现在大家都提倡“低碳生活”，但是低碳生活可不是光嘴上说说的，要用实际行动来真正做到。每个人都有自己的生活方式，要做到低碳生活首先要有环保意识。什么是环保呢?

环保，环保顾名思意就是保护环境。不能浪费资源，要节约用水，节约用电。环保是我们小学生必须做到的。每天少开一小时的电灯，少用一杯水，一个月下来就能节约多少电，多少水呀!从我们上学开始老师就教导我们要保护环境，不能随地吐痰，不能随手乱扔垃圾。现在的资源量大不如从前，许多的绿洲都变成了沙漠。什么“温室效应”全都出来了。对此，我们更要保护环境更要低碳生活。

什么是低碳生活呢?

“低碳生活”(low-carbonlife)，就是指生活作息时所耗用的能量要尽力减少，从而减低碳，特别是二氧化碳的排放量，从而减少对大气的污染，减缓生态恶化，主要是从节电节气和回收三个环节来改变生活细节。

作为文明有礼的中国人，有礼就是要我们在尊重自己生活权利的同时，也要尊重别人的生活权利不受侵害。让我们从细节小事做起，注意节电、节水、节油、节气，使低碳生活成为一种生活态度和生活理念。集合大家的力量，共同保护地球母亲。

为什么会造成这一系列的雾霾呢?全都是由于人类的无知，把大量的工厂废气、汽车尾气排入新鲜的空气内，使空气变得浑浊不堪。有些人由于想图方便，把生活垃圾堆放在屋子外，一把火烧掉垃圾制造废气，这就造成了为什么雾霾被称为“冬季杀手”的缘故。

为此，我们提出了以下几条建议：

1、少开车，多骑自行车。

2、多建几个垃圾回收站。

3、教育市民保护环境，告诉市民保护环境的重要性。

4、要多注意房屋周围的垃圾堆积情况，尽量做到减少垃圾或及时清扫垃圾。

连日来，大范围的雾霾天气引起了公众的广泛关注，成为当前环境热点问题。如今，随着环境的恶化，地球迫切地需要我们的关注和保护，倡导创造更适宜于人类居住、生活的低碳、可持续发展城市环境将成为人们共同努力的目标。作为一名普通人，我们应该在生活的点点滴滴中实现低碳生活，从自己做起应对环境危机，为治理雾霾出一份力。

低碳生活对于我们普通人来说是一种态度，而不是能力，我们应该积极提倡并去实践低碳生活。比如：不用一次性的筷子和一次性的饭盒;少用一次性的塑料袋;减少粮食的浪费;随手关灯，随手关好水龙头;使用手帕，少用纸巾;平时出行不开车或少开车，尽量乘坐公共交通工具等。低碳环保生活并不是多喊几句口号就可以实现的，它需要我们真正的从实际生活中去改善，去实践，从身边的小事一点一滴做起，为子孙后代留下一片纯净的天空和充满绿意的大地。

我们应该时刻反思一下自己，反思自己的生活方式是否健康、环保、绿色、低碳，我们是否只为眼前享受，而不管环境负担。党的十八大提出了“建设美丽中国”的理念，而“美丽中国”目标的实现，除了政府发力外，也更是我们每个人应尽的责任。因为环境问题与每个人的健康密切相关，谁也不能做到置身事外。我们每一个人都要从自己做起，爱护环境，用自己的一份力去支持、践行环保事业。唯有改变自己，让低碳环保的生产生活方式更多地体现在你我的举手投足中，才能净化环境，驱散雾霾。

多年前并不知道“霾”这个词，对霾是十分陌生的，好像是最近几年才逐渐对霾有所认识，有所熟知，在印象中霾是与雾搅和在一起的，有雾的时候 好像也有霾，有霾的时候看起来又像雾，甚至有时候竟分不清什么是雾，什么是霾，让人一头雾水。

最近，似乎人们对霾越来越高度重视了，感觉也对，上网查了一下，发现霾确实对人类及一切活物影响巨大，网上是这样说的：霾，也称阴霾、灰霾(烟霾)，是指原因不明的因大量烟、尘等微粒悬浮而形成的浑浊现象。霾的核心物质是空气中悬浮的灰尘颗粒，气象学上称为气溶胶颗粒。随着"霾"在天气现象出现频率越来越高，导致空气质量逐渐恶化。霾中含有数百种大气化学颗粒物质，它们在人们毫无防范的时候侵入人体呼吸道和肺叶中，从而引起呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、血液系统、生殖系统等疾病，诸如咽喉炎、肺气肿、哮喘、鼻炎、支气管炎等炎症，长期处于这种环境还会诱发肺癌、心肌缺血及损伤。而霾也常常引发交通事故。

近几天预报华北地区有严重雾霾，今早出门一看，果然大雾弥漫，到处白茫茫一片，天地之间雾气蒙蒙，好像是雾里有霾，霾里有雾，没有风吹，没有声响，仿佛雾霾在空间里凝固了一样，不见减少，不见消散。出门走了几步，一种异味漂浮而来，还真是污染太重，无形中害人不浅。

由于雾霾作祟，在这冬日的早晨也不能去那田野荡漾，也不能举目远望，远望那冬的辽阔与深远，雾霾阻断了人们的多少梦想与追求，雾霾开始让人们沉静下来，郑重地思考与应对。

保护环境治理污染，让青山绿水再一次回到我们身边。

Recently, the topic of air pollution has again aroused more and more attention since pollution haze, a kind of weather, has appeared increasing frequently in our cities. Just as the picture showed, when pollution haze comes, the whole city was covered with suspended particles which can breath into our body causing heavy problem to our health.

Due to the bad effect from pollution haze, a green and clear environment, rather than anything else, turns to be an important role and a urgent issue in our daily lives. Meanwhile we just live in only an earth, if we didn’t try to protect our common hometown, we would have no place to settle.

Thus, we should take effective measures to rebuild our beautiful environment of the cities from now on.

In my opinion, law and regulations should be enforced by the government and authorities to control the emission of polluting gas. To ourselves, we should enhance the awareness of environment protection and choose a green lifestyle to make contribution to our earth day from day

On Saturday morning, irritable the sun shine on the earth. The sky cloudless, streets are clean and tidy, wide green grass by the side of the road was so wet, just photo, beautiful, like in the picture. The streets everywhere beaming harmony better. But we sometimes touches the line of sight of some discordant notes, like a dead leaf floating on the west, like a piece of white paper on ink - small advertisement.

星期六的早上，火辣辣的太阳照着大地。天空中万里无云，街道非常的整洁，宽阔的路边绿油油的小草是那么的湿润，像刚浇完水一样，美丽极了，仿佛在画中似的。大街小巷处处都闪烁着和谐美好的光芒。但是，我们的视线有时也会触及到一些不和谐的音符，就像清波上浮动的一片败叶，就像白纸上的一片墨迹——小广告。

不过，只要人人都行动起来，这些和谐乐章中的不和谐音符一定会消失。你瞧，正说着，小小志愿者们就来了，小力先提着一大桶水放在地上，小强把铲子蘸一下水，用力地刮小广告，小高也把铲子蘸了一下水，用力地往上一跳，终于够着了。一张张小广告纷纷落下。小刚也很卖力，头上都出汗了。小胖更努力，眼瞪着，嘴噘着，呼哧呼哧地铲着。就这样，干了一下午，他们终于让电线杆又变得干干净净了。
