【防护建议】

1、尽量减少在雾霾天气中的停留时间，在必要的情况下，外出可以戴上防尘口罩，这样可以有效防止粉尘颗粒进入体内。一般常规口罩不会起到作用，因为颗粒物太细小，KN90，KN95，N95级别的防尘口罩才能有效过滤这类细颗粒物，同时还要选择适合自己的口罩，避免不密合导致周围泄漏。

2、雾霾天气情况下，最好改为室内锻炼或者更改活动时间，尽量减少室外活动。

3、保持良好的心态，保证睡眠，多喝水，多吃水果蔬菜和清淡的食物，提高自身免疫力。

4、提醒家人、朋友关注自己的症状(中老年人注意监测血压和血糖的变化)，如果有胸闷、气短、心慌等不适症状，一定要及时就医。

5、雾霾天气要少开窗，最好等太阳出来再开窗。

当雾霾成为常态，当戴口罩成为大街上一道“风景”时，我们期待着往日恼人的寒风、雪雨的同时，我们更期盼江南绮妮风光的回归，将我们的鼻子和嘴从口罩中解放出来。为给我们自己创造一个良好的生活和工作环境，我们恳切地向亿视所有员工发出如下倡议：

一、节约办公用品，逐步实行无纸化办公。除需存档或会签的重要文件，尽可能在oa系统或电子邮件上流转、审批，以减少纸张使用;打印和复印正反两面使用。

雾霾天气人们应该怎么办?

第一，减少雾霾天气外出的次数，如果必须外出的话，请一定要带上防护较好、较厚的口罩，做好防护措施。回家之后立即用清水冲洗裸露的面部皮肤;

第二，在雾霾天气条件下，家里应关闭门窗，待雾霾散去之后，在开窗散气;

第三，雾霾天气的饮食应选择易消化且富含维生素的食物，多吃新鲜蔬菜和水果，少吃刺激性食物;

我们都会与雾霾相约“九八”，我为何高兴不起来?我那么肆意的破坏环境，不就是等着雾霾的到来吗?为什么?
