桂林位于祖国广西省东北部，她虽然面积不大，却是世界着名旅游胜地和历史文化名城。桂林的景色的诱人，漓江清澈见底。人们坐在游船上游览一个个千奇百怪的山峰。山峰有的像一个大桃子，有的像一匹骆驼，有的侧着看就像一个人的脸各种各样的山峰形态各异，漂亮极了。尤其是九马画山，九马画山就像一幅巨大的水墨画，画上是一个找马游戏，你要是很仔细地看，就有可能找到九匹马；你要是粗略地看几下，很可能一匹马都找不到。漓江的水也很漂亮，就像被绿颜料染过了一样。美丽的山峰倒映在漓江水中，就像一幅美丽的山水画。

This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

I kept a diary every day. Besides doing farm work， I help the children in the neighborhood with their lessons. All of them showed interest in English. 今天，是我最开心的日子，我们班要去北京玩了。

第一站北京大学，简称北大。到了正门，我们照了几张相片。我很想进去看一看，于是，大人就找门卫说：“我们能进去吗？”看门的叔叔说：“你们有通行证吗？没有不能进去。”大家没有任何办法只能去下一站了。

第二站清华大学。我的心情又激动又高兴，心想：“这次一定要进去，如果进不去我哪也不去了。”过了十多分钟，我们到了对面这下更气人我们连照相片都没照，只是坐在车里远远地看了一眼。我失望地想着：不亏是中国最好的大学，连进去看看都这么难。我发誓一定要好好学习，将来去这所大学上学。

第三站中国科学技术官。过了三十多分钟我们到了，进入大厅我看到了许多古怪的东西，妈妈说那都是中国古代伟大的发明。我最喜欢地是一个铜盆，两边有两个像耳朵一样的把手，盆里有水，手沾上水，用手摩擦两个把手，擦的越快越使劲，声音越大。旁边的叔叔说：“用力摩擦，还会看到溅起地水花呢。这是一个共振现象。”我很好奇，想问原因，我还没说出口，只听妈妈说：“孩子，好好学习长大了，学了物理你就会明白了。”我们又看到了地震仪、恐龙化石、人体器官………

第四站军事博物馆，我看到了军事飞机、大炮、坦克、汽车。这些东西看上去很旧，妈妈告诉我它们身上遗留着历史的痕迹。我似懂非懂。

第五站天安门广场。我们来到了美丽的天安门广场，看到了矩形花坛，上面几个十分醒目地数字1945——-2015这意味着抗战胜利70周年。我们期待已久地降旗仪式开始了，在美妙的音乐声中，国旗落了下来。

我们乘着夜车高高兴兴、平平安安的回家了。
