Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. 在北京，我游览了许多名胜古迹：长城，天安门，人民英雄纪念碑，故宫，颐和园……。但是令我印象最深的还是故宫。

故宫是明清帝王生活和执政的地方，据说有九千九百九十九间房间。它位于北京的正中轴线上，前面是天安门广场，后面是景山公园。

一踏进故宫的城门，你就会发现这儿的建筑物上到处雕龙刻凤，无处不透露着这儿曾经的主人的非凡地位。那边的柱子也粗了，我们两个小朋友环抱都抱不拢。

故宫的建筑包含古代金火水土木风水元素。朱红的房梁是一团火，屋顶上的瓦片和黄土地一样，高处的横梁都用镀金雕刻了龙凤图案，整个建筑都用粗粗的木头搭建成而成。还有室外的草地上有着两个铜制的大水缸。

我们还参观了其中的珍宝馆。那边陈列了帝王的王冠和凤冠，绿得深湛的翡翠，硕大无比已经风化的珍珠，和波斯猫眼睛一样的猫晴石，长长的朝珠…….那些珠宝美不胜收。

最后我们还游览了御花园，欣赏了有着江南风情的假山和流水，结束了愉快的故宫之旅。

我恋恋不舍不舍地离开了故宫。它是中国几千年文明史的见证，是中华民族智慧的结晶。

In the summer vacation is very meaningful for me, because I met a special

今年暑假，爸爸单位组织人员去西安旅游，因正赶上周末，我也随同前往。

我们于17日夜晚10时乘坐大巴车出发，出河北，跨河南、进陕西，于次日8时到达西安。两天时间，我们先后游览了园艺世博会、大雁塔、西安古城墙、华清池、秦陵地宫和秦始皇兵马俑，其中我印象最深的地方有大雁塔、古城墙、华清池和兵马俑。

大雁塔建于唐代，又名大慈恩寺塔，是中国古代唯一一座因寺而建的塔，是玄奘法师为供奉从印度带回的佛像和经典而修建的。玄奘就是唐僧，由此我想起了我最喜欢的小说——《西游记》，里面有勇敢机智的孙悟空、好吃懒做的猪八戒、任劳任怨的沙和尚，还有许多妖魔鬼怪。

西安古城墙是世界上现存规模最大的古城堡，规模宏大，设计科学，设施完备，可攻可守。在这里我还知道了“城门失火、殃及池鱼”这个成语的由来。原来是为防止敌人火攻城门，在大门上方建有一个大水池。平时里面盛满水养鱼，紧急时刻放水灭火，水池里没水了，鱼也就死了。

华清池位于西安市临潼区北麓，建设于古代华清宫遗址之上，集中反映了古代帝王唐明皇和杨贵妃的奢侈腐化生活。华清池还是震惊中外的西安事变的发生地，在这里，爱国将领张学良、杨虎城兵谏蒋介石，要求其停止内战，一致抗日。从此开始第二次国共合作，联合抗日，最终把日本侵略者赶出中国。

秦始皇兵马俑是世界八大奇迹之一，是秦始皇陵的陪葬坑，是世界最大的地下军事博物馆，距今有两千多年历史。秦始皇兵马俑是在1974年3月，附近村民抗旱打井时发现的，现已挖掘出1号、2号坑，由于现有保护技术还不够先进，3号和4号坑不敢挖掘。

有句话是“五十年中国看深圳，一百年中国看上海，一千年中国看北京，五千年中国看西安”。西安是十三朝古都，见证了中国五千年兴衰，承载了中华民族最厚重的历史。我们两天三夜的旅游行程，秋雨绵绵，一刻未停，难道那或急如万马奔腾，或缓如轻歌曼舞的秋雨就是中国五千年沉重的历史节拍幻化而来，展现到我们面前，警示我们不忘历史、奋发图强的吗?

游览归来，秋雨顿停，和风丽日，万里无云。

暑假，爸爸去太原开会，我也跟着去。路过我国的首都北京，就在那里玩了几天。我们登上了雄伟壮观的万里长城，浏览了金碧辉煌的北京故宫，晚上，回到旅馆，我问爸爸：“明天我们去哪里玩呀?”爸爸说：“明天我们就去圆明园，接受一次爱国主义教育吧!”我听了，心里特别高兴。

第二天上午，我们坐着公共汽车沿着三环路，向圆明园驰去。在车上，爸爸告诉我：圆明园在北京西北郊，是一座举世闻名的皇家园林。圆明园不但建筑雄伟，还收藏着珍贵的历史文物。所以它又是当时世界上最大的博物馆、艺术馆。我听了，心想：圆明园一定是像爸爸所说的那样美丽，那样迷人……想着想着，圆明园已经到了。

