雾霾是由空气中的灰、硫酸、硝酸，和有机碳氧化合物子，等颗粒组成的。

就是我们平常不保护环境、滥伐森林、垃圾侵入、排放污水、毁田烧砖，才造成的这些有害颗粒。

雾霾天气尽量减少外出，外出时可戴棉质口罩来预防呼吸道受雾天“污染”。外出归来及时清洗脸部及裸露皮肤，也可清水冲洗鼻腔。雾霾天气晨练除了可以导致呼吸系统疾病亦可导致心脑血管疾病出现;雾霾天气尽量减少去人多地方，一些地方空气流通差易造成呼吸系统疾病交叉感染。平时多饮水、清淡饮食、多进食新鲜的蔬菜水果，坚强锻炼，增强免疫力。

雾霾多人体有很大的危害，这些沉淀物一旦进入我们的身体，就再也排不出我们的体外了。外出可以戴上口罩，这样可以有效防止粉尘颗粒进入体内。口罩以棉质口罩最好，因为一些人对无纺布过敏，而棉质口罩一般人都不过敏，而且易清洗。外出归来，应立即清洗面部及裸露的肌肤。

我们要保护环境、多种树、少砍树、节约每一张纸、每一滴水、每一度电。不让可恶的雾霾再次出现!

Over 70% of the Earth’s surface is water; water is obviously the most precious natural resource that exists on our planet. Without water, life on Earth would be non-existent. Water is the lifeblood of the environment, essential to the survival of all living things-plants, animals, and human. Although we recognize this fact, we disregard it by polluting our rivers, lakes, and streams. Afterward, we are slowly but surely harming our planet to the point where organisms are dying at a very alarming rate, and our drinking water has become greatly affected. In order to fight against water pollution, we must understand the problems and become part of the solution; we also need to do everything possible to maintain its quality for today and the future.The government alone cannot solve the entire problem; it’s up to us when it comes to the problems we face with our water. In your home, correctly dispose dangerous household products. Keep paints, used oil, cleaning solvents, pool chemicals, and other dangerous household chemicals out of drains, sinks, and toilets because many of these products contain harmful substances. In your yard, recycle used motor oil. Avoid pouring waste oil and resist the temptation to dump wastes onto the ground.These are just a few of the many ways in which we, as human have the ability to combat water pollution. If these measures are not taken and water pollution continues, life on Earth will suffer severely.

Recently,fog and haze has become a imminent threat which most northerners in China are facing.While the cities of China have greeted striking speed of development with open arms,they suffer greatly from a persistent and dense haze of pollution and smog.It is high time that we took some methods to protect the environment and ourselves.

Generally speaking,there are three effective ways.First of all,the government should take into serious consideration the emergency and severity of the air pollution,and take measure to deal with it.Such as more public transportation systems should be put in use,more energy-saving resources should be utilized.What’s more,every little effort from individuals counts.The citizens should contribute to the reduction of pollution by driving less.Last but not least,try to reduce the time of outdoor activities,especially when the air quality is not good enough.

From what has been mentioned above, to protect our air,we must keep in mind that whatever we give out,we take back in the long run.So we have to drive less,pollute less and make more changes.

一大天早上，我出了门便拥抱了一大堆的雾气，我迷茫的看了看身边的环境，一片白花花的，这让我始料不及，我凭着自己的记忆力找到了车站，我心里一边想着为什么今天雾这么大一边走来走去，后来到学校上地理课，恰好今天讲气候，所以老师便和我们说：“形成雾霾的主要原因是因为我们没有好好地保护环境，导致环境快速恶化，以至于空气中都弥漫着细菌，所以出门一定要记得戴口罩，所谓病从口入。。。”

老师又说了一大堆可我也无心再去听了，下午放学回家，雾还是那么大，我忽然发现了一个问题就是我本来就是个路盲，再加上这样的天气，更找不到家了，我连忙凭着自己的感觉向家跑去，可是好几次却都坐吃山空，我气喘吁吁的坐在小区的石凳上，等待妈妈下班会看到我，半个小时以后，妈妈终于回来了，妈妈看见坐在家门口的我很是惊讶，说道：”在外边干嘛为什么不进屋子?

