【防护建议】

1、尽量减少在雾霾天气中的停留时间，在必要的情况下，外出可以戴上防尘口罩，这样可以有效防止粉尘颗粒进入体内。一般常规口罩不会起到作用，因为颗粒物太细小，KN90，KN95，N95级别的防尘口罩才能有效过滤这类细颗粒物，同时还要选择适合自己的口罩，避免不密合导致周围泄漏。

2、雾霾天气情况下，最好改为室内锻炼或者更改活动时间，尽量减少室外活动。

3、保持良好的心态，保证睡眠，多喝水，多吃水果蔬菜和清淡的食物，提高自身免疫力。

4、提醒家人、朋友关注自己的症状(中老年人注意监测血压和血糖的变化)，如果有胸闷、气短、心慌等不适症状，一定要及时就医。

5、雾霾天气要少开窗，最好等太阳出来再开窗。

每天早晨起来，我就再也没有看到那火红的太阳来照亮大地。在家中时，你也许感觉不到，只有走出家门，你才会发现大雾笼罩着整个城市，周围原本美丽的景色也变得模糊不清了。由雾霾引起的交通堵塞现象；由雾霾引起的哮喘等疾病……雾霾天气时刻困扰着我们，给我们的生活带来诸多不便。虽然我常常裹着大衣、背着书包从街上匆匆走过，但也会时不时打一个喷嚏，就连感冒也久治不愈；新闻上也频频报道因雾霾天气的不断出现而带来的严重后果。雾霾天气已经严重的影响到了成都的空气质量，影响到人们的正常生活。

就在20XX年11月21日，四川省成都市遭遇史上最严重的雾霾，能见度不足50米。就在那一天，我看见许许多多的人都戴着口罩。我心想：这小小的口罩能帮助人们预防雾霾天气带来的灾害吗？我带着疑问打开电脑搜索，终于得出了结论。原来，雾霾天气的空气中，包含了一些尘土行的微小颗粒，这些微小的颗粒是人们用肉眼无法看到的，它们足以使人们得上肺病，对我们的身体造成伤害。所以要戴上口罩滤掉空气中的颗粒物，让自己呼吸到的空气里不会有那些颗粒物，不得上肺病。

现在，雾霾天气严重地影响到成都的空气质量。现在的成都，雾霾天气几乎每天都有。美丽的“天府之国”也变成了一座“雾霾之都”了。

不要说雾霾是杀手，更不要说雾霾很可怕，其实，真正的凶手是我们人类，是我们不懂得保护环境，才引起的雾霾。要想挽回美丽的“天府之国”，其实，我们可以把开汽车变为骑自行车，减少尾气排放带来的污染；可以少吃一点炒菜，多吃一些炖菜，少制造油烟；可以戒烟或把吸完的烟头扔到垃圾桶里，还可以减少燃放烟花爆竹，减少污染；还可以多种植花草树木，来净化环境……只有我们选择低碳生活，才能阻止雾霾天气的发生，让空气更清新。

We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides,

because of it, the flights have to be canceled. All kind of transports may run

周四一早，我一睁开眼睛就看到窗外白茫茫一片。糟糕，又下雾了!我跳下床，一边手忙脚乱地往身上套着衣服，一边大声地喊：“老妈，下大雾了!咱们得早点儿出发，要不然又要迟到了!”

可过了许久，我才听到隔壁房间里传来老妈懒洋洋的回答：“刚刚收到你们班主任的短信通知，今天雾霾红色预警，学校放假一天。”什么?放假?我狠狠掐了一下胳膊。“天哪，我不是在做梦吧!”原来雾霾也并非一无是处啊，我一面这样想着，一面懒洋洋地打了个哈欠，钻进了被窝儿……

偷得浮生半日闲，难得的“雾霾假”让我们一家人睡懒觉一直睡到八点钟。吃完早饭，我立刻飞扑到电脑前，准备“恶补”一下前几天落下的连载漫画更新。可我的手还没碰到键盘，老妈的“圣旨”就追了过来：“放假也别闲着，去把数学练习册上第五、第六单元的练习题做完，然后再写两篇作文，一篇写《校园一角》，再写一篇《雾霾来了》。今天的天气多特别呀，这么好的写作素材可别错过……”

雾霾天气人们应该怎么办?

第一，减少雾霾天气外出的次数，如果必须外出的话，请一定要带上防护较好、较厚的口罩，做好防护措施。回家之后立即用清水冲洗裸露的面部皮肤;

第二，在雾霾天气条件下，家里应关闭门窗，待雾霾散去之后，在开窗散气;

第三，雾霾天气的饮食应选择易消化且富含维生素的食物，多吃新鲜蔬菜和水果，少吃刺激性食物;

第四，雾霾天气里容易导致眼睛不适，可以到药店去购买人工滴眼液入内，来缓解不适;

第五，雾霾天气里要多喝水，注意休息，尽量不要熬夜，不要让免疫力因为熬夜下降;

如何治理雾霾天气?

第一，一旦停车等人三分钟以上应将车熄火，减少尾气的排放量;

第二，减少工业排放的废气以及有害物质;
