There are many activities on Lantern Festival, and the most traditional

lanterns. They can get prizes if they know the answers. I love riddle so much,

为进一步加强中小学管理，规范办学行为，切实做好2021年中小学放寒假前后的各项工作，确保全市中小学生度过一个安全、愉快、充实的寒假，现就有关事项通知如下：

一、放假及开学时间根据国家课程计划安排，我市义务教育阶段学校、中等职业学校定于2021年1月23日放寒假，2月28日报到，3月1日正式上课;普通高中学校定于2021年1月30日放寒假，2月21日报到，2月22日正式上课。如遇冰冻等极端天气或根据当地疫情防控要求，区县(市)教育局可随机调整放假和开学时间。特殊教育学校、幼儿园参照执行。

二、统筹安排好放假前的各项工作

1、做好本学期结束工作。各校要严格按照课程计划完成教育教学工作任务，认真组织好期末复习、考试、学生综合素质评价、教育教学工作总结等工作。有序开展评议考核、校产管理、文件资料整理归档等学期结束阶段各项工作，维护良好的教育教学秩序。

2、加强学生离校前的安全教育和学校安全管理。各校要在学生集中离校前，通过安全教育课、发放安全知识手册、消防安全演练、家长会、致学生家长的一封信等方式，普遍开展防火、防盗、防意外伤害、防欺凌、防交通事故、禁止燃放烟花爆竹等方面的安全知识教育，强化师生安全防范意识，增强自救能力。要加强校园安全巡查，消除各种安全隐患。严格落实假期内24小时值班和领导带班制度，遇有重大突发情况要及时妥善处置并立即向上级主管部门报告。

3、认真落实新冠疫情常态化防控要求。各地各校要始终绷紧疫情防控这根弦，坚决克服麻痹思想、厌战情绪、侥幸心理和松劲心态，抓好今冬明春常态化疫情防控工作。放假期间，学校要掌握师生员工去向及身体健康状况。师生员工出现干咳、发热等疑似症状或有中高风险地区旅居史、病例接触的，要第一时间向学校报告;要加强与家长的沟通联系，学生在家出现传染病症状，家长要第一时间告知学校;学校发现疑似病例、确诊病例、确诊病例密切接触者等情况，要第一时间向辖区疾控机构及教育部门报告，并配合做好流行病学调查、密切接触者集中隔离和消毒等工作。要对师生员工开展疫情防控法律法规与制度、个人防护知识与技能教育，科学配戴口罩，勤洗手、常通风、不聚集、不去疫情风险高危地区。

三、合理安排师生假期生活

1、合理布置学生寒假作业。各校要严格控制学生假期作业总量，书面家庭作业要适应不同学生的学习需求，低年级不得布置书面作业。提倡布置有利于学生动手动脑、增强体质健康、提高实践创新能力的活动性、体验性、探究性作业，减轻学生过重学业负担。

2、科学指导学生假期生活。各地各校要以践行社会主义核心价值观和培养学生核心素养为目标，引导学生在假期积极开展社会实践、社会调查、社区志愿服务等活动，积极倡导绿色健康文明的社会新风尚，自觉抵制铺张浪费、封建迷信等陋习。引导家长树立正确的教育理念，关注孩子情绪，多陪伴多沟通，鼓励孩子多看书、看好书，把握和控制好孩子使用电子产品的时间，坚持让孩子每天做一些力所能及的家务劳动，不盲目让孩子参加各类培训、补习，培养孩子良好的学习和生活习惯。

3、严禁违规办班补课和培训。各地各校要严格遵守规范办学行为、深入实施素质教育的各项规定，不得在假期以任何形式、在任何地点违规组织学生上课、补课，不得组织、要求或暗示学生到校外机构进行补课、培训等。广大在职教师要严格遵守师德规范，自觉抵制有偿补课活动。寒假期间，各地要畅通投诉举报渠道，加强明察暗访，坚决制止并严肃处理学校违规组织补课、教师从事有偿补课的行为。

4、关注特殊群体的假期活动。各地各校要关注随迁子女、留守儿童等特殊群体，在生活和学习上予以指导和帮助。已建成的乡村学校少年宫要做好假期活动规划，有条件的城镇学校要定期开放学校图书室和体育活动场所，为学生特别是留守儿童创造条件，开展形式多样、有益身心健康的文体娱乐活动，让学生享受一个健康、充实的假期。

四、认真做好新学期准备工作

1、组织学习培训。各校要充分利用开学前的时间，组织全体教职员工开展形式多样、内容丰富的政治学习和业务培训，时间不少于两天。要认真学习党中央、国务院和各级教育行政部门关于教育事业发展的相关文件，积极探索新时代教育评价改革，激发学校办学活力，端正办学思想，规范办学行为，结合当前教育发展新形势，精心谋划好新学期各项工作。

