今天促使我给您写这封信的原因是我刚才与女儿之间发生的一场误会。这场误会让我觉得目前小学语文教育中存在很大的问题，对教育孩子掌握汉语产生了不利的影响。

今天的语文作业当中有一道题是给出了几个词语，让学生自己发挥想象编一则童话故事。女儿做完其他的作业兴致勃勃地拿来作业，让我听她编的童话故事。但我听了几句就让她停下来。

我说：“这肯定是你在哪里看到的故事，给我背诵出来的。”因为我听她的故事就像她平时给我背诵课文一样，俩字一合的节奏，还经常对某一句返回来对个别字进行调整。这完全是她平时背诵课文时的情况。

女儿申辩说这完全是她自己的“原创作品”。我坚持自己的观点，结果她本以为会得到我的嘉许的精心设计的故事，却被我冷酷地列为抄袭。她很委屈，跑到一边哭去了。

我开始反省自己过于主观，没有给她应得的夸奖。

但这其中我发现目前小学语文教育的一个非常大的问题。我认为小学的语文教育的主要目标是帮助孩子掌握正确、地道的语言知识，帮助孩子驾驭这门语言。但是在语文的学习过程中，时常要求孩子一字不差地背诵出很长的课文。我认为这对孩子自由、轻松地掌握这门语言非常的不利。

我们知道，汉语言博大精深，即便是大文豪在自己的作品中，也会对很多文字细细斟酌取舍。甚至在作品发表多年以后，仍然会有修改。不否认课本中的课文大多数是经过精挑细选的佳作，但是还远远没有达到“一字千金”的地步，要孩子一字不差地背诵，过于刻板，要求也过高。

霄在背诵过程中，我对照课文发现有些地方增一字、减一字其实并无大碍，甚至更好，因为写在纸面上的文字和口头的复述，其中还是有比较明显的区别。但恰恰因为这多出的一字，少掉的一字却难以通过同桌检查的关口。有时给我回来报告，说被报告为没有背过课文的同学，非常的丧气。久而久之，变得害怕背诵。

我曾记得霄在上幼儿园的时候，就被幼儿园老师和周围的家长夸奖说伶牙俐齿，说话非常的利索。有一次同样是编童话，她编的是某个小动物过生日请客的故事，她的童话编的复杂而富有逻辑，甚至其中还有伏笔，到结束的时候还抖出一个“包袱”。随口说来，非常的自如，大大超出我的想象。再重复给别人讲的时候故事梗概不变，语言描述却大有变化。我觉得当时她的确具有掌握语言的天赋。

但是在进入小学以后，我发现她的语言能力不断地萎缩，直到现在几乎不敢放开自己的语言和思想，看图说话这样的练习中一直没有显示出能力的提高，特别是对背诵课文有种恐惧的心理。我深感忧虑。

在此我对小学语文教育提出两点建议：

1)尽可能减少全班同学一起背诵课文的方式。这样不利于建立正常的语感，将语言学习与平时的说话人为的割裂了;鼓励孩子用自己的话复述课文内容;

2)除古文诗词外，放宽对文字背诵不能错一字的要求，只求语感的通顺与连贯即可;

3)增加阅读课，在阅读中帮助学生掌握文字描写的技巧，提高文字组织能力。

希望老师能够从基本的学习目标和要求考虑，增加一些语文教学的灵活度。努力激发孩子学习语言知识的兴趣，帮助孩子学好语文。

面对现实，我们该如何坚持下去呢?

要坚持认真去学

在这一年里，想必是要经历很多的。现在，第一轮复习已经进行了。我想告诉你们，一定要认真对待这个过程。高三复习不是对以前所学的知识简单的复习、强化的过程，而是一个再学习、再理解，提高理解、应用能力的过程。也许，我们会遇到一些概念或知识应用与之前理解有所不同。这个时候你就要有所获得，去改变从而高效。也就是学习中要踏实，要有实实在在的改变。一定要注意这些小细节，不能随意，只有用正确的理解方式和知识内容去处理问题，说服自己之后才能确定最终答案。这就是我们平时说的要稳要准，不能因为一时偷懒而忽略了这些细节问题，不然你会因此出错而气愤不已。要坚持认真对待自己解的每一道题

这件事发生在一个月前的一堂测验课上。我一会儿功夫就把数学题做完了。徐老师提醒我们：“要打草稿检查。”我伸伸懒腰，也不打草稿，随意地检查起来。检查完了，就趴在桌子上，等着下课。这时徐老师说：“张晁瑞，你把练习纸拿上来。”又说：“错一扣十。”我“嗯”了一声。“唰，唰。”徐老师一扣桌子，说：“你看看，这道题也会做错?做完为什么不检查?”看着格外刺眼的两个红叉叉印在练习纸上，我半天没说话。下课后，我被徐老师叫进了办公室，徐老师轻敲了这两个红叉叉，语重心长地说：“知道这次为什么错吗?”我低下了头，心想：不能不打草稿，一定要认真检查，徐老师这样严格地要求我，是为了培养我的好习惯。后来我养成了每道题目都打草稿，做完以后认真检查的习惯。

徐老师对班上每位同学都很用心。在午休的时候，她抓紧一切时间给同学们讲解《课堂作业本》中的错题，直到弄懂为止。高老师嘴里常年含着一颗润喉糖，那是因为她沙哑的喉咙只能靠润喉糖来缓解疼痛。高老师还有腰疼的毛病，批改作业时都要搬一把椅子架在桌子上站着批改，我真希望以后上课，她不要那么累啊!

眼间，一年的时间从我们的欢笑声中溜去了，我们应该向您告别了。虽然我们只想出了短短一年，可是你留给我的印响比教了我五年的外国的老师还要深。

以前我总认为上语文课是一件和枯燥的事情，可是自从我了解了您以后，我便喜欢上了语文课。

首先，我认为您很爱鼓励同学，我在您上课时回答问题时，如果回答对，您就用高兴的眼神看着我叫我再接再厉；要是我答错了,您也用温柔的声音鼓励着我，还针对我的问题担着全班同学的面讲一遍。无论对了还是错了，我都感到高兴。

其次，我认为您很认真，做事一丝不苟。比如上草船借箭时，您不仅仅让我们学习表面意思，还带我们深入学习了课文，令我惊讶的是，您还让我们听评书，来激发同学们的兴趣，让同学们学得更踏实。

您还爱拖堂，以前我认为那是在剥夺我玩的时间，可是漫漫的我明白了那时对我们的爱，让我们学到更多知识。

最后，我认为您很关心同学，有一次，食堂没饭了，同学们只好饿着肚子，可您并没有不管，而是请他们吃面。

总而言之您太棒了，太令人敬佩，令人难以忘怀。看来这就是您比我原来老师好的主要原因吧！
