回到现实，岁月一点一点的包扎历史的伤痕，厚厚的尘土，历史的尘封。走进一块废墟，伸出手，静静地抚摸他，岩石是冰冷的，指尖的一触，情不自禁地叹息，这块废墟，似一位风烛残年的老人，他也曾有过美好的青春，但是，他最繁华的一瞬，统统付之一炬，如今只剩彷徨的躯壳，总是万分心伤，也只有等岁月缓缓包扎伤口。低下头，俯下身，试着像宗璞那样，聆听废墟的召唤。闭目，已全然不顾游人的嬉笑.是的，我听见了，我听见了对历史的追思，听见了废墟的哀鸣，听见了对未来的攀登。纵使断垣残壁，纵使满目疮痍，纵使饱经苦难。但是我们，站起来了。中华人民，努力地抗争，牺牲自我，求得祖国安宁。奋勇前进，抵抗外来侵略，努力拼搏，积极参加革命斗争，建设新的祖国。全民族统一战线，每一个中国人，堂堂正正的中国人，都在拼搏啊，都在为祖国的繁荣出力呀，都在努力实现自己的中国梦啊！

繁华落尽终有时，而今迈步从头越。历史的天空，终究留不住寒雨夜来风，而我们，应该牢记历史，吸取教训，迈步向前，奉献吧，努力吧，历史镌刻的，我们不能忘记，吸取前车之鉴，建设我们自己，我们自己的祖国。

抬头，立定，向前走去，心中默默牢记这些记忆，而他们，也许已经不是废墟，他们，应该是屹立在风雨中的英雄，从被摧毁的那一刻，他们被赋予了新的使命——让后人从哀溺之中觉醒，使后人能紧紧握住自己的武器。

今天，我来到了北京海洋馆。

刚一进海洋馆，首先映入眼帘的是一条“钢管鱼”，是我自己起的罢了。它那强壮的身体就好比一根长长的钢管。所以，他这个名字就是这样由来的。接着，我看见了水母。我看见它的第一个感觉就是，好轻，好柔美，使我心里感到特别舒畅!你看!它那吸盘周围有一圈小爪子，一收一放。看起来特别机灵。

可最吸引我的还是小企鹅。小企鹅的一身黑白分明，可爱极了!当你把手放在和它的“家”隔着的那一片玻璃上，它就会跟隧你的手自由的游来游去!再它的“家”里还有许多的大企鹅。它们站在那里一动也不动，小哨兵一样站在那里，我开始还以为是假的呢!继续往前走，在一块大牌子上刻着“海底世界”四个大字。走进去一看，“哇!好漂亮呀!”这几个字情不自惊的从我口中蹦了出来。但是，我说的也并不假，里面就象和鱼儿们亲密接触一样，只不过是隔了一道玻璃罢了。那里面有小丑鱼，大白鲨……还有一些花花绿绿的说不出名的鱼。真是美不胜收啊!

我喜欢海洋馆，因为那里面有许许多多的好看的鱼!

我的假期生活这个暑假,我非常开心.虽然我没有出去旅游。但是我和朋友们到养老院去帮助老人们。到了养老院,我们自我介绍了后,就开始为老人们做事了。首先,我们先分了组。有的去扫地,有的去帮老人们捶背,有的陪老人们解闷,而我和其他的朋友帮老人晒洗被子。我们开始了,我们用洗衣粉洒在老人们的被子上,用刷子搓了又搓,很累。我体会到了妈妈的辛苦。接着,我们就晒被子了。我们在养老院待了一个下午,和老人道别后,我决定以后多帮父母做家务。

今天我们的第二个目标就是达篷山度假区那是雅戈尔集团建造的度假胜地，里面有许多好玩的东西比如说激流勇进，有刺激的三百六十度大旋转，还有我最喜欢玩的海盗船，等等。

首先一进大门就看见有京剧的面具，有张飞，曹操和关羽的面具，往前走还有栩栩如生的兵马有他们仪态端庄我仿佛真的来到了古代的皇宫，接着走进去便来到了海盗船的地方，妈妈因为胆子太小所以不敢去玩，所以我和阿姨一还有姐姐一起去，海盗船起航楼!船飞快的荡起来，反倒上面的时候我感觉我好像快掉出去了一样，姐姐和阿姨在尖叫，而我却一声不响因为我喊不出来连眼睛都被风费遮住了。

