一、建议各级政府严格履行政府职责，在加大产业调整力度的同时，精心组织，详细制订减煤、控车、降尘等具体规划，明确部门责任，深化大气污染防治，全面改善大气环境质量。加大环保宣传，使广大群众掌握更多的知情权。

二、建议各单位、各部门积极行动，紧紧围绕燃煤锅炉拆改、黄标车淘汰、工地扬尘控制、秸秆禁烧、露天烧烤管理等重点工作，履行部门职责，加强部门联动，确保各项任务得到有效落实。

三、呼吁各企业、各单位自觉履行污染减排的社会责任，在生产经营中，严格遵守环保法律法规，强化工作力度，整治超标排污，推行清洁生产、绿色发展;摒弃部门利益，完成本单位燃煤锅炉拆改、黄标车淘汰等工作，为改善空气质量做贡献。

四、敦促建筑施工单位在拆迁、建筑、道路整修等工程中，科学安排、绿色施工，采取措施减少扬尘污染：工地设立标准围挡;物料堆放有序;裸露泥土覆盖或洒水;渣土运输车辆密闭运输;工地配备专职保洁员等。

五、大气污染治理需要广大群众的积极参与，希望您从自我做起，从身边小事做起，从现在做起：出行时，减少使用私家车，选择步行、骑行、公共交通等绿色出行方式;生活中，不乱扔生活垃圾，拒绝露天烧烤;敢于批评和纠正损害环境的不文明行为，勇于揭露和举报破坏环境的违法行为，主动参与到防治行动中来。

1治理雾霾，从我做起

又是一个雾霾天气，能见度不足以百米。无论是车辆还是行人都在摸索前行，没有了嬉笑，也无了鸟鸣，在这样的环境里，有的只是刺鼻的气味和满目的昏暗。

雾，原本似轻烟，如薄纱，似纱巾笼罩着大地。古往今来，它曾让多少文人墨客为之陶醉，为之倾倒。而今与这美丽的雾貌似有着一丝关系的雾霾，又犯下了什么滔天大罪？雾霾，看似与雾有"血缘关系",但它却和雾截然不同。雾，是由浮游在空中的小水滴或冰晶组成的水汽凝结物。有时雾出预报晴，有时雾出预报雨，似乎混乱不堪，但是只要掌握了辐射雾、平流雾的特征，多方观察，仔细分析，就能准确地抓住雾与天晴、落雨的规律，以便预测天气。这对于农业、交通、航天、航海都有用处。而雾霾就不一样了，它是由空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸、有机碳氢化合物等粒子所组成的小灰粒。

要说雾霾的害处——先，长时间出现雾霾天气，容易导致呼吸道感染、心血管疾病、哮喘、支气管炎……等众多疾病，对人体健康危害很严重。其次，在雾霾天气里，很容易发生车祸。空气中游浮的小灰粒让人们难以看清，在骑车或开车时，看不清对方也是常有的事，所以雾霾天气的出现也很容易让两车"亲密接触".再次，有雾霾的时候，整个天空灰蒙蒙的，让人们心情很不好……

造成疾病和车祸的罪魁祸首，我们就能眼睁睁地看着它存在我们的生活当中？不，不能。所以，是时候该阻止雾霾天气的降临了！

少开车，多走路；少砍伐，多植树……保护环境，就是治理雾霾的根本！所以，我们要尽可能地节约、尽可能地环保。让我们齐心协力，保护环境，保护地球！愿我们的地球村永远纯净！永远天蓝水清！

