那里有古老的村庄，那里有悠久的神话，那里有雪白的哈达，那里格桑花开满整个草原。那里就是世界的点，神奇的日光城——西藏。

奔波了49小时，终于来到了期待已久胜地西藏。站在海拔3000多米的拉萨高原上有着非同一般的感觉就像来到了天国，呼吸的每一口空气都是那么的沁人心脾，那么的美妙。

第二天，我们准备去参观位于拉萨老城区的中心，距今已有1350年的历史，说道大昭寺，大家都不陌生吧，国产大片《天下无贼》的一个场景就在这里拍的。穿过大街小巷终于来到了期待已久的大昭寺。

大昭寺门前挤满了人，原来他们都是等待上一批人出来好换另一批人。我们盼啊盼啊，终于轮到我们了。踏进门槛儿，周围陈旧的庙给了人一种安详的感觉。我们继续往前走，周围昏昏暗暗，只有酥油灯微弱的光芒，耳边环绕着阵阵佛经的诵读之声。一座座喇嘛像安静地坐在角落上，喇嘛像周围都是一角，两角的纸币。我们转了一圈找到了声音的来源，原来是一些佛教的信仰者在吟颂佛经，我好像进入了“西藏文化”这本厚厚的书里面，真是耐人回味。

出了大昭寺，我们又吃了顿藏餐，藏餐的特色菜有手抓羊肉，酥粑，白萝卜熬排骨，猪油皮，人生果，藏餐里当然有饮料，他们哪儿把酥油茶，羊奶，青稞就当作饮料，其中酥油茶是最有营养的，要用百斤羊奶才可提炼出五六斤酥油，酥油的营养价值很高吧。

第三天，我们的活动项目是世界屋脊——布达拉宫。在车上，我一直仰望着巍峨的布达拉宫，我一直幻想着布达拉宫里的神奇景象。终于来到了布达拉宫的脚下。望着依山而造的巨大建筑物，我感到自己被它所征服，感到自己是多么的渺小。再望布达拉宫，方方正正的格局，红墙白瓦，一串串五彩缤纷的经幡挂满整个宫殿。我和爸爸迫不及待地登上阶梯，触碰到墙瓦，我脑海中似乎浮现出西藏人民搭建布达拉宫的艰苦场景。踏着漫长的阶梯，我一而再，再而三地拖起沉重的脚步。爬到半山腰的时候，我累得一屁股坐在地上喘粗气。突然，一句话震撼了我：再爬一层就能看到拉萨全景了!我好似充了气的足球，一跃而起，一口气爬到顶。这是，爸爸把我拽进位于布达拉宫顶部的红宫。红宫像西堂一般周围都是红漆漆的。红宫里面都是喇嘛的陵宫，陵宫就是喇嘛死后的棺材，陵宫的制作越精细，就代表那个喇嘛的信仰度高。走出红宫，我立即趴到了扶手上，我俯视整个拉萨城，让我觉得，大地救灾脚下，我高兴地欢呼：“我在世界处!”

北京是三朝古都,北京故宫更是历经六百年春秋,从明成祖朱棣到清末代皇帝溥仪,这里是君主制中国政务的最高决策地.每当走进这座古老的宫殿,就隐约有一种肃然和悠远的感觉.

端门向北的甬道尽头,是一座广场,高大雄浑的午门,就矗立在这里.午门是皇宫的正门,进入午门,便置身于太和殿广场,太和殿与中和殿保和殿并称三大殿,雕梁画栋,精美非常.在太阳的映衬下,黄色的琉璃瓦闪烁着碎钻似的光，美不胜收。在这里，能够感觉到皇宫的雄伟与霸气，不禁感叹古代工匠巧夺天工的设计。

The night view in Shanghai was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would never forget the trip.

几年前，爸爸妈妈曾承诺带我去北京，我一直记着这事，七月三十日，我梦寐以求的一天终于来了，我们一家三口登上了北去的列车，我激动的心情真是无法用笔墨来描述，也不能用语言来表达啊！

火车经过十几个小时的“长途跋涉”，把我们带到了目的地——北京西客站，随着人流，我们走出西站，啊！大街上车水马龙，一片繁华景象映入我的眼帘，我站在车站广场，环顾四周，回头看到了北京西客站的建筑，古色古香，雄伟气派，比长沙车站漂亮多了，心想，不愧是首都！一出站便先奔酒店，在去酒店的车上，我望着窗外宽阔的马路上，人流如织，车子虽多，但都在有序行进中，街道两旁，高楼林立…，在我还没有欣赏完这些美景，爸妈催我下车入住酒店。

稍作休整后，我们便从酒店出发，乘公交，转地铁，来到了天安门广场，首先是接受爱国主义教育，深切缅怀毛主席，来自全国各地的人们，头顶烈日，排着长长的队伍，瞻仰毛主席他老人家的遗容，感受他老人家的丰功伟绩。

