Recently, the topic of air pollution has again aroused more and more attention since pollution haze, a kind of weather, has appeared increasing frequently in our cities. Just as the picture showed, when pollution haze comes, the whole city was covered with suspended particles which can breath into our body causing heavy problem to our health.

如今车辆逐渐增多，大雾的天气已经频频出现，不少人开始带上口罩，大街上的人也明显减少，使整个北京城陷入了雾霾中。有人为了讽刺我国的空气，就说：“美国隐形飞机算什么?北京的雾霾当隐形衣!”雾霾不但造成了空气污染，还对人体有很大的危害，俗话说：污染空气等于慢性自杀。雾霾期间，有不少人死于肺癌、哮喘、心肌梗死、心血管病。已经成为了人们关注的重点。

为了减少雾霾天气，生活在杭州的每一位居民，都应树立“抵御雾霾，人人有责”的意识，主动成为改善空气质量的积极参与者。在此，我向大家提出以下几方面的建议：

1.大家出行尽可能乘坐公交车或者骑自行车，降低出车率，减少机动车尾气排放。

2.春节马上就要到了，我们应该文明过春节。少放或不放烟花爆竹，营造一个安全、健康、环保的春节。

3.改革饮食习惯，抵制城市露天烧烤，实行低油烟、低污染、低能耗的饮食结构。

我继续查找资料了解雾霾形成的原因。有报道说：“中国每天差不多要燃烧1000万吨的煤。”“城市里的汽车过多，排放的尾气集中，拥堵又成倍增加油耗和尾气排放量。”哇，太可怕了!一天烧了那么多煤就相当于把一座煤山烧没了，而这些汽油燃烧量相当于有些国家一年的汽油消耗量呀!原来那些汽车、工厂排出的尾气、废气，还有过年过节燃放的烟花爆竹，及平时我们用的空调排出的热气等都是雾霾形成的原因啊!

We breathe polluted air, making us suffer from lung and liver diseases. Besides,