我们买了门票进了大门，首先来到绮春园，这里的景色的确很美丽：有清澈的湖水，水中长着青青的荷叶和粉红色的荷花，湖对面是茂密的树林，园中到处开着五颜六色的鲜花，使我感到仿佛走进了童话般的仙境。

走过绮春园，路过佛海，大约走了两公里，我们来到了西洋楼遗址，这是我们重点游览的景点。但到了这里，却让我大吃一惊：这里并不看到像爸爸所说的金碧辉煌的殿堂，也没有玲珑剔透的亭台楼阁，更不见什么珍贵的历史文物，而全是一片废墟，到处是残垣断壁。于是我问：“爸爸，你看这里全是残缺不堪的石砖石柱，一点儿也不像您所说的呀?”爸爸听了，脸上顿时显出严肃的神色，说：“1860年，英、法联军侵入北京，闯进圆明园。他们把园里所有的奇珍异宝和珍贵文物统统掠走，笨重文物就用马车搬走，实在运不走的，就随意破坏。为了销毁罪证，三千多名侵略军奉命在园内放火。大火连烧三天，烟云笼罩整个北京城。我国这一园林艺术的瑰宝，建筑艺术的精华，就这样化为灰烬。”我问：“那些人为什么这么不讲道理?”爸爸说：“那时我们中国太落后，所以受到外国人的侵略和欺侮。”我听了，心里特别难过。

我们在这片废墟上照了许多相，还参观了“国耻展览”，但我总是高兴不起来，心情非常沉重。在回旅馆的路上，我想：我一定要好好学习，学好本领，长大了把祖国建设得更加强大，更加美丽!

今年暑假，我们一家三口和小龙叔叔一家来到了崂山北九水。路上，小龙叔叔给我们介绍北九水，说北九水是“童话世界”“风光宝地””人间仙境”，有“九水画廊”的美誉。

听了小龙叔叔的介绍，我恨不得马上飞到崂山去看这仙境般的北九水。一转眼，我们在车上谈笑时，已经到了售票口。我们于是下车步行上山。一路上，山路弯弯。山路两旁屹立着重重叠叠的山峰，溪水在山涧中哗华地流淌着，好像在唱一生欢乐的歌，宛然一副活生生的画。到了一水，当了台阶，五颜六色的花朵，不时飘来阵阵诱人的清香，小鸟在林间欢快地唱歌，各种各样的蜻蜓和蝴蝶在飞舞，哗哗流淌着的消息清澈见底，我仿佛见到了人间仙境。 到了三水，我的腿像灌了铅一样，我们便在小溪边休息。我们玩打水仗，把水往对方身上洒，大家都没有被弄湿衣服而生气，而是沉浸在欢声笑语中。

只听“扑通”一声，原来小溪里的石头太滑，小龙叔叔的脚没踩稳，掉进了水里，都的人哈哈大笑。接着，我们参观了“九水十八潭”中的“十八潭”，每一个潭中间都立着一块石头，上面写着间潭、清心潭、致柔潭……十八个潭各式各样的名字。每个潭都有么个潭的特点，如坐望潭的水是碧绿的，而间潭的水则是深绿。哪来那么大的水生?走进一看，那瀑布好似百万条长龙飞流直下，发出如狮吼雷般的响声，雄伟壮观，气势磅礴，敢于贵州黄果树瀑布相媲美的潮音瀑。

让人不由得想起李白的一句诗：“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天。”我们游览了近一天的时间，北九水的美景如诗如画，如歌如曲，似仙境，让人陶醉，让人流连忘返!

今天我来到了我们的首都北京。

我去的第一个景点就是万里长城。进了登长城的入口，第一眼就看见了一个大炮，这个大炮全身都是黑色的，有一个长长的粗粗的炮管。炮管下面是两个黑黑的轮子，还有一个大架子。妈妈给我照了张照片然后我们就开是登长城了。

在长城上 我四处张望

，看到长城两边的砖上都可这种文字和英文，我问妈妈：“这是什么?”妈妈回答说：“这是来自各个国家的游客都想在长城上留下自己的足迹，所以才把自己的名字刻在上面的。”长城上面的砖头有半米左右长。

我走呀走呀，一会就走到“烽火台”，烽火台的下面是一间黑房子，上面是点火的地方。我又走了一会，不知不觉就走到长城最高的地方，我往远处一看，绿树成荫，几只小鸟在空中飞过。我说：“妈妈不能再爬了。”休息了一会我们就顺着小路下去了。

长城的夜景也很漂亮，长城的周围是彩色的，有多种颜色，分别是红、绿、黄、蓝、白。远远望去长城就像是一条彩色的巨龙。

天亮了我们去了天安门，天安门的门口有一个大大的大灯笼，那个灯笼的后面是一个大纪念碑，上面的字都是金色的，闪闪发光。旁边还有8根龙柱，又名叫华表，还有几个大球，是用小花组成的。天安门的后面就是故宫，广场的南边是人民大会堂，东边是__纪念馆。

我们又去了鸟巢，鸟巢就像是小鸟的住宅，仿佛是从高高的树梢搬到了地面上。水立方，是一个大的正方形就像是一个蓝色的大箱子。门口还有一个音乐喷泉，伴着不同的音乐喷出各式各样的水花。有一个人跑到了喷泉中央，那水是竖着喷的，一下子就把那个人的衣服给弄湿了，把大家笑的都前俯后仰。

北京真好，我还要来玩!

