她的教学方式独特而新颖，性格幽默而有趣。在她的课堂上总少不了欢声笑语，还经常举行辩论会，成语接龙等妙趣横生的小活动，让我们每一个人都在快乐中学到知识，也都在学习中收获快乐。久而久之，我们几乎都爱上了语文这门深奥而精彩的学科。

怎能忘，那次她给我们赏析一篇课文，快如疾风，缓如流水，抑扬顿挫，让我们随着文章一起跌宕起伏，与此同时，我们也真正体会到了作者所要表达的思想感情。当她提出问题时，同学们都跃跃欲试，积极举手发言。她的课有一种魔力，几乎把我们每一个人的注意力都吸引过去。当她批评学生时，严厉却饱含浓浓的关心和爱意，那严肃的眼神中更是透露出殷切的激励与期待。

她对我们每一个人都很公平，都很和蔼，还经常勉励一些在学习上掉队的同学，让他们重鼓作气……在她的熏陶下，我的语文成绩也飞速进步，作文水平也提高了不少。她是我的恩师，是我心目中秀的老师，她的形象在我心中永铭不忘!

近来您是否身体健康?生活是否幸福安康?收到这封信您一定很意外吧?是不是因为我从来没有给您写过信呢?那好，今天我就给您写一封感谢信。

不知不觉中，您已经陪我度过了四个春夏秋冬，在这一千多个日日夜夜里，都是您默默地陪伴着我。您，从没有误过一次课;您，没有浪费过一分钟。因为您，让我品学兼优;因为您，让我在期末考试时取得了一个骄人的成绩。

有一次，我因为着凉而发烧了，我吵着闹着要去上学，妈妈怕我生病传染给同学，不让我去学校。还非带我去输液，我只得去了。回到家已经是下午放学时了，几位学习委员和班长来到我家。我问他们：“你们怎么来了呢?”班长笑着说：“是老师让我们来给你补课，因为你，老师今天都没讲新课，只讲了些生字就下课了。”我便说：“我没来就没来呗，闹得你们也听不了新课，怪对不住你们的。”班长说：“老师有事脱不开身，让我们来给你补习功课，顺便来看看你，要好好养病哟!”我感动地说：“你们带我谢谢老师哦。”同学们异口同声地说：“知道了。”

啊!老师，你为我付出了那么多，你那么的关心我、疼爱我，我谢谢您。祝您在以后的生活中天天快乐，万事如意。

由于我们都很忙，很难找出一个共同的时间段来一起分享，因此采用这种方式与您沟通，希望您不要介意，也方便您在您空闲的时间里看这封信。

老师是个神圣的职业，一言一行都在潜移默化地影响着孩子的一生。我本人就深深地牢记着我的小学老师，现在回想起来依然感动。她在道德规范上对我们非常严厉，而在某些非原则问题上却对我们很宽容。等到自己走上社会，接触了形形色色的人以及各种各样的事情之后，才明白：只有老师对学生的爱才是世界上除母爱之外最伟大、最无私、最不求回报的。这样的职业难道不让人由衷地敬佩和爱戴吗?

他上学初期，我都是认认真真地按您布置的家庭作业督促孩子把作业做好。因为我认为完成老师布置的家庭作业是作为一个学生的基本职责, 就像您、我做好自己的工作一样。培养一个人的敬业精神应该从点点滴滴做起的，犹如冰冻三尺，绝非一日之寒。而尤其这一点比考试得100分要重要得多得多。

影响他慢的原因表面上看是他自己怠惰，可事实上他的脑子一刻也没有停止思考过。最经常发生的是：做作业时他常问一些与课业根本不相干的问题，等我们几个来回回答清楚时，却把本来就不短的做作业时间拖至2到3个小时。

后来为缩短做作业的时间，我就不允许他提问，先做完作业再说。但发现这样就根本没有时间提问了，而且他的思维也不那么活跃了。由于我不允许孩子睡眠时间少于10个小时，因此有时一天都在学习、写作业，话都难得讲两句就睡觉了。

这样一段时间之后，我又有一个惊奇的发现，他的语言能力直线下降，明显不如以前，甚至有时都比不上他三岁多的时候。而通过相关知识我知道，语言是最能够刺激大脑发育成长、促进思维活跃以及提高智力的方式。我又为这个发现而揪心。

以前我经常为他写作业慢而打他(拿个小尺子打他的小手)，打得孩子痛苦，我更心酸。每每看到他被打会看我时那幽怨的眼神、无助的表情，我的心都是一阵收紧难过极了。最初几次的打还有效(能稍微快写一点)，但后来就没有用了。我想，从现在一年级开始就有作业，那么什么时候没有作业呢?难道我要天天打他直到上大学吗? 终于明白：不是孩子慢，而是课业相对孩子的年龄实在太重了!不论是您还是我，都在强逼孩子把所有的时间都用在这种书面的学习上。至此，我充分意识到我的错误在何处了。

老师，其实我的孩子还是很喜欢上学的。在刚上小学的时候他爸爸经常因为有些小事他未做到而威胁说不让他上学了，他会很不高兴并常常就范。至今他已有四次新学期开学，每次拿了书本回来都兴奋得不得了，翻翻这本看看那本，还不停地说或读。然而曾经有那么一次，他突然跟我说：“妈妈，人要是死了就好了!”我的心一阵颤抖，故作平静地问：为什么?他很轻松地说：“那样就可以不用做作业了!”当时我听了心真象刀割一般难受。一个6岁多的孩子，居然对写作业厌恶到与死简单地联系在一起的程度!真让我后怕。

