回忆是人的一种思想情感。有人说，回忆是一颗酸枣仁，找寻尘封的记忆，会伴随着物是人非、人情冷暖。记忆的盖子一经揭开，便有丝丝的苦楚；但是当你心中还保留着一份美好的记忆时，回忆起来就像慢慢品尝一杯蜂蜜茶，很容易感受到回忆所带来的喜悦与幸福。
一、回忆人物离不开事件
选择什么事件呢？一要选择典型事件，即能突出人物性格的事件。如有同学在写《我的小学老师》中回忆小学语文老师上课的一次迟到，用一件本来很平常的事情，挖掘出了深刻的意义。原来老师刚刚送女儿到医院，急急忙忙地赶回来上课。就是我们现在读这样的事件，也依然可以想象老师走进教室那一刻该怀着怎样的情感，而这些情感正反映出主人公守时、敬业的形象。二要有主有次地选择素材。除非接触的时间较短，否则你一定会知道所忆的人的很多故事。倘若仅仅是写一件事，这就很容易写成以叙事为主的作文。以写人为主，最好选择几件事来全方位地表现人物，而在材料安排上依其主次有详有略。这样写出来的人物形象就是立体的，就更显真实，更显丰满。
二、回忆人物离不开描写
描写历来是写人的一个重要法宝。由于记忆中的人物都是过去所接触交往过的，难免模糊淡忘，所以要尽力仔细回忆，避虚就实，挖掘细节，再从多角度描写、再现人物，才能让人物形象跃然纸上。经典名篇《背影》为何成为经典？就在于这篇文章对父亲过铁道买橘子的那一连串的动作及那肥胖的背影描写得实在太细腻太传神，其中深蕴了作者在当时那特殊的背景下所体味到的慈父深情，以及油然而生的对父亲的由衷感激。同学们也许并不知道，在此前的很长一段时间中，朱自清对父亲曾有很深的误解，父子之间曾有过隔阂。
当我们在记忆中搜索素材的时候，脑海里一定会像放电影一样闪现出若干个镜头，我们就要从中选择那些最清晰、鲜明、生动的镜头来详细描写。例如有一位同学写了回忆姥姥的作文，两次特别描写了姥姥的双手，一次描写的是姥姥递给“我”一个苹果时苍老的手，另一次描写的是“我”给姥姥苹果时姥姥那颤巍巍的手，两次描写分别在不同场景下进行，把姥姥对我的爱及我对姥姥的爱表现得淋漓尽致。
三、回忆人物离不开感情
回忆一个人物，一定怀着某种深情，如怀念、赞美、歌颂等。这种感情往往
就形成一条线索贯穿全文，让回忆有条不紊地展开，倘若离开了这些情感，所回忆的内容就难串联起来。那么如何表现作者对所忆人物的情感呢？一方面可以采用心理描写，即作者做内心剖白，注意：这不是描写所忆人物的心理，而是写作者的所感所想；另一方面，在回忆的过程中要适时交代现在的情形，两相比较，在岁月的变迁中表现作者深刻的思想感悟。
有一位同学回忆过世的奶奶，想起如今生病的自己，不禁泪流满面。那时作者病了，奶奶为了让孙子缓解病痛，为了让他开心，不惜弯着腰、驼着背扮演小动物的行走姿势，用老迈的声调模拟小动物的叫声。写到这些情景时，作者对奶奶的怀念之情，一定会引起读者共鸣。
除了上述三个注意点，写回忆人物的作文还要适当地选用其他的写作技巧，以使文章锦上添花。例如，可采用倒叙的顺序，先写眼前的场景，再回忆过去岁月中的点点滴滴，能使读者与你一起进入回忆的情境；可采用先抑后扬的手法，更能反衬出人物光辉的一面。

向日葵的幸福

幸福是随处可见的，每个人都有属于自己的一份小小的幸福，我也有。 当年的我，还太小，不懂得幸福是什么？就问妈妈。她沉思了片刻对我说：“跟我来看。”她把我领到窗前，指着那片向日葵说：“就像它们，你现在可能不懂，以后就懂了。”我似懂非懂地点点头，离开了窗口。
时光飞逝，也带着我的这段记忆离开了。长大了的我，又来到了窗前，那段追问幸福的往事又像流水样冲回来，我问妈妈的那些话，又在我耳畔回想。望着这片向日葵，我似乎明白了什么道理？哦，向日葵的幸福就在于太阳出来了，随着太阳转动，每天向着太阳。这就是向日葵的幸福。呃！那我的幸福到底是什么呢？
