He is right. We always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand thatChanges the world or benefits all of mankind .For example; we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean. Yet we still litter on the ground. We complain about traffic jams, so we plan to build more highways to solve the problem, but it never occurs to us that our failure to follow traffic regulations is the leading cause of this situation. We are so concerned that the violence in the media has a bad impact on our children, we urge the government to set laws to protect them. But, do we, as adults, set a good example for our kids? We use nasty words and even spit on the ground in front of them, I dare to say, we harm more!

In my opinion, before we decide to change the world, we had better change ourselves first. As ordinary individuals, we do not have the power to change the world. But we can change our habit of littering, spitting, cussing, we can respect the environment around us, we must act as good models for our kids.

If each of us does all of these little things, all of us, millions and millions of individuals together, together we will be strong …strong enough to change our world!

So please, the next time you do something, think how your actions influence not only you, but those around you too, especially our children …and perhaps more importantly…our planet!

朋友，当您在做某一件事情的时候，请您想一想，您的行为会对您周围的人产生怎样的影响， 因为，您的行为不单单影响到您自己，还有您周围的人，更重要的是我们的孩子…甚至我们的世界。

My birthday is in July. I am very happy on my birthday, because I can eat my favorite food and get many gifts from my parents and friends. Last year, I had my birthday party as usual. I was very excited in the morning. My father went to buy me a big birthday cake. My mother cleaned all the rooms and cooked delicious food. I invited all my friends to my party. We played funny games, and they sang a birthday song and lighted the candles. I made a wish and blew all the candles. Then we ate the birthday cake together. 搬回了我的“小家”了。搬回了“小家”之后，吴佳琪打呼噜的声音还在我们回荡，就在我实在忍无可忍的时候，旁边一床的余润心突然从床上站了起来，吓了我一大跳。她要干什么呀?我心想，就把头转到她走的位置，只看见余润心冲到吴佳琪的床前，把她的鼻子捏了一下。吴佳琪“哼”了一下，转过身，终于不打呼噜了，唉!噩梦总算过去了。

唉，这个世界睡眠日过的真是悲剧了，我只好明天再继续补眠了。

铜山实小一(11)中队“世界卫生日”主题班会活动小结 今天的4月7日是第63个“世界卫生日”，我们的活动主题是“卫生与健康”，为了进一步提高学生的卫生意识，强调健康生活方式的重要性，向学生宣传春季传染病的知识及预防措施，杜绝春季传染病流行。4月6日下午，我们铜山实小一(11)中队开展了以“卫生与健康”为主题的教育班会。

一、 学生搜集资料，了解健康知识。

在主题活动之前，布置学生通过各种途径了解预防春季传染病相关的知识，学生在查阅各种资料的同时，了解到身体健康的重要性，又学到了不少的健康知识，比从家长口中得知的还要丰富，真正验证了一句话：许多人不是死于疾病，而是死于无知。

二、 了解“世界卫生日”的由来

通过班主任的介绍，让同学们加强了对世界卫生日的了解，并了解到历年来世界卫生日的主题，并以此增强环境卫生意识。

三、开展了“一弯腰”活动，寓教育于活动之中

An Interesting Birthday Party

It was October 12th yesterday. My friends held a birthday party for me. In the morning, they came to my home early, and they brought many presents for me. I liked them very much. I invited them to the KTV, we sang songs, danced and played games. About 5:30 p.m., we went my home. My mother had cooked a delicious dinner for us. After dinner, we watched TV and at about 8:30 p.m. we ate birthday cake. There were fifteen candles on my birthday cake. I made a silent wish, and then I blew the candles out in one breath. I had an interesting birthday party. We had a good time in the party. I was so grateful to what they did for me.
