雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万平方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。

那雾霾天气是怎样来的呢？很多家庭都拥有小汽车，我们的出行更便捷了，但汽车的尾气排放污染空气；电厂、炼油厂、化工厂在我们的城市里"大显身手",但夜以继日地不断排放出煤烟和灰尘；绚丽的烟花爆竹让人目不暇接，但空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降，PM2.5、PM10指数直线上升，这些都是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄给我们带来了意想不到的后果。

我打开电脑搜索答案。哦，我明白了：雾霾是雾和霾的组合词。因为空气质量的恶化，阴霾天气现象出现增多，危害加重。中国不少地区把阴霾天气现象并入雾一起作为灾害性天气预警预报。统称为"雾霾天气".

听妈妈说雾霾中含有大量的悬浮颗粒物，如果被吸入人体内会导致呼吸道疾病。妈妈还让我观察雾霾来区别它和雾的不同。我发现，雾在太阳出来的时候能很快消失，而雾霾不但不消失还会遮挡太阳的光线，使天空灰蒙蒙的。

我继续查找资料了解雾霾形成的原因。有报道说："中国每天差不多要燃烧1000万吨的煤。""城市里的汽车过多，排放的尾气集中，拥堵又成倍增加油耗和尾气排放量。"哇，太可怕了！一天烧了那么多煤就相当于把一座煤山烧没了，而这些汽油燃烧量相当于有些国家一年的汽油消耗量呀！原来那些汽车、工厂排出的尾气、废气，还有过年过节燃放的烟花爆竹，及平时我们用的空调排出的热气等都是雾霾形成的原因啊！

这让我很是心疼我们的"地球妈妈".地球这个生命的摇篮是那样的和蔼可亲，它给我们创造了生存的世界，却还要饱尝着我们对它的伤害，我们多对不起它呀！面对伤痕累累的地球妈妈，我要呼吁我们的小朋友行动起来，从小事做起，绿色出行，节能减排，减少对环境的污染。

每天从电视看到雾霾的预警，心中不免为今后的生活担忧 对机动车尾气、煤烟、扬尘等污染展开专项治理那是政府的事，作为一介平民 ,也要尽自己微薄之力：出行时多乘坐公共交通工具，坐车每公里就消耗0.12升汽油。

节约用电，每用一度电就消耗了350克煤，取暖最终也消耗大量的煤。而煤和油燃烧都会产生大量的二氧化硫、氮氧化物、粉尘、微粒、重金属等污染物。

1、一直以空气质量优良著称的xx，今年首次出现“中度雾霾”，如不及时整治，将带来更大的影响。专家分析，除受我国北部地区大面积雾霾南下影响，xx难逃“区域性雾霾”的侵袭外，也不乏xx自身的原因，xx空气中PM2.5主要来源于机动车尾气、工业污染排放、建筑施工和道路扬尘等。首次“中度污染”应该给xx的空气质量状况敲响警钟。

2、雾霾很可能取代吸烟成为肺癌头号致病“杀手”。

雾霾影响了我们正常的生活节奏，影响了我们的呼吸道，影响了我们的心脏，严重影响了我们的身体健康。

3、通过增加税费、限制行驶等相关政策，限制排量大、非新能源型私家车发展速度。根据交通拥堵及空气质量情况，适时可考虑推出车辆的按号限行制度。

4、借公务车改革之机，淘汰大量高龄、超排的公务车，政府牵头集合各地域靠近的单位、部门联合开通通勤车。开通一辆通勤车，就可以减少十几辆、甚至几十辆私家轿车的使用，不仅能减少尾气排放，也能有效解决交通拥堵，可谓一举两得。

5、环保部门应该针对可能产生雾霾的企业、工地以及特殊场所，加强监测，制定更为严厉有效的排放超标时的各级别干预措施，严重时必须停业、停产整改，直至达标。应设立举报热线，发动群众全员监督。

6、环保部门应该在正常发布PM2.5及空气质量指数(AQI)的同时，增加分析空气中污染物的组成成份、颗粒大小及对人体的不同危害程度及影响，并分析污染物的来源等内容。
