My mom used to say that I was born to swim. But the truth is that I didn t know how to swim until the last year of my primary school!

Mom always said that I could swim in the basin when I was only two months old. I was surprised at the amazing fact. If this was true, then why was I afraid of water? I went to swim every summer, but I didn t make a little progress. I was worried and blamed myself several times. When I watched people swimming freely, how I wished I had learnt to swim!

The story of how I learnt to swim is dramatic. One hot summer afternoon, my father and I went to the swimming pool to swim. While my father was changing his clothes, I was roaming along the bank of the pool. Suddenly I heard a voice, Look out! and then came a big noise and beautiful splashes. Just when I was admiring the swimmer s skills, I slipped into the pool! I was so afraid that I shouted at once! But the water kept coming towards me and I drank a lot of it. 杭城的七月骄阳似火，仍然挡不住同学们参加活动的热情。2017年7月28日下午一点三十分，参加暑期社会实践的杭州大成实验学校203班彩虹中队的部分同学们，冒着酷暑顶着火辣辣的太阳准时到达了西苑社区的活动地点。此次活动由西苑社区与彩虹中队联合发起，活动的主题是“垃圾分一分，环境美十分”！

参加活动的队员：卓妍欣、钱依娜、吴航航、来思琪、易舒涵、刘佳琦、毕昕芮、程晗、陈洁、余思璇、孙诗鑫分别在宣传海报上签名。活动按照既定流程进行，彩虹中队小队长钱依娜首先给所有参加活动的同学们宣传普及了垃圾分类知识；然后进行社区居民“关于垃圾分类”的问卷调查，我将参加活动的11名同学分成三个组（四四三分组，三个男生一组），共领取调查问卷25份，短短的十五分钟实际回收问卷24份。同学们拿到调查问卷后分头行动，路上的行人，小区门口乘凉的居民，小区活动室内的人们都积极参与问卷调查。调查问卷活动结束之后队员们仍就分成三个组，捡拾小区绿化带内的垃圾，队员们分门别类将捡拾的各种垃圾分别装在垃圾袋内，便于投放到垃圾箱，捡拾垃圾的过程中，队员们不断的交流：“干枯树枝算什么垃圾？烟头算什么垃圾？砖头算垃圾吗？”……

活动持续了近两个小时，望着孩子们晒得通红的脸，但每个孩子脸上洋溢着快乐的笑容，还有汗湿的衣服，社区主任王媚媚表扬我们说：“孩子们今天的表现棒棒的，通过此次活动同学们不但自身学习到了垃圾分类知识，同时也让社区的广大居民意识到了垃圾分类的重要性，活动很有意义”。

最后队员们将在绿化带中捡拾到的垃圾依次投入到了垃圾房里相对应的垃圾桶中，孩子们异口同声说着“垃圾分类，从我做起！”

——厨余垃圾别乱倒，绿桶是它真依靠；其他垃圾种类多，小区黄桶把它找；垃圾分类，彩虹中队在行动。

以前的人们并不知道垃圾分类的重要性，以为只要把垃圾放进垃圾桶就可以了，但这样并不好。

今天我来当小区里的小小垃圾分类员，来告诉人们垃圾分类的重要性，有位叔叔要扔易拉罐，我告诉他：“叔叔，这个易拉罐要扔在可回收的垃圾桶里，因为易拉罐可以回收再利用，而且还可以变废为宝，”“我爱上哪儿就扔哪儿，你管不着，”说着把易拉罐儿往地上一扔，我告诉他：“叔叔，垃圾分类，人人有责，如果垃圾不分类，这个世界就会变得，臭气熏天，别看现在你扔一个垃圾，日积月累，就会变成一座垃圾山，为了这个世界更美好，所以不要乱扔垃圾”。这招还真管用，那位叔叔立即捡起易拉罐，把易拉罐扔进垃圾桶，并和我一起阻止那些不会垃圾分类的人。我们一起阻止了一个个乱放垃圾的人，并且还加入我们，和我们一起宣传垃圾分类。以后，居民们再也不会乱丢垃圾了，每次把垃圾分类好，并把分类好的垃圾放在相对应的垃圾桶里。

为什么要垃圾分类呢，因为生活中有些物质不易降解，使土地受到了严重侵蚀。垃圾分类可以去掉，可以去掉可回收的、不易降解的物质。目前我国的垃圾处理是多采用卫生填埋甚至简易填埋的方法，但这种方法会使农业生产大大减少，而且有塑料会被动物误食导致死亡。

