间紧，任务中，这下可把我们愁坏了。应该怎么办呢?经过大家七嘴八舌地讨论之后，年龄最大的姐姐给我们做了分工。两人买服装，两人准备舞蹈，另外两人买化妆品和饰品。整整一上午，大家齐心协力，互相帮助，完成了服装的准备工作。

要跳印度舞，光有服装可不行，更重要的是舞蹈的编排，而我们这六个胖嘟嘟的小女孩，又都没有深厚的舞蹈功底，要想鼓起上台表演的勇气可不是那么简单。但想到要挑战自我的目标，就横下心来，打起精神跟着网上的教学视频一个动作一个动作地学，开始实在学不像，屡屡笑场，但想到时间有限，就互相提醒不能浪费时间。姐妹六个都很认真很刻苦的练习，额头上的汗都顾不上擦。一下午的时间不知不觉间，很快就过去了。

到了晚上，该展示我们的成果了。我们几个“小演员”在候场时，互相加油鼓劲儿。我印象最深的是有个姐姐鼓励我说：“不用担心，你把动作都练熟了，把上台表演看得和跟在台下练习一样，要相信自己，你一定行!”

轮到我们上台了，音乐声响起，伴随着优美的旋律，满满的伸展胳膊，抬腿，跟上节奏，每一个动作都在脑海里重现。一曲终了，赢得台下阵阵掌声。

这次印度舞演出，虽然在别人眼里微不足道，但却让我受益匪浅。它让我明白了要学会挑战自我，突破自我，超越自我。而演出前的分工与合作更让我体会到团队协作的力量之强大。这次经历让我收获了很多，也学习到了很多。是的，每一次经历都是一种收获，让我们去趟过一条条河，跨过一道道坎，经历过一次次考验，去收获更多，从而走向人生更广阔的舞台吧!

没一会经过九曲十八弯我们来到了一个新的游戏区。这里有一个造型奇特并且很大的迷宫。大伯父说“你们进去吧，我在出口等你们。”我们两个像两只小老鼠一样滋溜一下钻进了迷宫。进了迷宫我们才发现迷宫里有数不清的门，但是你不知道哪个是正确的门，我们一扇一扇的试，却发现这时候幸运之神居然不愿意眷顾我们，每次都要试好久才能找到正确的门。这时二毛已经有些着急了，怯怯的问我“姐姐，我们什么时候才能出去呢?”他甚至快要哭了，我连忙摸摸他的头安慰他说：“别担心，姐姐很快就带你出去!”终于废了九牛二虎之力我们走出了迷宫。

然而出了迷宫的门，让我们意外的是，我们没有找到大伯父。我突然慌了，心像小兔子马上要跳出来一样。大声的喊着“大伯，大伯!”而二毛则吓哭了，不停地喊着“爸爸、爸爸!姐姐，爸爸去哪里?”

看着哭成花猫一样的弟弟，我突然感受到作为姐姐的真正责任。于是我强迫自己镇定下来。我蹲下来，轻轻擦掉他的眼泪，安慰道：“二毛乖，别害怕，有姐姐在呢，你爸爸一定是见我们这么久没出来，进迷宫去找我们了。我们就在迷宫出口等，他很快就会出来找我们了。”我边说边做出无比自信的神态，让二毛相信我的话。然后温柔的抱了抱他。果然二毛止住了哭声，睁大眼睛望着我说：“嗯，我相信姐姐。”

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

A library is a building for a collection or books, magazines, periodicals

and newspapers. The books are kept on the shelves in the stack room whereas the

magazines, journals, etc. in the reading rooms. Modern libraries also have xerox

We went to the part where we have decided to have the picnic. During the picnic ,we talked with each other,played games,and so on. On balance, I had a nice day and I will never forget it.Because it is so happy in the picnic and we remaided so many pleasures things in our childhood.