我真心希望孩子每天放学回来先运动一下，才能有食欲，也才能长得好。晚上聊聊天，或弹琴、唱歌、下棋等，然后自己洗漱、按时上床，睡觉前听听音乐或故事或英语等等。老师，推心置腹地说，后来我也就不把您布置的作业当作圣旨一样强逼他完成了。有时候他作业做不完，我也睁只眼闭只眼;有时看到他磨蹭我一生气，就不让他写了去睡觉;现在他每天有没有作业我也不问了，他高兴做不高兴做我也不管了，心想反正这是他自己的事，迟早自己会操心。

然而，通过观察我又发现：他能自觉地去做各种事情，但独独很少自觉地去做作业!久之，对不完成家庭作业也心安理得起来。这不是我所愿意看到的。因为这样发展下去，就是一个不敬业者。现在心里很矛盾，让他听老师的，实在强人所难，由他而去，又会给他造成这样的理念：原来老师的话也可以不听。长大以后他会不会有这样的观念：领导的话也可以不听嘛!如此再发展下去将来便会是一个喜欢随心所欲、可能还会是一个无视道德与法规的人!因为他也很容易地会发现：偶尔触犯法律好像也不会有什么嘛!多可怕呀!虽然不是所有的领导的所有的话都必须听，但是，服从是敬业者最基本的素质!就像我们现在对学问和技术一样，首先全盘接收，其次学习、借鉴与模仿，然后才能谈得上超越与创新。

我不允许孩子不尊重您，更不愿意孩子因为不听您的话而惹您不高兴。因为那样会影响他从您那里学到知识的积极性和有效性。我既不愿他惹您不高兴，也不愿他因为学校课业太重而现在就开始厌学。厌学，事实上就是一个上足了劲的发条发生断裂的结果。

学习是人一生的事，一旦到了厌学的程度，这辈子也不会再想学习了，也就再也不会有进步了。如果学校基本不布置作业，偶尔有那么一个作业(比如一个星期)，我想孩子会做的很漂亮，而且会有积极的热情。因为孩子天生都有求新求异的本能，如果小的时候受到太多的压抑，那么这种求新求异的本能可能会延续到成年而不会收敛。这就是我们之所以能够看到有些年龄很大的人却做出那么让人不可思议的事情来的原因。

关于作业，如果天天有两三个作业，孩子完不成作业的现象就会经常发生。这样就会陷入一个作业完不成受罚，接下来的作业又完不成又受罚的恶性循环中。通过对一些事情和一些人的了解，我发现有许多家长都有过帮孩子做作业的经历!我还发现有许多学生抄别人作业的现象!这些情况表明，不管大人和孩子都有相当一部分人把完成作业当作应付差事，已经违背了老师布置作业的初衷!从某种意义上来讲这已经是一种欺骗行为!无论大人和孩子都在无意识中培养着一种公开的欺骗意识!

尤其更加糟糕的是：对孩子而言，应付差事一旦变成一个行为和思维的习惯之后，很难想象他今后会有良好的敬业精神和职业道德，以及对社会负责任的态度!对我们成人而言也是一样，如果领导要求太苛刻，我们也会“不称职”，久而久之我们也可能会被迫隐瞒与欺骗。既然大人都免不了这样，更何况好奇心强、玩兴正浓、心智较差、自我约束力欠佳的孩子!

想想孩子，转而想起自己的童年曾经是那么地美好。现在的孩子绝不会有我们那时幸福。当时不记得什么原因我们仅上半天课，而且星期三下午还不上课，印象中没有做不完的作业，都是作业完成之后才去玩。玩的时间很多，各种各样的运动、球类、棋类、扑克的玩法不计其数;自己用铁丝做网捕蜻蜓、翻石头逮蚱蜢;上山、爬树等等、等等;所玩的各种各样的东西并非真正的玩具，而是其他诸种物品的‘玩具功能的开发’，单跳皮筋的玩法就有几十种之多，或许这可能恰恰无意中就是创新思维的培养与开发吧。

一个人方方面面的兴趣完全有赖于小时侯的培养，错过机会就不可能再有发展了!浓烈的兴趣和强烈的好奇心都是最佳的学习基础和学习手段，而且广泛的兴趣也是一个人解决问题的能力的关键，也是一个人获得快乐与真正幸福的源泉。兴趣的培养如果在幼时没有一定充足的时间做保证，长大以后再培养就会非常地艰难。论理我国人民几乎都受到了初中毕业的义务教育，然而大多数人的兴趣为什么仅仅只有麻将这一普遍的爱好呢?这真是一个值得深思的问题。所以，老师，请您考虑给孩子一点自由支配的时间和空间吧!

或许您也有您的苦衷。比如，学校要搞评比，且结果与薪水挂钩，您也是不得已而为之。也许目前中国多数中小学教育都是这样，单靠您个人恐怕也难以扭转如此局面。如果真是这样，此信我会给有关部门投递，不管效果如何，我都会去努力。

让我们共同操心孩子的发展与未来，因为他们是我们祖国的未来，明天的希望。他们明天的无能，将会是我们今天的失败。