2、做好隐患排查。开学前，各校要对学校校舍、在建工程等进行一次全面检查，消除安全隐患;对校舍、功能室仪器设备、课桌椅、电线、水管等进行全面的维修，确保新学期教育教学工作的正常进行。

3、做好环境物资等准备。开学前一周，各校要开展校园环境清洁整治行动，彻底消除卫生死角，保持干净、整洁的校园环境。重点加强教室、宿舍、食堂、厕所、功能用房等重点区域和场所的保洁和消毒，对讲台、课桌椅、门窗把手、水龙头、开关等高频接触的物体表面进行预防性消毒处理。保持教室、宿舍开窗通风。要根据教育教学需要，及时与当地新华书店联系，将师生所需要的教材、教辅等学习资料发放到位，确保课前到书。要及时与供货商的沟通协调，保障师生生活物资供应有序、价格稳定。

4、做好控辍保学。各地各校要认真做好残疾儿童和困难学生的家访劝学工作，高度重视残疾儿童的入学问题，加强适龄残疾学生随班就读、送教上门工作的指导，持续开展“三帮一”劝返复学行动，切实做好控辍保学工作，确保义务教育全覆盖，确保学生不因贫辍学。

5、做好开学工作检查。各校要严格教育收费管理，规范教科书、教辅材料征订，对照省市规范性文件进行自查，严格自律。

各区县(市)教育局要按照开学工作常规管理要求，组织好新学期开学工作检查，2021年3月20日前将开学工作总结报市教育局基教科。

一位成功的老师，不需要拥有多大成就，不需要拥有傲人的成绩，只需要让她所教过的学生铭记着她的名字——卞彩云。

卞老师是一位极为普通的小学老师，她不像一位高高在上、威严的尊师，更像是一位年龄比我们略大的朋友。

她从一年级时就开始当我们的班主任，一直教了我们四年。我们之间发生的事有如天上的星星——数不胜数。

L是我们班的老大难，为此，卞老师经常给他补课。可尽管这样，卞老师仍然很尊重他。

一天下午，放学后，卞老师在教室的后面布置“成长一页”。她发现L的妈妈还没来接他，就对他说：“来，你来帮老师看看怎样摆布好看。”L听了张大嘴巴，左右环顾。“叫你呢，快来呀!”卞老师不经意地说。L简直不敢相信自己的耳朵，将信将疑地站到卞老师身边，支支吾吾地说了自己的意见，卞老师不厌其烦地按照L的意见摆了一遍又一遍。最后终于摆到令人满意，卞老师摸摸L的头欣慰地笑了。我想此时的L心里一定很自豪。

尽管现在卞老师不教我们了，但我却时常会想起这位平凡的启蒙老师。

I’m a second year student of your university writing to tell you about my

humble opinions of the learning environment in our school.

Although we’re enjoying the modernized buildings equipped with advanced

computers sufficient lights and well-installed desks and chairs we do find it

hard for us to concentrate on study when we’re in the classrooms. For one thing

前天，我偶然来到了我曾读过书的小学。

这里似乎也没变什么，只是感觉学校很小罢了~从前的小学是这样的：教学楼加食堂加厕所加教研楼加启芳亭。现在增加了两样东西：围棋俱乐部和游乐场。闲话且住~

弹指过了n年，我又重回故地，一切都是熟悉又陌生。我一进学校大门就望到了启芳亭。看到了它，我又想起了我的小学语文老师是怎么教我写作文的。

我很清楚的记得，我们没一年差不多都要写一次启芳亭。它坐落在学校的东南角。老师每次都要这么说：“它代表了我们学校。”至于为什么代表，我一直不清楚。也不必解释。

现在我可以描述老师当时要求我们的宗旨：对于学校的事物需要加以赞美，要充分体现对学校的热爱之情。因为我从没听见语文老师教我们时说过其它的什么，除开要赞美还是要赞美。

老师教我们写启芳亭的第一步，是这样的：先写它位于学校的哪个方位，然后再写自己非常喜爱它，还有如何如何喜爱，到了什么程度。所以，写出来的作文，大部分都如出一辙。

第二步：从时间顺序或者空间顺序来写。eg：按时间顺序写的内容，基本是这样的：春天，万物复苏，启芳亭也显得格外有生机，一片勃勃生气的样子。到了夏天，启芳亭成了我们嬉戏的好地方，它像一把伞为我们遮蔽烈日。它就是我们的妈妈。。。。。。

第三步：就是结尾什么的，要点题，要写自己很喜爱启芳亭，永远永远像刀疤一样深深烙在脑海里。

在新的学期里，我们班来了一个新老师——李老师。

李老师留着短发，短短的头发贴在她耳朵后面，很服帖。只偶尔调皮一下蹦出来捣乱，但一点都不影响老师美丽的形象。

美丽的李老师给我留下最深刻印象的是她的眼睛和那幽默的性格。

Computers are affordable for almost all people nowadays. As a result, an

increasing number of college students take computers to their dormitory to

browse website, watch movies and play video games and so on. This phenomenon has

caused lots of public concern. Some people believe that computer does bad to

students’ health for college students spend more than five hours staring at

computer without break every day. However, for other people, they are positive

to students’ owing computers because students can search for the newest

information. Standing on my point, I’m more tending to the first opinion.

