今年世界卫生日活动的主题是“抵御耐药性：今天不采取行动，明天就无药可用”。 为提高公众对防范病菌耐药的认识，应对耐药菌给人类健康带来的威胁，我院制作了宣传标语：“抵御耐药性：今天不采取行动，明天就无药可用”;“服用抗菌药物需谨慎，滥用隐患多”;“坚持合理使用抗菌药物，预防耐药菌产生”。提醒广大市民及我院医务工作者，合理使用抗菌药物。并将此标语在医院门诊大厅的LED屏幕上滚动播出。

为提高医务人员合理应用抗生素的水平，我院在外科大楼13楼学习室还举办了题为“细菌耐药与抗菌药物合理使用的基本原则”的讲座，参加人员有我院临床科室的15名住院总、专家组部分专家及其他兄弟医院的医务科长和药剂科主任。

在本次讲座中，结合专家组在病历质量检查中发现的抗菌药物使用不合理的情况进行了认真分析，强调了不合理使用抗生素的危害性，并要求临床医师做好耐药监测等相关工作。讲座后结合临床工作实际，还对如何合理使用抗菌药物进行了热烈讨论。

水是世界上最宝贵的一种资源，也是维持生命的理想液体。哺乳动物体内60%至65%是水，人类体重的2/3、大脑的99%、骨骼的44%也都是水。缺了水，人类和地球将不能存活，森林将不复存在，植物将灭亡，地球上将出现无边的沙漠，生命的迹象将消失。

目前全世界的淡水资源仅占其总水量的2.5%，其中70%以上被冻结在南极和北极的冰盖中，加上难以利用的高山冰川和永冻积雪，有87%的淡水资源难以利用。人类真正能够利用的淡水资源是江河湖泊和地下水中的一部分，约占地球总水量的0.26%。

鉴于全球淡水资源不仅短缺、许多国家将很快陷入缺水的困境，经济发展将受到限制，1993年1月18日，第47届联合国大会作出决议，确定每年的3月22日为“世界水日”。1988年《中华人民共和国水法》颁布后，水利部即确定每年的7月1日至7日为“中国水周”，考虑到“世界水日”与“中国水周”的主旨和内容基本相同，故从1994年开始，把“中国水周”的时间改为每年的3月22日至28日，时间重合，使宣传活动更加突出“世界水日”的主题。

Yesterday is my six-year-old birthday. It is important to me as I can go to primary school after my birthday. It means that I grow up. I got up very early at that day. My mother just smiled at me and said nothing. I felt a little down. But I recovered with excited soon and then I went out to play. Everything in my eyes is so beautiful. When I got home about five o’clock, my mother gave me a surprise. She prepared a party for me and invited all my friends. She also gave a lovely schoolbag to me as my birthday present. 在我们青少年的生活中，吸烟已经屡见不鲜的事情了。 相信每一个人都知道,烟草的危害是当今世界最严重的公共卫生问题之一，是人类健康所面临的最大的危险因素。目前全球烟民的总量已突破13亿人，每年因吸烟致死近500万人.为此,1987年11月联合国世界卫生组织建议将1988年的4月7日定为第一个世界无烟日,以后固定为每年的5月31日，开展这项活动,目的在于警醒世人吸烟有害健康，呼吁人们放弃烟草，为人类自己创造一个健康的生存环境，那么烟草究竟有多大危害呢 ?

