武术的哲学思想是以“柔弱胜刚强”的哲学理论为支撑的。这个哲学理论的本质要求，是在柔弱的一方转化为刚强，和在刚强的一方转化为柔弱的时候，柔弱的一方就做到了以刚强战胜柔弱，从而也就实现了“柔弱胜刚强”。其间，转化是需要条件的。这些条件就是对阴阳、无极太极、有无、动静、虚实和正奇，以及攻防、进退等等的正确把握。同时，转化是要看准时机的。这个时机就是有利于打的最好时机。正是在此基础上，形成了打的对象、方式、方法、技巧，形成了打的原则和法则，从而使打具有了理性。也正是在此基础上，方才有了“智谋”的打法。

然而，武打呢?武打所赖以的思想很简单，就是“刚强胜柔弱”。它表现在打法上，就讲打力、打猛、打勇。这个“刚强胜柔弱”不啻是一个公理、常识，根本就说不上有一丁点哲学理论。

历史地看，武打相伴人类出现而生，而武术则出现于中国先秦，启于老子，见于老子“道学”及其《道德经》。武术是对武打的扬弃和批判的结果，从而使武打从蒙昧走向了理智，从低级走向了高级，从野蛮走向了文明。

因此，以“柔弱胜刚强”为基础的武术与以“刚强胜柔弱”为基础的武打，其文化分野，表现如下：

为什么要运动呢?因为运动可以帮助我们加速新陈代谢、增加心肺功能、放松心情……等，还有人因为长期的运动而让身体变好呢!真是令我不敢相信.呢!

我喜欢的运动有很多，例如：跑步、游泳、打排球……，但是其中我最喜欢的是：骑脚踏车。我第一次接触脚踏车的时候是大班，那时，刚好回去我的外婆家，那里有许许多多的脚踏车，这时我选了一台粉红色的单车，我兴奋的开始学，没想到，我一骑就跌了个四脚朝天，让我不禁大哭了一场，原本想放弃的我，因为妈妈的鼓励，让我又振作了起来，第二次，虽然我还是有跌倒，但是我并没有放弃，再一次又一次的练习下，我终于学会了，让我不禁欣喜若狂了起来。骑脚踏车不但可以增加心肺功能，还能减缓现在全球正面临的地球暖化问题，骑脚踏车不会排放废气唷!真是一举两得啊!

虽然骑脚踏车有许多好处，但是也有许多注意事项，例如：不能骑太快、不能耍特技、不能心不在焉，否则会和别人相撞……，记得有一次：因为我已经学会骑脚踏车了，所以经常骑的像子弹一样快，那天，有一台车正快速的冲过来，因为我没有注意到，所以就骑了过去，车子一看到我，就停了下来，这时我已经被吓得魂飞魄散了。

俗话说：“一分耕耘，一分收获”，如果想要拥有一个健康的身体，就必须运动，如果都没有运动，那么就会很快就虚弱。