暑假期间，我和爸爸妈妈等人去了“五岳之首”——泰山。 我们乘缆车上了山，当缆车升上山顶时，从缆车上鸟瞰，结满厚厚冰层的高山连绵起伏，在阳光的照射下焕发出彩色的光芒。不由让我想起了唐代诗人杜甫的一句诗：“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”!

我攀登过风景如画的云台上，也游览过山水翠绿的万仙山，但是和雄伟的泰山相比它们却缺少了一种英姿!你看那一座座拔地而起的高山，有的如刀砍如斧劈一般险峻，危峰兀立，怪石嶙峋，好像一不小心就会栽倒下来!有的却又像骆驼，像仙人指路••••••奇峰罗列，形态万千;远处那一片长满青松地峰峦，像极了新生的竹笋，色彩明丽，到了山顶，蔚蓝色的天空仿佛触手可及，正午的时候月牙儿却和太阳遥相对望，这大概是泰山独有的吧。

除了美景外，我印象深刻的就是泰山“山石铺成的台阶”。我比较胆小，并且还有一点恐高。当我们过了“南天门”这一景区后，下山的台阶变得几乎垂直，我心想这是不是玉皇大帝用来考验人类毅力的台阶呀!我让爸爸拉着我一个一个台阶慢慢的下去，身体好像一不小心就会栽下去，好几次我都喊累，腿也软了不停的抖着，心也悬着了，每走过一段路程都要坐下来，休息一会儿。爸爸妈妈不断地鼓励我，对我说“宝贝坚持就是胜利”!看着从我身边走过的下山的爷爷奶奶、弟弟妹妹们，我决定不管怎样也要走下去。就这样经过三个多小时，我们成功的下了山，我也体会到了人们常说的“上山容易，下山难”了。我可是第一次下这么陡、这么高的山，对我来说算是一次锻练，要知道我可是在心里斗争了好多次才坚持走下山的。

雄伟的泰山，奇秀竣险!果然没有辜负五岳之首的盛名!难忘的下山经历更让我“能不忆泰山”?

参加夏令营的五天四夜里我的耐力得到充分的锻炼，比如体力——每天马拉松似地走路，比如耐心——多次的不必要的等待，又比如消化能力——对小米粥的恐惧（其实绿豆粥还好，就是看起来让人没食欲）。但是真正让我终生难忘，让我从新认识自己的还是爬长城。

去北京之前爸爸直接告诉我：长城太陡了，你就不要爬了。同学告诉我：台阶太高了，难爬，我都没爬上。我和从小一起长大的表妹说起:人生难得一次，死也要爬上去。

那天去长城坐了两个多小时的车，早餐没吃好又有点晕车。我们爬的是天下第一雄关——居庸关，站在长城脚下时妄自菲薄地想长城也不是很高，肯定能爬上。因为时间原因，书记给我们选了一条最陡的路。刚开始上长城时人很多，可以说是很讨厌的拥挤，但越往上越觉得看到人就是动力。长城设计的很巧妙，就是在爬的时候你能看到最高的地方只有下一个烽火台，你永远不知道后面还有几个烽火台，还有多远，如果你不一直爬，你永远都不知道终点在哪里。我不想追究它的设计是否有意，有怎样的含义和作用。我唯一确定的是这样的长城真的很折磨人。作为体育从小学一年级开始就一直倒数第一的宅女，我在期间的状态分三个阶段。

第一阶段：满怀信心地、轻松地爬。

觉得长城没有想象中的陡，甚至诧异第一雄关的称号。那时并不知道到后面我得为我的无知付出怎样的代价。最高的烽火台是18号，而我第一阶段状态的结束在2号烽火台，却感觉体力还剩一半，我第一次坐下休息了。我知道对于很多人来说再上几个烽火台也不会觉得累，于是在北京第一次我对自身体力的失去了自信。虽说下长城后得知杨洋老师只爬了两个烽火台，我的自信就回来了，但当时心情一下就变得紧张了。