世界卫生组织曾发表过一项声明中指出：“如今烟草已经成为全球的第二大杀手.吸烟所产生的破坏比非典和最近的海啸还要严重.如果维持当前的趋势不变,到2020年,每年将有1000万人因吸烟而过早去世。”

既然烟草有如此可怕的危害,为什么有众多的人吸烟呢?分析其原因主要有两个：一是烟草中所含的尼古丁令人上瘾，使人对它产生依赖，不容易戒掉;另一个原因是大多数人还没有把吸烟看成是一个丑陋的,既害人又害己的恶习，相反，认为这是一件很有派头，很潇洒的事，因此，吸烟的人群像滚雪球一样越滚越大，人们对它的依赖也越来越强。

吸烟不仅是社会广为人知有害身胸，而且还是一种奢华高昂消费。更是现阶段虚荣心的年轻人追逐潮流，吸出品牌，追求她人、异性羡慕目光。说白了便是耍酷，同学虽然你家里是有不匪的经济财富，但你有否想过你的父母亲，为了一个家庭讨生计、他们工作得多么辛苦啊!赚来的钱多不容易呢!而你却如此毫无价值地烧掉，想想吧!以我个人浅识鄙见、在烟的成份含量中存在有好几种有害物质、相应的毒素，对人体潜沉伏体入，吸烟达到一定含量，便无形的伤害身心健康。

吸烟对本人自身健康有害，从而导致相当多的病源，常见现象如：咽喉炎、多痰咳嗽等等。。。。更是带来社会环境影响，吸烟患者太多数都有有不良卫生习惯，如随便向人群咳嗽，就地吐痰，从而影响市容文明，破坏环境卫生，传柒病毒、恶劣循环状况。

对青少年来说，吸烟的危害远比想象中大得多，不仅会导致很多疾病，还会影响骨骼生长发育，这是因为青少年正处于身体迅速成长发育的阶段，身体的各器官系统还没有发育成熟，对各种有毒物质的抵抗力不强，受烟雾的毒害也就更深，甚至可以导致早衰。吸烟还可能使青少年养成不良的生活习惯，诱发不良行为，甚至引发犯罪.。

为了我们自己的健康，为了我们祖国的未来，我们呼吁，青少年都要自觉地远离香烟，并劝说吸烟的亲友尽量戒烟，毕竟，香烟对我们有害无益;毕竟，没有烟雾的空气会更加清新，没有烟草的生命会更加绚烂!

but luckly, the govenment of jiang xi province hosts an activity named "bid to host the national civilizd city".it can help to ehance our cultural quality as the same time the developing of sicence and technolog.

this activity let citizens know the ture meaning of civilizd city.besides,let people know more about the basic knoeledge and low.also, let us know hosting the national civilizd city is not a thing of a moment!so we must have perseverance to do what we can do and what we should do to help our city to be more civilizable.

Youth

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

An unforgettable experience

Usually,the first time you did something is unforgettable,although it couldnt be always wonderful.

As for me,an unforgettable experience of mine is the first time I joined the Red Cross.We took boxes,and walked on the street.We found some people on the street,then asked them to raise some money for Red Cross.At first,we were so surprised that just a few people would raise some money for Red Cross,and some people even thought we were cheat!But we werent upset.We went on and worked for the whole day.

During that day,we all felt tired but happy,because we raised much money.We looked at the boxes and smiled.

Its really an unforgettable experience!

Every year on October 4th is the World Animal Day. It is proposed by the Italian monk St Francis in 12th century. He lives in the forests of Assisi Island for the long time, building a good relationship with the animals. So he asks people to express thanks to the animals on October 4th. He sets a good example for our human beings about how to deal with the relationship with animals. In order to memorize him and what he does, we make October, 4th to be World Animal Day. Nowadays, people from all over the world will hold various activities to celebrate on that day. The aim of this festival is to remind people to care for all animals and build a harmonious relationship with them.

每年的十月四日是世界动物日。它是由意大利修道士圣弗兰西斯在十二世纪提出的。他长期生活在阿西西岛上的森林中，与动物建立了良好的关系。所以他要求村民们在10月4日这天向动物表示感谢。他为如何正确处理与动物的关系树立了一个很好的榜样。后人为了纪念他和他所做的，我们把十月四号定为世界动物日。现在，在那一天来自世界各地的人会用各种活动来庆祝这一节日。这一节日的目的在于提醒人们关爱所有的动物，与他们建立和谐的关系。