Reasons are as the following:

Firstly, computers will transfer students’ attention. If students take

computers on campus, they would spend much time on computer than on study. For

instance, lots of my classmates usually play computer for amusement once class

is dismissed instead of going to the library to read more books to enlarge their

knowledge circle.

Secondly, students spend lots of time on computers which hurts their

health. It is quite often seen that students stay in dormitory for almost a

whole day without any breaks playing computers. It is all known that computers

have radiation which hurts eyes and skin.

To be honest, students can use computer to search for the updated

information that they want. But for the reasons above, I firmly believe that

students shouldn’t bring computers to college.

3、您讲课的速度太快了，我知道班级好学生多，并且大部分接受能力快，可是您能考虑一下其余的同学吗?

4、请您公平的对待每个学生，你喜欢的学生在做练习时，您总会在他们身边停留一下，指导指导，可是为什么稍差的学生你看都不看直接略过…

5、请您细腻的讲题放慢速度，您讲题很不细知道您的脑袋快。可是你总不能写个式子然后直接写答案把。是，您明白了，可是我们反映真的没那么快

6、请您不要摆造型啦吸引我们的眼神了，您喜欢左手插兜来回走，知道我们为什么不做题吗?都看你摆造型啦!

7、希望您讲课先讲知识点，您讲新课有个特点出道题让我们自己做，把我们全难住，然后再讲新课的知识点。我想说的事请您先讲知识点再让我们做题吧。

8、有时候您上课时手机总响，可是您总撂，它就总响，我理解您上课想好好讲课，可是接了再不响比您总响总撂强啊

总之这是我一点不成熟的建议，但这绝对不是找您的缺点，只是我们想更好的学习数学。如果你能接受我们的建议我们将万分感谢，感激涕零。毕竟能把班级内数学差的学生教好了，才是一个数学老师真正的骄傲吧!最后祝您身体健康，万事如意!

这是一个多好的节日啊!老师，好久不见，学生有好多好多的心里话想对老师您说，老师，学生忘不了，忘不了老师的目光，老师的目光，有时让人害怕，有时让人高兴，有时让人充满力量……老师，您有一双会说话的眼睛，您自己知道吗?我猜您肯定没察觉吧!老师，您-听-我-说……片断1教室里静悄悄的，只听见同学们“沙沙”写字的声音和老师沉重而又缓慢的踱步声。

我们正进行着数学考试，卷子很简单，我早早就完成了。突然，旁边的同学向我发出了“求救信号”，我回头看老师离我还很远，又朋友一场，我怎么忍心“见死不救”呢。便把卷子移了过去。作贼总会心虚，当我再次回头，一双严厉的眼睛正射出两道利剑似的光，我不敢正视老师的目光，赶紧把卷子抽了回来，老师您知道吗，您的目光，多吓人啊!

片断2发数学卷子了，我提心吊胆地坐在座位上，忐忑不安地等候老师宣读“圣旨”，“莹莹，95分——”老师微微略顿一下，和善的眼睛立刻向我投来赞赏的目光。“她是全班最高分!”呀，我高兴极了，飞快地从老师手中接过卷子，老师笑了，我也笑了。看，老师，您的目光，多好看呀!片断3大扫除啰。老师交给我一个任务：监督同学们打扫，另外把水沟旁的杂草，用锄头处理一下。什么，拿锄头锄草?这可把我给难倒了。一个连锄头都拿不稳的人会锄草吗?可是如果我说不会，一定会被人笑死的。只好硬着头皮撑下去。

我来到水沟旁，站在那儿，手握锄头，看那些草看了半天，不知该从何下手。一回头，发现站在远处的老师正微笑地看着我。我也向老师点了一下头，开始锄草了。干了老半天才把草锄完。老师，您的眼睛，是任何眼睛都比不上的，是最美的眼睛。老师的目光，时刻教育着我。老师的眼睛，是闪烁着智慧光芒的星星。它，就是我心中的航标灯。老师，我想对您说，我忘不了您的目光。

片断4老师，您的目光让我难忘，您的笑，也同样印在我的脑海中。我绝对，您就像是一位德高望重的长辈。笑起来，不仅慈祥，而且很有威严。是一位值得人尊敬的慈祥的老人家。回首小学的每一天，回首与老师相处的每一天，真的很快乐。时间不等人，我已经成为初三的学生了。

到现在，我还清楚记得，您是在四年级上册来到了我们的班级，来教导我们，来培养我们，来和我们度过这小学阶段最重要的时光。
