She felt that it was her duty, because she loved Armand so much, to do this even though it meant giving up her own happiness and hurting Armand temporarily. She reluctantly returned to her former life, knowing that some day Armand would forgive her. Sadly, she died in debt and basically alone, except for her one female friend, Julie Duprat, who helped her during her illness. She had her journal sent to Armand after her death, explaining why she had made the choices she had. My View on Helping Others in Need

In modern society we are often sorry to see that people are reluctant to help others out, not to mention helping a stranger; offering a helping hand seems to be out of accord with the times。

Then what’s wrong with our society? Some people may say that facing skyrocketing housing prices, expensive medical expenditure

and soaring commodity prices, they have no choice but to struggle to make a living, and thus it would be impossible to spare a hand to help others because it may bring them into trouble. Therefore, standing by indifferently is their only choice。

The sports meet of our university was held on a charming spring day.The stand around the playground was packed with spectators.Firt came the parade of the opening ceremony.Athletes walked into the field in orderly arrays.After the opening address was delivered,the athletes withdrew.Then there was a performance of group callisthenics.

步入高中，显得成熟了，面对老师，没有了小时候的拥护，没有了初中时的叛逆，只是单纯的接受老师教予的知识。和年轻的老师也许会谈谈心，因为年纪相差不大，但毕竟不会什么都说，因为老师究竟是老师。这时候，心中暗暗决定，长大了一定不会当老师。

I met my best friend in senior one. She is a girl with long legs, white skin, and small face. 走出烈士陵园，不禁回头又看了几眼，阳光依旧那么明媚，烈士依然那么高大，唯一变了的，是心中多了一份感恩，多了一份庄重。

远足还没有结束，下一站是茱萸湾公园。坐在大巴车上的我闭起双眼，脑海中像播放电影似的展现出一幅幅革命画卷。睁开眼，看看窗外，多美的扬州啊，道路两旁树木葱茏，头顶天空湛蓝洁净；多繁华的扬州啊，高楼大厦鳞次栉比，来往车辆络绎不绝。这都要归功于谁呢？那些为了解放事业而英勇献身的革命烈士们！

作为新时代的主人，祖国未来的太阳的我们，又该如何做呢？首先，我们要认真学习，好好听讲，用知识来填充我们的大脑；其次，我们要尊师重道，感恩父母，用一颗感恩的心来回报家人，社会，乃至国家；最后，我们要向课本中学习到的白求恩同志学习，有一颗毫无自私自利的心，这样才能有利于社会。总而言之，从自己做起，做好自己，才是最重要的。