纪念堂出来后，我们参观了人民英雄纪念碑、人民大会堂，历史博物馆、中华人民共和国国旗并一一摄影留念。看着国旗下站岗的战士，虽然顶着炎炎烈日，衣服湿透了，他们却岿然不动，不禁使我想起了《谁是最可爱的人》。天安门广场真大，时值旅游旺季，游人挺多，但在这里并不显得拥挤。

接着，我们来到了天安门城楼前，走过金水桥，穿过天安门城楼，往西走不到两百米，远远看到“午门”两字，我心里一喜，这该是到故宫了。

故宫就是以前的紫禁城，位于北京的中心，是明、清两朝的皇宫，始建于明永乐四年（公元1406年），建成于永乐十八年（公元1420年），至今有近六百年的历史了，先后有24位皇帝在这里统治全国近五百年。一条中轴贯通着整个故宫，这条中轴又在北京城的中轴线上。三大殿、后三宫、御花园都位于这条中轴线上。在中轴宫殿两旁，还对称分布着许多殿宇，宏伟华丽尉为壮观。这些宫殿可分为外朝和内廷两大部分。外朝以太和、中和、保和三大殿为中心，文华、武英殿为两翼。内廷以乾清宫、交泰殿、坤宁宫为中心，东西六宫为两翼，布局严谨有序。故宫的四个城角都有精巧玲珑的角楼，建造精巧美观。宫城四面各开一门，南为午门，北为神武门，东为东华门，西为西华门。宫墙外有长3800米，宽52米的护城河环绕，真可谓固若金汤。从大明永乐朝到悲怆的逊帝溥仪，古老而壮丽的故宫，她诉说着一个历经沧桑的文明曾有的辉煌。寄托着无数中国人悠远的怀古思今之情。

今天，我来到了以前皇帝的家—故宫。故宫里有许多形状类似、建筑古老的房子，有太和殿、养心殿、坤宁宫、御花园、东宫、西宫、武门、神武门等。

太和殿是以前皇帝召集开大会的地方，皇帝就是坐在里面高大的宝座上执政。

在北京，我游览了许多名胜古迹：长城，天安门，人民英雄纪念碑，故宫，颐和园……。但是令我印象最深的还是故宫。

故宫是明清帝王生活和执政的地方，据说有九千九百九十九间房间。它位于北京的正中轴线上，前面是天安门广场，后面是景山公园。

一踏进故宫的城门，你就会发现这儿的建筑物上到处雕龙刻凤，无处不透露着这儿曾经的主人的非凡地位。那边的柱子也粗了，我们两个小朋友环抱都抱不拢。

故宫的建筑包含古代金火水土木风水元素。朱红的房梁是一团火，屋顶上的瓦片和黄土地一样，高处的横梁都用镀金雕刻了龙凤图案，整个建筑都用粗粗的木头搭建成而成。还有室外的草地上有着两个铜制的大水缸。

我们还参观了其中的珍宝馆。那边陈列了帝王的王冠和凤冠，绿得深湛的翡翠，硕大无比已经风化的珍珠，和波斯猫眼睛一样的猫晴石，长长的朝珠…….那些珠宝美不胜收。

最后我们还游览了御花园，欣赏了有着江南风情的假山和流水，结束了愉快的故宫之旅。

我恋恋不舍不舍地离开了故宫。它是中国几千年文明史的见证，是中华民族智慧的结晶。

今年暑假，爸爸妈妈带我去东山和厦门游玩，让我度过了一个难忘的暑假。

我们先坐车来到东山，我们看到了广阔无边的大海和美丽的海边风光。最有趣的还是东山有名的景点――风动石。传说有大风吹来时，这块顶在另外一块巨石上的石头就会摇动，但是平时好几个人也无法推动它。我和爸爸妈妈也好奇地试推了一下，果然一动不动，真是太神奇了!

下午，我和爸爸妈妈来到了海边。我们在沙滩上堆堡垒，在海边打水仗，看着这碧蓝的大海和广阔的天空，我不禁想起了一位古代诗人写的诗句：“海上生明月，天涯共此时”。

游完了漳州东山，第二天我们转车到了厦门。一座座高大气派的高楼大厦让人惊讶，干净宽阔的街道让人心情舒畅。下午，爸爸妈妈带我来到好玩的游乐场――水上乐园。这里有各种各样好玩刺激的娱乐项目，比如旋转木马、飞碟车、摩天轮、海盗船等。我们玩了很久，直到尽兴而归。

最后，我恋恋不舍地离开了厦门，结束了快乐的东山厦门之旅。这个暑假真让人难忘!

July 5th Monday cloudy

Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man and woman. They help us to find the way. Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam.