第二阶段；失去信心、靠意志力支撑着痛苦地爬。

这个阶段爬了大概十个烽火台，每爬一个休息一会，期间擦了多次药水和吃了几次巧克力以防昏眩。每时每刻都有要晕倒的感觉，汗如雨下，把背包浸湿，耳边出现耳鸣，把外界的声音隔绝只剩下自己急促的呼吸声。已顾不上被太阳烤的热辣辣裸露的皮肤、手扶铁栏杆的地方烫出的水泡，只剩下一步一步数着台阶向上爬的如行尸走肉般的我。我无数次的想要放弃，可笑的竟是我那优柔寡断的性格鼓励了我，我对自己说：上去固然艰难，但你现在怎么下去？脚都软了，真是不可谓不谓上山容易下山难。最后实在坚持不住的时候就把山顶想成自己理想的大学，一遍又一遍地羞辱自己：连长城都爬不上去的人，你凭什么认为你可以上大学，拼搏的高三也要这般放弃吗！这一下倒好，学习的压力也被我带出来了，自己对于父母不信任的不甘心，对于学习成绩的不甘心，对于不被认可的不甘心的情绪被激发了，一度哽咽地爬着阶梯，想起来还真是是悲壮啊。结果晕车时不适的症状也被带出来了，在烽火台里的垃圾桶吐了。吐完后倒是觉得轻松了些，还在继续爬，竟然被我追上了一小分队。于是我的内在激励变为团体激励，进入了我的第三个状态。

第三阶段：重拾信心、体力透支艰难地爬。

这个阶段基本上体力透支的厉害，每爬二十个台阶就要站一下，每次小队在前面准备休息完时，我才来到休息点，因为怕落下更多所以基本没怎么休息。期间一直担心爬上去下不去，一位家长就安慰我说上去了就一定下的来，还为我遮阳。要是平时她这样和我说我可能不会有感觉，但当时真的感到很温暖，很受鼓励。这应该就是为什么人应从善的原因吧，因为你可能不会知道一点小小的关怀会给人多大的鼓励和温暖。爬的过程不觉得长城有多漂亮，毕竟阳春的山也漂亮，从小也在山上玩大的。但是到顶的时候才发现长城有一种霸气，他是雄伟的美，震撼人心。

这次虽然没去多少地方，但心中梦寐的北大未名湖，大剧院，鸟巢、水立方、故宫、广场都去了，北京的美也领略了，很满足。还听了清华教授的让我感动的落泪的演讲。真的感谢学校提供的机会，和带队老师的的努力和关怀。

My summer holiday, I will

Looking forward, looking forward to, the annual summer vacation is finally here!

But, mother is pushing a boring summer vacation plan to me: morning, learn aoshu; In the afternoon, learn, English writing; In the evening, summer vacation homework. Oh my god! Where this is leisurely summer vacation, this is clearly a new summer class!

I protest! My summer holiday, I decide! My mother schedule discontentedly, write a few words - "I want to happy! I want to relax!"

Yes, I want to learn, also want to play, my summer vacation must is up to me.

我的暑假我作主

盼望着、盼望着，一年一度的暑假终于到了!

我兴致勃勃地为自己设计暑期的美好生活：首先，我要读很多课外书，杨红樱的、郑渊洁的，我要一次看个够;还有，我要好好锻炼我的身体，游泳、打球、骑自行车，我要在快乐的运动中减去我的一身肥肉……

可是，妈妈却把一份令人生厌的暑假计划推给我：上午，学奥数;下午，学写作、英语;晚上，做暑假作业。天哪!这哪里是悠闲的暑假，这分明是一所新开的暑假课堂!

我抗议!我的暑假我作主!我不满地拿过妈妈的计划表，在上面写上几个大字——“我要快乐!我要放松!”

是的，我要学习，也要玩，我的暑假必须由我作主。

傍晚，我和爸爸妈妈登上了开往北京的火车。北京是我国的首都，那儿有壮观的故宫、天安门，还有雄伟的长城……一路上我非常兴奋，因为这是我第一次出远门。坐上火车，爬上爬下，十分开心。

第二天，北京到了！

一下车，我和爸爸妈妈跟着爸爸的同事们找到宾馆后，就去了故宫，故宫是明、清两朝的皇宫，至今约有600年历史，先后有24位皇帝在这里统治全国。故宫宫殿巍峨，楼阁重重，白玉雕栏，红墙黄瓦，金碧辉煌，据说有宫殿890座，房屋9000间。故宫是全人类的文化遗产，闪耀着中华民族悠久历史和灿烂文化的绚烂光彩。

第三天上午，我们去了长城。我很早以前就听说过“不到长城非好汉”这句话，今天我就要登上长城做一回：“好汉”了！

我们去的是“八达岭”长城。前面那段，我们是坐滑道上去的，很刺激！站在长城上，极目远眺，远处的山峰一座连着一座，脚下的万里长城犹如一条巨龙，飞舞在崇山峻岭之上。

最后，我们到了天安门。天安门城楼坐落在天安门广场，五星红旗在广场上空高高飘扬。
