(四)深入推进废塑料行业整治。在去年废塑料行业综合整治的基础上，继续对废塑料加工行业保持高压态势，建立长效监管机制，强化日常监管，防止非法废塑料加工反弹。

(五)严控重污染行业。加大对重污染行业的整治力度，建议使用远程监控系统等设施实施监管，加大检查、监督和违规处罚力度，严格控制污染物排放。
