随着新年的钟声响起，我就迫不及待地叫父母到楼下放烟花。

昨晚6:00，国顺东路一个12岁的男孩用易拉罐盖住鞭炮，点燃鞭炮后易拉罐弹起，男孩的眼角被撞受伤。

昨晚6:30，高境庙一个7岁的男孩在观看旁人放鞭炮时，左眼被炸伤。

昨晚7:00，住在闸北区天目东路某小区的38岁男子郑某在燃放礼花弹时，被炸伤右眼。

据伤者的朋友说，礼花弹突然炸开并弹至郑某的右眼，眼睛顿时鲜血直流。郑某被送往眼耳喉鼻科医院后随即被推入手术室，但右眼能否保住十分难说。

据了解，郑某燃放的礼花弹威力相当大，据说可升空200米左右，是上海市场上明令禁止销售的礼花弹。

昨晚9:00，记者在眼耳鼻喉科医院看到，一个被鞭炮炸伤眼睛的病人刚包扎好出来，又有另一个小伙子因为放鞭炮受伤前来就诊。

这么多的事例活生生的告诉我们，燃放烟花爆竹时，如果不注意会有多么大的危害。下面就让我来告诉大家一些燃放烟花爆竹时应注意的事项。

1．正确选择烟花爆竹的燃放地点，严禁在繁华街道、剧院等公共场所和山林、有电的设施下以及靠近易燃易炸物品的地方进行燃放。燃放烟花爆竹要遵守当地政府有关的安全规定。

2．烟花的燃放不可倒置。吐珠类烟花的燃放最好能用物体或器械固定在地面上进行，若确需手持燃放时，只能用手指掐住筒体尾端，底部不要朝掌心。点燃烟花时，要用香支或烟点燃，不要用明火点燃。点火后，将手臂伸直，烟花火口朝上，尾部朝地，对空发射。禁止在楼群和阳台上燃放。

3．喷花类、小礼花类、组合类烟花燃放时，平放地面固牢，燃放中不得出现倒筒现象，点燃引线人即离开。

4．燃放旋转升空及地面旋转烟花，必须注意周围环境，放置平整地面，点燃引线后，离开观赏，燃放手持或线吊类旋转烟花时，手提线头或用小竹杆吊住棉线，点燃后向前伸，身体勿近烟花。燃放钉挂旋转类烟花时，一定要将烟花钉牢在壁或木板上，用手转动烟花，能旋转的好，才能点燃引线离开观赏。

5．手持烟花不应朝地面方向燃放。

6．爆竹应在屋外空处吊挂燃放，点燃后切忌将爆竹放在手中，双响炮应直竖地面，不得横放。

7、燃放时，一次不能同时点燃两支以上烟花。

8、不要自己制作烟花或者在制作好的烟花里面添加任何东西。

9、小型烟花燃放时观众要远离10米，大型烟花燃放时观众要远离100至200米。

10、万一出现异常情况，如熄火现象，千万不要再点火，更不要伸头、用眼睛靠近观看，也不要马上靠拢产品。应停止燃放其它产品，等明确原因，再行处理。

11、烟花燃放20至30分钟后，戴上手套用铁夹将烟花空筒和残渣清理掉。
