这四了个字看起来虽然容易，可当做起来简直快要了我的命，我最后选择的方法，叫做二十一天减肥法，内容是按照规划师给我规划的方法做，最痛苦的便是前三天，因为前三天是排毒的，每天只吃三顿饭，每顿只能吃一个西红柿、一根黄瓜，拒绝甜食，饮料，主食，肉，饿了也只能喝水，第一天下来，我还算可以接受，可第二天┅第三天……我的内心几乎是完全崩溃的，每当吃饭时，看着爸爸、妈妈碗里的大鱼大肉，再看看自己碗里少的可怜的黄瓜、西红柿，我就快控制不住自己了，好几次我都趁他们不注意的时候，偷偷夹起来，闻一闻，再放下┅┅

又过了第二阶段，当我再一次听规划师说第三阶段是重复上一个阶段，再饿上几天的时候，我都快哭了，这时我已经减了十斤，那段日子我每天和爸爸去锻炼的时候，说过最多的话，就是等我瘦了，一定要大吃一顿!一定要把这二十天的都不回来。

最后二十一天过去了，我成功地减下了十五斤，虽然并不是一道闪电，我却因为自己的坚持而感动，我学会了为一个目标拒绝所有，这边是我的收获!

在哪里跌倒就在哪里爬起!我默默地拿起稿子，背起第二天节目的台词，背了好几遍。到了第二天，稿子已经烂熟于心了。节目开始的前一分钟，我还是在背台词。节目开始了，我精神抖擞[注: 抖擞：振动，引伸为振作。形容精神振奋。]地走上台，自信深情地说出每一句台词。从始至终，我没有忘掉一个词。台下再一次响起雷鸣般的掌声，我热泪盈眶[注: 盈：充满;眶：眼眶。因感情激动而使眼泪充满了眼眶，形容感动至极或非常悲伤

鲜花掌声、失败教训，使我的生活充实美好。暑期生活真愉快啊!

刚开学，班主任就告诉我们要把高二当高三，把高三当补习。正式开课了，每星期都有考试，作业一科比一科多，当然了，这当中肯定得有最高级啊，而这个最高级奖得颁给数学，至于各科授课节数的最低级，那就得颁给我可怜的地理了（每星期一节），于是，我总在怀疑我到底进的是文科班还是理科班。老班说苦了这两年，到了大学就可以好好玩了。这让我感到大学就是一个供人玩的地方。

不久，老班给我们布置了一份作业，让我们把志愿写一份交给他。我突然感到很迷茫，像一个迷了路的孩子站在一块空旷的荒地里。突然觉得自己很无知，开始觉得自己的思维变得很僵硬，连说话都觉得很费力，无法将它说清楚；开始后悔自己荒废了太多的时间，觉得自己特对不起老妈。我想哭，可我发现没有我没有眼泪。大家在一起吃月饼的那个晚上，天降大雨，我在雨中行走，我只是想看看我会不会流泪。结果是我只觉得雨打在我的身上很疼，雨从我的头上顺着头发流到我脸上时我感到雨水是热的。

我们高一时就是同班同学，可我却不知道你的名字。高二了，我们又在同一个半，我坐在你的前面，慢慢的，我们成了好朋友。那几天你总是让我帮你借书还书，一天你跟我说“朋友是用来利用的“。听到这话，我真的很难过。我回答你“朋友是用来利用的，也是用来出卖的“。你说你没出卖过我。我没回答，我不想和你争什么。我们之间有了一定距离。那晚停电了，当时我在和同桌讲话，你就在后面疯狂地拽我的衣服，把我的拉链都扯开了，这让我有些不高兴，正当我准备转过去问你干什么时，你在和别人说什么？你说你和我开玩笑是给我面子。听到这话我真的很难过，或许你从来就没把我当朋友过，于是我不再理你。从那以后我们成了熟悉的陌生人。那晚，我哭了，为我可怜的友谊而掉眼泪。这也是我读高二以来第一次掉眼泪。

实习老师告诉我们高中的友谊最真，在大学里能找到一个好朋友那是你的幸运。或许这只是对他们那个时代而言。
