Hello, Everybody! I am very glad to stand here to give you my introduction. I am from Liangbing Middle School. I am studying in Class 1,Grade 7. I love my hometown Liangbing because it’s a very beautiful town.

I have many hobbies, such as reading books, listening to music, surfing the Internet and traveling. But listening to music is my favorite. I like pop music best. My idol are Jay. I am a lively girl. I like making friends and chatting with them. I can play the Chinese Kungfu. I passed all ten levels when I was in Grade 5.However, because of the busy study, I don’t have any free time to practise it. What a pity!I am good at Math and English and I like English better. In my opinion, it’s very easy and fun to learn and use English and this contest is a great chance for me to learn English from others. There are some pandas in the zoo. They look like a bear but they are not a bear. They live in China.

They have a small tail and fat body. They are black and white. They’re very clumsy but they can climb trees. They like to eat bamboo very much.

Look! The baby panda is under the mother panda they are sleeping. They look very lovely.

Pandas are my favourite animals.

语文课上，老师让同学们列两张清单，一张是自己抱怨的事，一张是自己感恩的事。

我将这两张清单罗列完之后又重新逐条看了一遍。抱怨的事中第一件就是快中考了。是啊，中考，在我的想法里早已被压力、担心、紧张等等等等里三层外三层地围了个水泄不通。而不可否认的是，在感恩清单上的第一件事也是中考，因为中考过后可以升到高一级学府，而且还有近两个月的长假，那是很令人期待的事啊。

可见，无论是抱怨还是感激，都有内在的联系。我憎恨考试，它让我时时刻刻都那么紧张;我厌恶父母永无休止的唠叨，使我不得尽事随意“开心颜”。但我感激一次又一次的考试，让我认清自己的不足，更感谢父母的唠叨，这些唠叨句句都是关爱，让我不会迷失，更不会在无垠的人生旷野上走丢。

我们之所以抱怨那么多的事情，是因为它们令我们身心俱疲，打击在我们的最软弱处最悲哀处。然而，我们是否想过正是这些磨练使我们的脆弱处变得坚忍，从而提升了自己。

所以，我们抱怨的那些事情，也正是我们最应该感激的啊!

感激不如意的成绩，感激令人疲惫的体能训练，感激父母的唠唠叨叨，感激即将到来的中考……这些曾经都是“抱怨清单”的住户，如今却在我的“感恩清单”上居住，并且是永驻!

同那么多的抱怨，挥手作别吧，让它们成为我们的感恩基石，感激它们的历练使我们得到了真真正正彻彻底底的成长。

在每个人成长的过程中，都不会一帆风顺，经常会遇到很多伤心事和烦恼事。

记得我小时候无忧无虑，吃了玩，玩了吃。可是随着年龄的增长，进入学校，每天的作业越来越多，要背的书也越来越多。每天早上六点就会被妈妈谎说成七点叫起来背书，并且还要背着沉重的书包去学校。在学校里总是因为作文和考试而烦恼，就怕自己考不好，被老师批评，被妈妈骂。

记得有一次，我考了八十几分，发现都是自己不小心做错的，心里非常伤心。本以为回家之后，妈妈能给我一点安慰，可出科我意料的是，妈妈不但没有给予我安慰，而且还骂了我一顿说：“看，不是你不会做，都是你粗心大意造成的，像这样的话，你怎么能考上一个好中学呢?去，拿妈妈买的课外作业做二页，然后拿给我检查。”我心里很难过，但还是拖着疲倦的身驱走进书房，我看到课本上密密麻麻的字，头发晕，心想，要是我能躺在床上睡个十天八天的那该多好呀!可那是不可能的。

要知道，在人生的成长过程中有很多欢乐，但也少不了烦恼，当你经历了一次烦恼的“袭击”，那你离成功就更近一步。
