工业垃圾：重点是对我县服装行业的废弃布角料、造纸企业的废纸渣等容易混入生活垃圾的工业垃圾进行分类分流。

农业垃圾：重点是农村环境整治中产生的各类农业废弃物，农村生产中产生的如包心菜叶、毛豆杆、茭白壳等农业废弃物，以及农村河道保洁中产生的水葫芦、绿萍、水草等水生植物的处理，通过堆肥、沼气厌氧发酵等模式处理，杜绝农业垃圾进入生活垃圾处理系统。

随着经济社会快速发展和城市功能逐步完善，城市生活环境发生翻天覆地的变化，但同时随着人口的增多，生活垃圾产生量迅速增加，环境隐患日益突出。

长春市作为全国46个垃圾分类重点城市之一，率先提出了《长春市人民政府办公厅关于推进生活垃圾分类工作的实施意见》，并确定了实施区域即：朝阳、南关、宽城、二道、绿园等五城区;新区、经开、净月、汽开等四开发区。按照主席关于“普遍推行垃圾分类制度，关系13亿多人生活环境改善，关系垃圾能不能减量化、资源化、无害化处理，要加快建立分类投放、分类收集、分类运输、分类处理的垃圾处理系统，形成以法治为基础、政府推动、全民参与、城乡统筹、因地制宜的垃圾分类制度，提高垃圾分类制度覆盖范围”的指示精神，长春市委市政府高度重视并明确了到2020年，形成可复制、可推广的垃圾分类模式，回收利用率达到35%以上;到2035年，建立全域覆盖的垃圾分类制度，生活垃圾分类达到国际先进水平。把实施生活垃圾分类作为建设中国最干净城市的重要内容，作为改善生活环境、提升人民生活质量的重要抓手。

一、为什么要进行垃圾分类?

1、经济方面：进行垃圾分类可以将可回收垃圾变废为宝，使之变成能够重新使用的新资源。例如：我们喝剩下的易拉罐就属于可回收垃圾，一吨易拉罐熔化后能结成一吨很好的铝块，可少采20吨铝矿。

2、占地方面：垃圾分类有利于减少土地资源的消耗。生活垃圾中有些物质不易降解，使土地受到严重侵蚀。垃圾分类，去掉可以回收的、不易降解的物质，减少垃圾数量达60%以上。

3、环境污染方面：垃圾随处乱扔会造成虫蝇乱飞，污水四溢，臭气熏天，有的垃圾含有重金属等有毒物质，严重地污染环境。合理地进行垃圾分类收集可以减少垃圾的处理量。例如：废弃的电池含有金属汞、镉等有毒的物质，会对人类产生严重的危害，因此回收利用可以减少危害。

变废为宝：中国每年使用塑料快餐盒达40亿个，方便面碗5—7亿个，废塑料占生活垃圾的4—7%。1吨废塑料可回炼600公斤的柴油。回收1500吨废纸，可免于砍伐用于生产1200吨纸的林木。一吨易拉罐熔化后能结成一吨很好的铝块，可少采20吨铝矿。生产垃圾中有30%—40%可以回收利用，应珍惜这个小本大利的资源。

二、垃圾怎么进行分类?

概括为12字：能卖则卖，有害单放，干湿分开

1. 可回收物：主要包括废纸、塑料、玻璃、金属和布料五大类。

废纸：主要包括报纸、期刊、图书、各种包装纸、办公用纸、广告纸、纸盒等等，但是要注意纸巾和厕所纸由于水溶性太强不可回收。

塑料：主要包括各种塑料袋、 塑料包装物、一次性塑料餐盒和餐具、牙刷、杯子、矿泉水瓶等。

玻璃：主要包括各种玻璃瓶、 碎玻璃片、 镜子、 灯泡、暖瓶等。

金属物：主要包括易拉罐、 罐头盒、 牙膏皮等。布料：主要包括废弃衣服、桌布、洗脸巾、书包、鞋等。通过综合处理回收利用,可以减少污染，节省资源。

2. 有害垃圾：包括废电池、废日光灯管、废水银温度计、过期药品等,这些垃圾需要特殊安全处理。

3. 湿垃圾：包括剩菜剩饭、骨头、菜根菜叶、果皮等食品类废物，经生物技术就地处理堆肥,每吨可生产0. 3吨有机肥料。

4. 其他垃圾：包括除上述几类垃圾之外的砖瓦陶瓷、渣土、卫生间废纸、纸巾等难以回收的废弃物，采取卫生填埋可有效减少对地下水、 地表水、

土壤及空气的污染。

我打了个哈欠从睡梦中醒来，熟练的打开虚拟屏幕上的朋友圈，发现最起码有一百个人左右都在转发一条信息——今日，未来世界看垃圾分类。我这才想起来今天是“穿越之日”。我兴致冲冲地跑到“时间之门”，拿起了我积攒了三个月的零花钱，买好票，上了传送带。经过大约五秒钟剧烈地跌宕起伏，来到了五十年后的未来世界。

我看到了各种高科技房子，机器人在购物，恐龙在天上飞！正当我感到万分好奇的时候，一个甜美的声音在我耳畔响起。
