正是因为有了这些理想，我们的社会才有了改变，我们的社会才有了发展。

面包与理想到底哪个重要已不需再多作说明，既需要面包作坚实的铺垫又需要理想来推动。这是对一个国家而言。

那么，我们自己呢?

四百多年前，那个连肚子也填不饱的人为何能神情专注，旁若无人地磨镜子呢?在当时的环境下，所有人都渴求慈善家能施舍自己。而那个人呢?他却忘记了自己的饥饿，专注于自己的奇思妙想。他说：“我想看到更内在的东西，我想看清事物的本质。”不过，也多亏了金钱，他们才能发明为后人做出巨大贡献的显微镜。

I am a girl with relative strong afility , tolerance for loneliness and be specific concentration on things thatI preferred.In view of above reasons,Iwould like to work in a scientific research institution or be a lecturer in an university.And whoever the students are,I will communicate with them attentively.

If I am lucky enough having an oppotunity to enter in a corporation which famous for its scientific research level,I hope it could possess these characteristics described as bellowd.

Firstly,the corporation should be liner organization structure which has the advantages of power concentration,authority and resposibilities clear devided,unified command,information communication convenient,facilitating a unified command and centralized management.Absolutely, this structure has some defects and requiring a master with universalmanagement talent is one of the biggest disadvantages .Thus,a functional organization should be created to assist the manager to manage the corporation.Aparently,a business with this kind of organization structure could not be huge size for its limits in management.

Secondly,the corparate culture is one of the most important components for a corporation.As far as I amconcerned,a dynamic enterprise culture should have a clear and positive goal which induce its employers to realize the value of their life in the course of acheiveing it.Besides,the enterprise must has the pursuit of innovation which is the core competitiveness of a corporation.In addition,a strong sense of responsibility is essentially concerned for a firm because no business can thrive strongly withoutsharing resposibitities and risks.If it comes down to a type,it may be“work-hard,play hard ”culture.This category of organization culture perhaps be the most appropriate one for me because I do not like an atmosphere which filled with the smell of gunpowder.

As for the department I prefered,it is undoubtedly that Iwould chooseresearch and development department for I want to live up to my years of education and make my value of life come ture.The research and development department serve three paramount purposes:the development of new products,the improvement of old products andeach post personnel responsible for the relevant documents.I wish to be an environmentalist from my adolescence so I try to exploit some products with my professional skill that environmental friendly and simultaneously,bring benifitsto humanbeings.

In a word, the ideal corporation I worked on could be small but has humanistic care and the colleagues worked with me could be positive and diligent to work.The boss I worked for could be a person who is strict with our work but concurrently be friendly and relatively equal to everyone. Im in my third year now in Environmental Sciences. And what do I want to do with my B.S. once I graduate? Become a librarian. Yes, I know it sounds completely random and unrelated, but thats my master plan. Right now Im preparing for all those crazy grad school applications that Ill be sending in next fall. I began thinking about what kind of skills I have and what kind of jobs would complement my natural interests. Ive thought about becoming a librarian dozens of times growing up but for some strange reason, I never took it seriously. But it popped back into my mind as I was contemplating all this. So I began to do some research and I also talked to a lot of family and friends. Its crazy because everyone I shared with gave me a lot of affirmation and encouragement about pursuing it! If theres anything you can get out of my strange journey I hope its the comfort and reassurance that you dont always have to know what you want to do in the near future. And its okay to change majors or even pursue a major that may not necessarily be related to your future career. You should enjoy what youre studying. But also seek after what you really love.

I recall my study experiences. Sometimes I studied with my classmates, but sometimes I prefer to study alone. In my opinion, learning collaboratively can help us to improve our ability of communication. At the same time, it can give us a stage where we can exchange our thoughts with each other. In addition, through learning collaboratively we can get more chance to know our classmates. But there are some disadvantages. For example, during the time of study, we may not study but talk with our classmates.

回想起我的学习经历。有时候我会和我的同学一起学习，但有时候我喜欢一个人学习。在我看来，集体学习能帮助我们提高我们的交际能力。同时，也可以给我们一个互相交流想法的舞台。此外，通过集体学习可以获得了解同学的机会。但也会有一些缺点。例如，学习的时候，我们可能会和同学聊天而不是学习。

As a matter of fact, learning individually also has some advantages. Firstly, if we study alone, we will think about something by ourselves. It can help us to improve our ability of thinking by ourselves. And learning individually is good for our creation.

Thanksgiving, or Thanksgiving Day, is coming. Its a traditional North

American holiday,and is a form of harvest festival. In the United States, the

fourth Thursday in November is called Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving was about

the Pilgrims, the first settlers in America. They shared the first harvest with

the Indians and gave thanks.

Thanksgiving Day is usually a family day. People always celebrate with big

dinners and happy reunions. Pumpkin pie and Indian pudding are traditional

Thanksgiving desserts. Relatives from other cities, students who have been away

at school, and many other Americans travel a long distance to spend the holiday

at home.

On that day, Americans give thanks for the blessings they have enjoyed

Every year on October 4th is the World Animal Day. It is proposed by the

Italian monk St Francis in 12th century. He lives in the forests of Assisi

Island for the long time, building a good relationship with the animals. So he

asks people to express thanks to the animals on October 4th. He sets a good

example for our human beings about how to deal with the relationship with

animals. In order to memorize him and what he does, we make October, 4th to be

World Animal Day. Nowadays, people from all over the world will hold various

When I was in high school, go to college ismy dream. Now I realize my dream. excited as I am, the first time I see mycollege.

My college is inside the biggest universityof Guangxi so that everytime I have to across a big campus to go out. At first Iam upset about that, but later on I get used to it. My college looksmodernization in general. When I arrive at the school gate, the first thing isthe boys’ dormitory and then is the playground. Look up! I see the canteen. I seethe girls’ dormitory turn left. But where is my classroom? I look around butcan’t find it. It turns out that it is separated by burrows. It’s strange,right? While I go across the burrow, I see another two big playgrounds and a tenniscourt at my left side. What is in my right side? Turn right, I see rows ofteaching building connecting with the library. This is mycollege. I like it notonly because of the evironment but also the people there.

Both the teachers and students there arevery nice. My roomates always help me in the daily life, the thing they usuallydo is wake me up in the morning. Other classmates always help me, when I meettrouble in study. My teachers are all kind and knowlegeable. Especially my headteacher, he talks with us and plays sports with us in order to make us get usedto the new life.
