四、任何单位、组织、个人一律不得举办焰火晚会以及其他大型焰火燃放活动。

五、个人燃放烟花爆竹要做到：不得酒后燃放烟花爆竹;不得燃放非法、伪劣、超标烟花爆竹;不得向人群、车辆、建筑物抛掷点燃的烟花爆竹;不得在建筑物内、屋沧政告[2015]2号顶、阳台燃放或者向外抛掷烟花爆竹;不得采取其他危害国家、集体和他人人身、财产安全的方式燃放烟花爆竹。十四周岁以下未成年人燃放烟花爆竹的，必须由监护人或者其他成年人陪同看护。

传说中，每年的大年三十，都有一个叫“年”的怪兽被神仙放出来吃人。“年”天不怕地不怕，就怕红色和响声，于是大年三十，人们就会在门上贴红纸春联、放鞭炮，吓走怪兽。

今年的大年三十，我和爸爸妈妈来到监利县的奶奶家，感受了一番过年关的滋味。 刚进奶奶家，就听说可以放烟火，我兴奋得一蹦老高，向院子里做了个三十米冲刺的动作，吓得鸡鸭满院乱窜。哥哥拉着我：“走，买烟火去!。”来到摊上，五颜六色的烟火摆了一地，一群人都围在那儿买烟火。我和哥哥左钻右钻，被眼前的烟火弄得眼花缭乱。我把每种烟火都拿了一些，对于我来说，烟火是一个“迷”。

“大家快来放烟火!”我和姐姐点燃了“五彩缤纷”，“五彩缤纷”顿时燃起了五光十色的火花。火花四溢，我们笑着、跳着，拿着“五彩缤纷”到处挥舞。我最喜欢玩“地老鼠”。哥哥点燃导火线后，跳到了一边。炸弹似的“地老鼠”开始飞快地旋转生产，闪出绿色的火花，火花中，好象有一只绿色的小老鼠正在缓缓地蠕动，火花给“小老鼠”披上了一层“毛”，使小老鼠变成了一个毛球。神奇的绿毛老鼠又发生了奇特的变化，一只绿毛老鼠变成了红毛老鼠，红毛老鼠“扑腾”了几下便消失了。整个过程，不过几秒钟，但带给了我无穷的欢乐，我迫不及待地又点燃了一只“地老鼠“的导火线……我还玩了礼花、音乐导弹、小蜜蜂、飞机……在快乐的游戏中，也差点儿酿成了一个悲剧：我拿着足有六十发炮弹的炮弹筒放炮，正得意时，谁知一个炮弹在炮筒中就炸响了，我急忙扔掉炮筒，躲到有一边，真玄呀!我的手差点炸着，眼睛里也“盛”满了灰。现在一想到那个情形，我就害怕。

我抬头望着天上的圆月，心里不知是什么滋味。烟火虽然给了人们无限的欢乐，也会带来危险。原来什么事都有两面性。
