小朋友平时生活比较规律，早上7:30左右起床，早餐，外出活动，午餐后玩一会午睡，午睡通常1:30左右才睡，可以独立入睡，4点后起床，吃点水果，外出活动，晚餐，有时晚餐后还会出去玩，大多在家里由父母讲故事、做游戏之类的。我们最担心的是午睡时间和幼儿园的差异较大，烦请老师多费心。
