支持低碳生活不能因为自己“富”而不为。有一些富有的人认为:我对社会的贡献、创造的价值多，理应占的排碳量比他人高一些。而且，我的社会交往和工作事宜较多，哪里顾得上少排那一点点碳?于是，继续开着高排量的汽车四处排放尾气，继续家里所有的灯……如果这些人继续我行我素，低碳生活只能是一种想象。

支持低碳生活不能因为自己“穷”而不为。有一些生活不富裕的人认为:我只要吃饱饭，住得暖，便心满意足，低碳生活那种时尚的话题与我无关。而且，我不开车，没豪宅，日常的排放量微乎其微，支持低碳生活?应先从物质丰富的人开始……这种责任上的“先人后己”，会让我们的低碳生活陷入无休止的争论。

连日的雾霾天气让南京市民备受煎熬，雾霾弥漫能见度不足30米，南京浦口轮渡停运、南京各大医院哮喘咳嗽患者扎堆、中小学生紧急停课等，使人们彻底体会到了PM2.5的厉害。

可是你知道么，雾霾天气极易诱发呼吸道疾病，尤其是对老人、孩子、心脏病和肺病患者等敏感人群，可诱发哮喘、气管炎、肺炎等多种炎症，甚至对健康人也会造成轻微的气道灼伤，出现咳嗽、痰量增多的症状。此外，雾霾天气对人体心脑血管疾病的影响也很严重，可能诱发心绞痛、心肌梗塞、心力衰竭等，使慢性支气管炎出现肺源性心脏病，抵抗力较差的糖尿病患者极有可能出现肺部及气管感染从而加重病情。

【防护建议】

1、尽量减少在雾霾天气中的停留时间，在必要的情况下，外出可以戴上防尘口罩，这样可以有效防止粉尘颗粒进入体内。一般常规口罩不会起到作用，因为颗粒物太细小，KN90，KN95，N95级别的防尘口罩才能有效过滤这类细颗粒物，同时还要选择适合自己的口罩，避免不密合导致周围泄漏。

2、雾霾天气情况下，最好改为室内锻炼或者更改活动时间，尽量减少室外活动。

3、保持良好的心态，保证睡眠，多喝水，多吃水果蔬菜和清淡的食物，提高自身免疫力。

4、提醒家人、朋友关注自己的症状(中老年人注意监测血压和血糖的变化)，如果有胸闷、气短、心慌等不适症状，一定要及时就医。

5、雾霾天气要少开窗，最好等太阳出来再开窗。

哦！下雾了？！前方的青翠欲滴的大山很害羞，不愿意出来，拿白白的雾来遮挡。大街、村庄、行人全被浓雾给笼罩起来了，整个小镇全是雾海。起初在路上还看不见人影，全是灰蒙蒙的，走近了才能看见人的轮廓。在大街上，汽车全提起了灯笼，一闪一闪的，缓缓地向前行驶，仿佛是走夜路的老爷爷。人们在雾海中行走，就像是八仙过海中的仙人一样，似乎置身于云端。大雾一会儿分散开来，一会儿聚拢在一起，一会儿升起，一会儿降落。到处都是乳白色，到处都是白茫茫的，宛如仙女在天上撒下一匹白布，又像是神话中的“水漫金山”。太阳在天上显得是那么弱小，颜色很淡很淡，只有一个黄色的盘子。

上午，浓雾渐渐淡了，变成了一层很薄很薄的纱，在空中飘来飘去，时而远，时而近；时而高，时而低。这层“纱”不久被葫芦娃手中的葫芦收进去了，荡然无存。秀丽的山，高大的树和世界万物又显出它们原有的面容。瞧，太阳睡醒了，正在天上对我们笑哩！