所以垃圾分类是多么重要啊，让我们行动起来，让大家行动起来，保护环境，人人有责。

暑假中，妈妈觉得我也不小了，应该为家里做些力所能及的事情，所以决定将扔垃圾这一任务交给我。我心想：这还不容易，简直是小菜一碟。于是我欣喜地接受了。

接受任务的第一天傍晚，我便兴冲冲得从楼上拎着三袋子垃圾来到楼底下，然后像玩飞镖似的，齐刷刷的将三袋垃圾远远的将之随意地投进了一个大垃圾桶里。我正欲离开之际，只见一个婆婆右手拿着火钳走过来，一边将我刚扔下去的袋子进行分类放置，一边让我留下来跟我讲解三个垃圾桶的各自用途。在听她讲解的同时，垃圾桶里不时发出阵阵恶臭，望着她整个人身子靠着那臭哄哄的垃圾桶，我顿时对这位阿婆肃然起敬，同时也为自己刚才的野蛮举动感到无比惭愧。

回到家中，我将这件事告诉了妈妈。妈妈先是肯定了我的思想上的快速转变、认识，接着妈妈跟我讲解了我们新安社区垃圾分类的一个概况：新安是无锡首个垃圾分类试点社区，有数百名婆婆、叔叔每天在这样的岗位上工作，寒冬酷暑，刮风下雨，每天如此，已经推行了三年了。这也是我们新安花园比别的地方的安置房环境好的原因之一。听了妈妈的话，我突然想看看，这个垃圾收集了以后又是如何再次分类的。爸爸说这个分类点就在我们三区旁，可以带我去看看。

第二天一早，爸爸带着我来到的了太科园垃圾转运站。由于我们去的时间不凑巧，里面的车子都出去开始收垃圾了。爸爸先带我去参观了整个的垃圾分类的流程图及一些机器。

参观过程中，不时飘来阵阵恶臭，再往前走，终于来到垃圾处理的地方。两名阿公正在处理那些气味异常的垃圾。

他们每天都要面对恶劣的环境在工作着，衣服，雨鞋其实挡不住恶臭，而他们给予我们小区的却是干净的环境。突然之间，我不觉得他们脏了，我走上前去，跟他们讲起话来。穿雨鞋的阿公讲，夏天一天的垃圾就有七八吨呢，有些垃圾都生蛆了，他腿上穿的雨鞋有时被硬的东西弄坏了，也只能临时将就着，一年要穿坏四五双呢。

其实我们每一个人的一念之间，举手之劳就能让他们的工作轻松点，所以我给无锡每个角落顶着烈日炎炎，挥汗如雨的在我们的环境卫生默默的奉献着的环卫工人点个赞，同时呼吁我们每一个人从身边的一点一滴做起，做到不乱丢垃圾，垃圾须分类。

Music is the important part of my life. The world needs music to amuse

peoples life. As they live in the fast pace, music can bring them the great joy

and relax. Since I was very small, I fell in love with music and every time when

I heard music, my body would move and feel relaxed. The function of music is

various.

There is a famous song, which called let the music heal your soul. A lot of

young people have their favorite singers. When they see their idols face to

face, they would say thank you to the singers, because their songs inspire these

young people to move on in the dark days. The songs deliver positive messages to

the public and inspire them to never give up.

Listening to the music is the main way for the young people to release

their pressure. Every day before I sleep, I will listen to the light music,

which helps me to take relax and make me sleep well. The reason why so many

people like to KTV after their work lies in releasing pressure. They need to

shout and then forget about the annoyance.

Music is favored by everyone and it is the indispensable part of our

life.

Today is sunday. i got up very early in the morning. after breakfast i went to the bookstore. i wanted to buy a book robinson crusoe. i looked for the book for quite some time but couldn‘t find it. the shop assistant then came to help me. i was very glad that i got the book at last.

in the afternoon i called on my friend wang lin. he just came back from beijing. we talked a lot.

in the evening i watched an interesting play on tv. i enjoyed it very much. i had a winderful time.

“保护环境，人人有责”之类的标语在街上并不少见，可真正执行到底的却没有多少。科技越来越发达，我们可不可以在不远的明天运用科技来解决这一难题呢？宽敞干净的街道，路上的行人来来往往，最引人注意的是立在街道一旁的垃圾桶。这垃圾桶是四个小桶连在一起组成的，这四个桶也就是代表四种不同种类的垃圾。而这并没有什么奇特的，关键的是四个桶上方对应的四个托盘。这托盘由两个半圆组成，可别小看了这个托盘，它可以扫描所扔垃圾的成分，如果放对了两个托盘就会分开，垃圾就会落入垃圾桶中。那你们肯定会问如果放错了怎么办，那四个托盘连在一起的传送带可就起到了大作用，它会把垃圾传送到不同的托盘直到正确为止。

如果放进去的是不同垃圾的组合，这个垃圾桶的另一个武器就出场了——那就是机械手臂。托盘一边扫描，手臂配合着扫描出的结果把不同类的垃圾拆开进行分类。你不用担心放错了地方，不过，那个时候人们垃圾分类的意识越来越强，像你这样连垃圾分类都不会的人，也许得接受别人鄙视的目光了。当然如果事先分开再放上去，减少机器消耗，节约能源，那就更好了。

希望科技的发展能实现垃圾分类保护环境这一目标，希望在不远的未来，地球母亲已经恢复了健康的身体。