“我居然坐在家门口半个小时却不知道自己在家的门口，回家看报纸也发现了很多人都找错了家，更离谱的是有的人在那天结婚车队跟丢了，哎，早知道好好保护环境好了，我们一次的污染会造成自然很大的伤害，所以大家还是警醒一点吧，我们这样地不爱护大自然，让她伤了心，受到伤害的反而是我们，所以我们平时的一点一滴都会影响我们的生活，如果我们生活的土地一去不复返，到时候后悔也来不及了，所以，保护环境，请从青少年做起!

您好!

我是一名杭州市文一街小学的学生，名叫陈汇宽。

自从去年以来，雾霾几乎就没有中断过，空气污染日益严重，大自然用这些事实来告诉我们保护环境的重要性。

最近的天空经常变成了灰色，杭州的建筑物、树木都灰蒙蒙的，出门一看，很多人带上了口罩。就说昨天吧，我上网查了一下，PM2.5的浓度达到了280。

我观察了工业造成的空气污染。在杭州钢铁厂、化工厂等地方，烟囱都冒起了烟，有黄色的，也有黑色的，而且排放速度特别快，看着就让人难受。到了阴天，周围的建筑物都被烟笼罩着，能见度很低，周围都快看不清了。

再是生活污染。家家户户都有烧煤气、热水器。大家天天都用煤气和热水器，积少成多，空气污染就越发严重。

机动车也会排出很脏的颗粒，尤其是质量差的公交车和摩托车驶过后排出呛人的黑烟。高峰时每五分钟左右就经过一辆公交车，一天起码有一百辆车要经过这里。要知道，这么多的汽车要排放出多少尾气啊!特别是红灯和堵车时，路上的小车就停下来，尾气就大量地排放了出来。

雾霾的危害在于长期吸入会危害身体健康，有可能引起咳嗽、肺炎，甚至还会头痛，恶心。所以，为了防止雾霾，我提出以下几点建议：

1、尽量减少工厂烟囱排放，政府可以立个规定：私自排放要受处罚。

2、开辟绿化带，扩大绿化面积，多植树造林。

3、引导工厂、企业少用煤、石油，多用太阳能等别的无污染燃料和能源。

4、畅导大家少开车，多坐公交车，多骑公共自行车。

5、多组织环保宣传活动，让大家知道雾霾的危害，市长自已应带头行动。

俗话说：“上有天堂，下有苏杭。”没有雾霾的杭州该是多么美好啊!如果因为雾霾而影响杭州的形象也太悲哀了!时不我待，所以我们更应该保护环境。

It is reported that thick fog and haze surround many parts of China. People

have to wear masks when they go out.As air pollution is getting increasingly

worse,it has become the main concern of people.

Air pollution can have serious consequences for human’s health and also

severely affects natural ecosystems. Millions of people die of illnesses related

to air pollution every year.Due to particles from exhaust emissions,green house

effects result in warmer weather,acid rains corrode the earth,and frequent haze

causes traffic problems.

Confronted with such situation,positive measures should be adopted. The

government should keep its regulatory role for properly supervision. Related

rules should be made out for reducing emissions of new vehicles and limiting

high-emission vehicles.Factories should meet standards for curbing emissions of

pollutants in surrounding cities.Meanwhile, provinces and municipalities in each

target region should set up a mechanism for the joint prevention and control of

air pollution.

