20__年5月15日，第十届杭州科技活动周开幕式在西湖文化广场隆重举行，这次活动周的主题是：“低碳杭州城市生活因你更美好”。作为杭州网小记者的一员，我也有幸参加了这次活动。

一大清早，我就来到广场，只见广场上人山人海，还有井然有序的一排排各个科技部门和科技创新企业的宣传摊位。很多志愿者向过往的行人发放低碳环保宣传单和调查问卷。我也拿到了一张“市民生活垃圾分类指导卡”。而我也觉得，垃圾分类是最贴近老百姓生活的低碳行为了。那么，就让我们来了解一下垃圾分类吧。

我们先来看一看生活垃圾全部混在一起会带来什么后果吧!由于垃圾未被分类，势必会增加土地填埋量和垃圾焚烧量，占用的土地和焚烧垃圾所释放的有毒气体就越多，这样，对人类的健康和整个生态系统都构成了极大威胁。知道吗?我国每年都有价值上百亿元的资源被白白浪费了!这些资源既不是石油也不是天然气，而是我们每个家庭每天都在产生的生活垃圾。由于我们没有将垃圾进行适当的分类，不仅使那些可利用而没有得到利用的废弃物成为二次污染，而且还造成巨大的资源浪费，实在是太可惜了!

那么究竟该怎样进行垃圾分类呢?这可不是件容易的事，垃圾分类有可燃与不可燃、可回收与有害垃圾之分。我做了一个小调查：我在几张纸片上写上塑料袋、树叶、电池、果皮、报纸、牛奶盒等……让爸爸来分类，看看他对垃圾分类懂多少。遗憾的是，他只答对了两组，看来，普及这方面的知识还得加油啊!再根据对我家小区的观察我发现，居民基本上都是用一个塑料袋装着所有垃圾放在垃圾箱的。垃圾分类这么重要，为什么大家不去做呢?调查后我发现，很多人怕麻烦、环保意识不够，还有一个重要的原因是，大街上和社区里垃圾箱一般只有一个，让人们很难养成垃圾分类的好习惯。

因此我建议，以后杭州所有的生活小区都能摆放出既醒目又便于分类的垃圾箱，就像交通红绿灯一样，时刻提醒大家要做到垃圾分类。这样一来，就可以减少污染，保护环境，何乐不为呢?

说起垃圾分类，扔垃圾也是有讲究的。

为了做好垃圾分类，我还跟着社区志愿者体验过“环卫工人”。我拿着一个大夹子，几个垃圾袋，在小区里边走边捡垃圾。我发现很多人垃圾都不分类直接一丢，我看到了满地的垃圾，生气极了，心想：人家日本、新加坡那么干净的地面应该学学人家才对嘛！两个多小时下来，我满头大汗的捡了4大包垃圾。然后，我把那些垃圾全部进行分拣捡，分好类。我想社区办这个活动是因为想让参加的人体会到别人的辛苦，能自觉做到垃圾分类的。

中国的垃圾分类不是做不下去，而是基本上没有开始做。政府虽然在垃圾箱上贴了分类的标签，但是没有进行相关的宣传(具体可对比香港、日本的垃圾分类实例)，因此收效为零。环卫局推出的这些举措，完全就是应付差事。上面领导问，垃圾分类做的怎么样了?环卫局回答：还行吧，垃圾箱上都有标签的，哪些垃圾扔哪个箱子，一眼就能看出来。领导听了，欣慰的笑了。

第一、中国的垃圾分类其实还没有严格的界定，起码还没有法定标准或者规范出来。可回收和不可回收的垃圾其实随着经济技术水平的变化而变化的，而又和有毒有害垃圾的分类方法不平行。暂时按照百度百科等介绍的来也差不多了。日本的垃圾分类及其细致，而且从小开始宣传教育，这一点我们是差的太远。

第二、除了专业人士，目前中国的普通人士基本上只能凭生活经验来区分垃圾的类别。

第三、在中国，垃圾分类完了后被送到垃圾中转站，压缩打包后再送往垃圾填埋场、垃圾焚烧站和垃圾发电厂等垃圾处理场所。垃圾焚烧和发电前会对垃圾进行预处理，也会做一些比较粗糙的回收工作。垃圾焚烧后的炉渣，可以做建筑材料，飞灰为危险废物，要按危废处理。中国目前的可循环垃圾，或者说回收价值较大的垃圾大部分都被拾荒者或者捡垃圾的进行初步回收了，应该说他们完成了较大部分垃圾重收利用的工作。当然这也导致了中国垃圾的热值较低，垃圾发电的效应不高。

第四、光靠设计垃圾桶，是解决不了宣传教育问题的。这个问题基本上可以借鉴日本的做法。教育为主，宣传为辅。

今天，我们一起走进滨江区铂金时代小区，围绕“垃圾分类”主题，开展一次寻访调查活动。下午三点，大家集合后，在社区工作人员俞大哥哥的带领下，我们走进小区。这里是杭州市22家垃圾分类教育基地之一，真是名不虚传，小区里树木参差，绿草如茵，花儿在阳光下绽放出了笑脸，随处可见摆放整齐的垃圾回收与分类的设备，还有很多关于垃圾分类的宣传栏、标语和提示牌，难怪有好多外地的朋友都来这里参观学习呢！

我们首先来到社区办公室，这里被布置成了一个小小的教室，还有课桌椅呢。大家马上坐下来，帅气的志愿者哥哥为我们播放PPT，耐心细致地给我们讲解垃圾分类的知识。大家认真做笔记，踊跃提问和发言，看来大家都做了很充分的准备哦！

培训结束后，我们穿上志愿者的红马甲，带上小红帽，去现场参观各种垃圾回收与分类的设备。这个小区有不少先进的垃圾分类设备，比如垃圾袋自动发放机、二维码自动垃圾分类箱、二维码可回收物品箱等。二维码自动垃圾分类箱有效地回收了垃圾，还能及时挡住垃圾难闻的气味，大家都饶有兴致地亲手试一试。这里还有二维码可回收垃圾箱，居民只要用二维码一扫，就可以将可回收垃圾投入箱内，根据物品的种类和重量获得相应积分，积分可以到社区兑换奖品呢！这个方法可真好！

然后，大家分成三个小组，一起拿着宣传单，开始入户宣传。我们有礼貌地敲门，告诉住户在家中如何对各种垃圾进行分类和正确投放，大家从一楼一层一层地爬到十八楼，一个小时就发放了近200份宣传单，虽然我们每个人都累得满头大汗，但是心里觉得有说不出的满足。

通过这次活动，我觉得首先要知道如何正确地进行垃圾分类，其次是要树立环保意识，不要乱扔垃圾，生活中尽量减少垃圾量，减少资源消耗，做到绿色出行，只有每个人从身边的小事做起，人人爱护环境，我们的生活才会更加美好。

peoples life. As they live in the fast pace, music can bring them the great joy

young people have their favorite singers. When they see their idols face to

face, they would say thank you to the singers, because their songs inspire these

young people to move on in the dark days. The songs deliver positive messages to

the public and inspire them to never give up.

Listening to the music is the main way for the young people to release

their pressure. Every day before I sleep, I will listen to the light music,

which helps me to take relax and make me sleep well. The reason why so many

people like to KTV after their work lies in releasing pressure. They need to

shout and then forget about the annoyance.