2雾霾治理，从我做起

望一眼窗外，突然发现看不到蓝天、白云，天地间一片灰色的景象，连对面的楼房也只有朦胧的轮廓。这样的天气越来越频繁，雾霾正无声无息地笼罩着我们的城市。

雾霾是雾中悬浮着大量的烟、灰尘等微粒而形成的混浊现象。据环保部遥感卫星监测：1月29日中国范围内有130万平方公里的地区被雾霾笼罩，空气质量严重污染。

那雾霾天气是怎样来的呢？很多家庭都拥有小汽车，我们的出行更便捷了，但汽车的尾气排放污染空气；电厂、炼油厂、化工厂在我们的城市里"大显身手",但夜以继日地不断排放出煤烟和灰尘；绚丽的烟花爆竹让人目不暇接，但空气中烟雾腾腾，变得非常混浊，空气质量急剧下降，PM2.5、PM10指数直线上升，这些都是造成雾霾的主要原因，它们在带给我们快捷方便、赏心悦目的同时，也悄悄给我们带来了意想不到的后果。

雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎、咽喉炎、气管炎、心脏衰落等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场大雾似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命，可见大雾的威力，也该给我们敲响了警钟。

我们要的是清新的空气，要的是健康的体魄。请不要以牺牲健康为代价，而换来所谓的美好生活。少开车，绿色出行，多种树，保护森林。治霾，从我做起。

3捍卫资源，保护环境

早晨起来，一片雾蒙蒙的，我对妈妈说："今天的雾好大啊！"妈妈摇摇头："这不是雾，是雾霾。""雾霾？雾霾是什么？"我第一次听到这个词，所以很疑惑。妈妈让我自己查资料解

答疑问。

我打开电脑搜索答案。哦，我明白了：雾霾是雾和霾的组合词。因为空气质量的恶化，阴霾天气现象出现增多，危害加重。中国不少地区把阴霾天气现象并入雾一起作为灾害性天气预警预报。统称为"雾霾天气".

听妈妈说雾霾中含有大量的悬浮颗粒物，如果被吸入人体内会导致呼吸道疾病。妈妈还让我观察雾霾来区别它和雾的不同。我发现，雾在太阳出来的时候能很快消失，而雾霾不但不消失还会遮挡太阳的光线，使天空灰蒙蒙的。

我继续查找资料了解雾霾形成的原因。有报道说："中国每天差不多要燃烧1000万吨的煤。""城市里的汽车过多，排放的尾气集中，拥堵又成倍增加油耗和尾气排放量。"哇，太可怕了！一天烧了那么多煤就相当于把一座煤山烧没了，而这些汽油燃烧量相当于有些国家一年的汽油消耗量呀！原来那些汽车、工厂排出的尾气、废气，还有过年过节燃放的烟花爆竹，及平时我们用的空调排出的热气等都是雾霾形成的原因啊！

这让我很是心疼我们的"地球妈妈".地球这个生命的摇篮是那样的和蔼可亲，它给我们创造了生存的世界，却还要饱尝着我们对它的伤害，我们多对不起它呀！面对伤痕累累的地球妈妈，我要呼吁我们的小朋友行动起来，从小事做起，绿色出行，节能减排，减少对环境的污染。

尽管我们的能力有限，可只要我们去做，就会有成效，就不会让雾霾遮挡我们的天空。只要大家齐心协力，就能筑起一道绿色环保的大堤。捍卫资源，保护环境，从我做起！还给地球妈妈一个蓝色的天空，还给地球妈妈一片绿色的大地！

每天从电视看到雾霾的预警，心中不免为今后的生活担忧 对机动车尾气、煤烟、扬尘等污染展开专项治理那是政府的事，作为一介平民 ,也要尽自己微薄之力：出行时多乘坐公共交通工具，坐车每公里就消耗0.12升汽油。

节约用电，每用一度电就消耗了350克煤，取暖最终也消耗大量的煤。而煤和油燃烧都会产生大量的二氧化硫、氮氧化物、粉尘、微粒、重金属等污染物。

树立了环保低碳的生活观念，我们的生活品质并不会降低，反而会减少污染排放、节省能源消耗。

春节临近，不放鞭炮，减少烟雾排放。

呼吁人们从我做起，从现在做起，如果每个人都能理智消费，抵制浪费性消费，实现绿色出行、绿色生活，就会为环境的清新宜人作出一份贡献。
