Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

people competed with me, then I started to feel nervous. The employers asked us

to sit in the round table and introduced ourselves one by one. When it was my

turn, I lowed down my head and spoke in low voice. Then the employers continued

to let us give speeches in the stage. I lose confidence and made the horrible

performance.

This interview taught me a lesson that I must get over my fear, or I will

很多情况下，家长经常被老师批评，在很多人的眼中，现在遍天下的是优秀老师，遍天下的是没有素养的家长。为什么是这样的呢?

家长反映问题都是素质低的表现，为何?

一调查，老师都是优秀老师，家长都是素质低下的家长。真的如此吗?

我从来不相信这些事情的真实性。

第一，老师不一定绝对优秀。如果优秀的话，不会盲目指挥学生读什么指定书目。就是盲目指挥读了，也不会优秀到不和家长沟通协调合作进行自己的教育实验。本身老师自己个体绝对存在不可原谅的错误。在思维和组织上有失误，所以自食其果，怨不得他人。

第二，所进行的教育实验，作为学生家长有表达自己意向意见的权利。尽管这些家长在某些人的眼中是素质低下的，是不懂教育的，是不该顺便说话的。但是，作为民主国家的标志之一就是要有言论的自由。不能你是一个大青蛙叫声大，就认为小青蛙就没有叫的权利，而且还要断定小青蛙的叫声绝对属于低素质低水平的叫声。还要振振有辞地批判小青蛙发音的错误。这个叫人的确感到惊诧莫名。

第三，作为人与人之间能够相处的基本原则就是要对对方人格等的尊重。不要以为自己喝了剂量不多的墨水就认为自己成为了圣人孔子的孝子贤孙，自高自大的不得了。我们普通的家长老百姓还是很有朴素的意识的。比如，我们家长知道，你们老师推荐我们孩子购买什么卷子书籍之类的时候，我们的确没有敢说什么，因为一切都是为了自己的孩子。就是知道有些老师在这里面吃什么回扣，也假装不知道，这些还是为了孩子。希望你作为老师的能够正确面对作为教师的职业道德，能够好好对待我们的孩子不要有所歧视。另外，我们也知道，我们的孩子没有选择学校的权利。如果想去其他的学校就学，就要掏很多的借读费。作为平头百姓的我们，没有关系，也没有权利，所以只能在这里上学。今年不是已经实行义务教育了么?还是让我们交了一百多元的书本费之类的东西，不比免除学费少交多少。

在孩子的就学上，我们家长有很多的劣势：第一，我们没有参与学校教育的权利，对于校长的水平，我们无法过问;对于孩子老师的选择，我们也没有办法过问。我们还经常被老师叫到学校因为孩子的事情挨训。还判定我们的小小孩子是不可救药的没有什么前途的。伤心总是难免的，因为爱孩子，所以，我们必须要忍受很多很多。

第二，我们没有权利选择我们的孩子在学校要学习什么。很多家长都希望孩子将来成龙成凤。目标都是为了孩子好。但是我们乖乖的孩子聪明的宝贝经历了小学初中之后怎么都对学习没有一点的兴趣了呢?这些是我们家长的错误么?我承认，家庭教育很重要。我们家长的对于教育孩子方面的确有欠缺的地方。在家里，我们只能给予孩子的是爱，是待人为善的话，为何在学校的教育之后反而不喜欢学习呢?这个属于谁的责任?难道在学校就是要为了考试么?为了考试的学校教育其实已经是最失败的教育。教师就是传道授业解惑的，但是目前的情况是，教师没有传道，因为，孩子不懂得如何追求自然之道、社会伦理之道、万物之道这些道理。道乃是社会的自然的规律。为何没有把学生引向寻求寻求规律的道路上来呢?仅仅就是学习一些死的知识，没有灵魂的东西呢?还让我们负担这样的多。我们付出的代价就是让我们的孩子为此失去了人生的灵性，失去了人生真正的意义乃是追求人生之道的乐趣。其实我们家长和孩子才是受到损失最大的受害者。

最后，我们家长仅仅希望，学校和老师都能实实在在沉静下来做一些实实在在为学生为孩子未来的实际的事情，少一些花样少一些做作和表演，对学生多一些尊重少一些戕害。顺应孩子的灵心的成长。