最后一向是激流勇进，我们坐在橡皮艇上开始漂流我原本以为这是风平浪静的，结果开了一半只见要吓破了，水哗的一声把我的裤子都淋湿了。

今天我们去北京植物园，一下车，看见一块石头上写着“北京植物园”几个大字。一进去就看见一个大的荷花园，绿绿的荷叶上开着许多粉色和白色的荷花。

我们走进蝴蝶馆，那里有许多五颜六色的蝴蝶，我的眼睛都看花了。向前走就是温室大棚，里面有许多各种各样的植物，有沙漠中各种形状的仙人掌和仙人球，有的长很象树一样高，有的比桶还要粗、还要大。往向走就是热带雨林室，一进去就感觉空气很清爽，中间有个小瀑布，周围有各种各样的植物，其中水竹最多，我知道了，万物生长靠太阳，植物也离不开阳光的照耀，热带雨林是生长在热带高温、高湿地区的森林，那里是动植物的天堂。

今年的暑假，我过得特别有意义。因为爸爸给我报了学校组织的夏令营活动。 7月28号这天我的心情多么高兴啊。一大早我们就来到了学校，然后坐上了去安徽的车子。来到徽州，转过头看车外，只见外面到处都是山，一座连着一座，蜿蜒起伏，在山的周围云雾缭绕，似人间仙境。 到了徽州，我们游览了棠越牌坊群，看到了古朴典雅的古代建筑，也知道了封建社会忠、孝、节、义伦理的概貌。在牌坊群我们一边参观一边听故事，真让我受益匪浅。

离开牌坊群，我们又来到了鲍家花园，在那里我认识了许多价格昂贵的而又非常奇特的植物，这些植物的寿命十分长，真令人惊叹。 第二天，我们坐上车子来到了徽州的一所乡村小学。一到小学门口，我便惊呆了，这里的校园很小，房子没有我们那里的漂亮，再看看操场，全是沙子和石头，压根儿就没有草地，更别说什么塑胶了。进入教室，只见一个小小的讲台，课桌有双人的有单人的，虽然破旧，但排列很整齐。条件这么艰苦，可这里的学生仍然很开心，学习也很刻苦。想想我们那里的学习的条件，我们还有什么资格不认真学习呢？

中午，我来到了与我结对的小女孩家里，我们一边聊天一边吃饭，非常开心。下午那个小女孩的爸爸带着我们来到了他们家田地里，绿油油的田地周围有清澈的小溪，各种美丽的花儿，在这里劳动简直是一种享受。在田地里，我认识了许多有趣的农作物，如：玉米、花生、南瓜;这些都是我们平时难以看见的，让我收获很大。 傍晚，我们离开了农家，汽车虽然开远了，但那小女孩美丽的笑容，却深深留在了我的脑海里。 第三天，我们去了障山大峡谷，一路上，我看见有一座特别高大的山，它的四周云雾缠绕，那云雾好像是它的白丝巾，哦，这就是著名的黄山。我们一边登山一边欣赏美丽的峡谷风景，不一会就来到了我们的目的地--翡翠谷。

这里的瀑布雄伟壮观，泉水冰凉清爽，我被眼前的景色迷住了，仿佛来到了人间仙境。 三天的夏令营很快就结束了，这三天让我感受到了大自然的美丽神奇，学会了离开妈妈独立生活，体会到我们现在生活的幸福。这真是一次令人难忘的夏令营。

My summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable.I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays.It is very beautiful there.There are green plants,clear rivers,lovely animals and kind people.I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there.I wrote down what happened in my diary every day.

Besides that,I helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons.I helped them read English and improve their spoken English.Their parents thanked me for this.

I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays this year.I liked green plants,clear rivers and lovely amimals there.I breathed the fresh air on the mountain and sometimes I went swimming in the river.I kept a diary every day.

I liked not only the scene of the countryside,but also the people there.I helped them to do farm work.I also helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons.The children were interested in English.They were good at reading and writing,but did not do well in listening and speaking.I helped them improve their listening and speaking.Their parents thought highly of me.I realized that knowledge is greatly needed in the countryside.

Everyone always has a good Sunday. On Sundays， everybody does some things what he like.

Last Sunday， Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After breakfast， Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then he played the guitar in the room. And he sang songs very loudly. Though it’s very relaxing for him， it also make very noisy for neighbors. Maybe he should turn down the music. At noon， jack fed his pet cat henry. He is Jack’s favorite. Jack always play with him on the weekends. At night， he watched TV on the sofa. At the some time， he ate many delicious snacks. So he really had a great time.

At the of day， jack thought if I always have a relaxing Sunday like today. I will become the happiest boy all over the world.

期末考试完了，暑假就要来了。为了让暑假过得有意义，我有以下打算。

1、锻炼身体。参加学校的暑假足球队，每天坚持和爸爸打羽毛球、网球、篮球、排球，骑自行车，让身体更棒、更强壮。

2、我要把老师布置的作业做完，复习已学过的课本知识。

3、如果我考试考得好，作为奖励，爸爸妈妈带我去北京玩，看看美丽的长城、故宫、天安门牙、中华世纪坛、水立方等景点，拍很多很多的照片给同学分享。

这就是我的暑假计划。