每个人都向往蓝天碧水，我也一样。我喜欢绿色的高陵，美丽的高陵。而现在的高陵县呢?整天烟雾弥漫，空气污浊。既然同呼吸，就要共行动!为自己，为家人，为他人，一起行动，为治污减霾出份力，为美丽高陵添份绿。 然而，这些雾霾都是我们一手造成的。有的人随便给地上乱扔垃圾，有的人随便给地上乱吐痰，还有的工厂乱排放污水和废气，高陵县有那么多汽车，每辆行驶在公路上的汽车都在不断地排放尾气，这也是污染环境。

当我们头顶的天空不再明净，不再蔚蓝时，我们是否才想起应该保护我们所生活的环境呢?当我们脚下的土地变成黄沙变成荒漠时，我们是否才后悔当初没有珍惜我们的大自然呢?

面对曾经美好的一切，我们不禁要大声问道：“谁来保护我们的绿色家园?”历史的车轮正轰隆隆地驶向22世纪，我们作为一名中学生，一个小公民，必须勇敢地站起来，呼吁大家：保护环境已经到了刻不容缓缓的地步，我们责无旁货!谁希望看到自古以来辛勤哺育我们人类的地球母亲即将变成一个欲哭无泪的黑色地球呢?不，谁都不愿意看到!那么我们就要从我做起，从自身做起，保护环境，治污减霾，使高陵县更美丽 ，使地球更美丽。我们中学生就应该做到：不乱扔垃圾，少买带有纸包装袋的东西，少用一次性饭盒和纸杯。多做有利于保护环境的事。

同呼吸，共行动!让我们大家携起手来，从我做起，从现在做起，从低碳出行、环保生活、节能办公做起，用实际行动为我县治污减霾，建设蓝天白云、山清水秀的美丽宜居高陵贡献一份力量!

大家都知道把，如今的中国已被雾霾伤的千疮百孔。所以我这里要说一下雾霾的害处吧。雾霾的组成成分非常复杂，包括数百种大气颗粒物。其中危害人类健康的主要是直径小于10微米的气溶胶粒子，它能直接进入并粘附在人体上下呼吸道和肺叶中，引起鼻炎、支气管炎等病症，长期处于这种环境还会诱发肺癌。

所以我们要阻止雾霾的蔓延。可是该怎么做呢?

1.减少雾霾靠市民。“责任的沉默”比雾霾更可怕，作为南京市民，我们应该行动起来，尽我所能地保护环境，阻止空气污染进一步恶化。

首先，减少化石燃料的燃烧(如家庭燃煤、焚烧垃圾等)。燃煤会产生大量的烟尘和二氧化硫;垃圾在焚烧过程中会产生致癌物质二恶英;并自觉减少燃放烟花爆竹，以更加新颖别致的方式庆祝节日，如舞龙灯，击鼓等。

其次，有偿回收秸秆，用于制造天燃气燃料，减少秸秆焚烧带来的空气污染。许多地方的农民有焚烧秸秆的习惯，大量烟尘被排放到空气中，严重污染周边城市的环境，加重污染周边城市的环境，加重雾霾天气。

第三，提倡低碳出行，健康环保由于近年来道路上的机动车越来越多，交通压力日益增长，我们要从自身做起，选择低碳环保的出行方式，乘坐公共汽车，地铁、骑自行车或步行。将低碳环保进行到底。

2.驱赶雾霾靠部门。

首先，禁止主城区摆放大面积的露天烧烤

其次，由有关部门发起植树活动，呼吁市民多植树，少砍伐，并让众人能够明白植树造林、低碳环保之益处。

第三，鼓励沼气池建设，提倡使用清洁能源，减少秸秆焚烧，化石燃料燃烧带来的空气污染，同时鼓励无污染烟花爆竹的研制开发生产。

3.清除雾霾靠政府。阻止雾霾天气继续蔓延，需要一套行之有效的法律法规、监管体系、预警机制，以及自上而下的全民环保习惯做保障。

要想阻止雾霾天，给南京市民、中外游客一个美丽的环境，此事任重而道远。但是我相信，只要有我们共同的努力，南京一定可以在青奥会时一改之前的风貌，变得更加美好。

最后提醒大家珍爱生命，远离雾霾。
