戴海蓉表示，要真正实现农村垃圾“分类减量”，必须结合当地的生活习惯和资源回收系统制定分类细则，配备专门的收运工具，建立分类存储设施，对收运人员进行业务培训，发动专业人员引导农民。总之，垃圾分类的方法要科学，可操作性要强，才能真正实现资源化、减量化的目标。

农村垃圾“分类减量”以后还必须进行“无害化”处理。戴海蓉建议，可以根据人口、路网分布情况，划定一定面积的处理区域，建立区域卫生填埋场或者焚烧发电厂。另外，在城乡壁垒已逐渐打破的基础上，垃圾处理不应再有城乡差别，必须城乡统筹，走城乡一体化道路。

一.名词

写作中，学生们常把握不好名词的数、所有格以及一些集合名词的用法。

1.Hegavemeaverygoodadviceyesterday.

句中的a要去掉，因为advice是不可数名词。一些汉语概念为可数的词在英语中却是不可数的，表示数量时在要其前加apieceof，类似的词有：news,bread,work,paper,chalk,furniture,information等等。

2.Thatgirllovesreadingbook.

可数名词单数不能孤零零地放在句子里，或前面加冠词，或将其变为复数。此处最好变为books.

3.Hewentintoabooksshopandboughtadictionary.

一般表示有生命的东西的名词的所有格用’s，如mymother’scar,而此处适宜用名词修饰名词，改为abookshop.

4.MyfamilyiswatchingTV.

一些集合名词如看成一个整体，则用单数的谓语动词，如Myfamilyisahappyone.如果强调集合中每个个体的个人行为，则用复数的谓语动词。此处看电视是个体行为，应把is改为are。类似的词有：team,class,audience等。

5.Iboughtsomepotatosandtomatosatthesupermarket.

中学阶段，以“o”结尾的名词中有四个词变复数时要加es，它们是tomato,potato,Negro,hero;其余的都加s变为复数。

6.Thishasnothingtodowiththeirbelieves.（这和他们的信仰没关系。）

以f,fe结尾的词变为复数时一般去f,fe加ves，如knife—knives,

thief—thieves;而roof和belief直接加s变为复数。所以应把believes改为beliefs.

二.冠词

7.Thebosswantstohireanusefulperson.

用a还是an，取决于后面单词音标中的第一个音，如为元音用an，为辅音用a。useful的第一个音是辅音所以应把an改为a。类似的，我们说aEuropeancountry.

8.Planeisamachinethatcanfly.

plane为可数名词单数，不能单独放在句中，应在其前加冠词或把它变为复数，而本句后有amachine,因此只能在其前面加a，变为Aplane。

9.Heplayedapianoatthepartyyesterday.

把a改为the，因为乐器前用定冠词。

10.Themachinewasinventedin1920s.

在in后加the，因为表示年代用in加the再加几十的复数，如在八十年代inthe80s。

11.XiaoHongwenttoschoolbythebuseveryday.

去掉the，因为表示交通方式用by直接加交通工具。

三.代词

使用代词时请注意其单、复数，主、宾格以及形容词性物主代词和名词性物主代词的用法。

12.Heisoneofthosespeakerswhomakehisideasperfectlyclear.

定语从句的先行词是thosespeakers，为复数，因此从句中的指示代词应为复数，应把his改为their。

13.Whomdoyouthinkhasleftthelightson?

放在疑问句特殊疑问词后的doyouthink/believe/guess/imagine/suppose等都不参与句子成分。本句中去掉doyouthink后缺的是主语，应把Whom改为Who。

14.ThebosspretendednottoseeJohnandI.

John和I在句中都做的宾语，应把I改为me。

15.Thesebooksaremine；thoseinthebagareher.

her是形容词性物主代词，后面应该加名词books，或把her改为hers。

四.数词

16.Therearefourteenhundredsstudentsinourschool.

hundred/thousand/million/score/dozen等词前有具体数字时后不加s，前面没有具体数字时在其后加s和of，表示大约几百几千的概念。如two

hundredstudents（两百个学生），hundredsofstudents（成百上千个学生）。例句中应把hundreds改为hundred。

17.Theirschoolistwiceaslargerasourschool.

表倍数关系的as...as中间只能用形容词或副词的原级。因此应把larger改为large.

18.Today’shomeworkisafive-hundred-wordscomposition.

几个单词由连字符连接而组成的复合形容词中的名词只能用单数，所以把five-hundred-words改为five-hundred-word.

19.TwothirdofthestudentsinourschoolarefromAmerica.

英语表达中分数的分子用基数词，分母用序数词，分子大于一时分母后要加s，所以就把third改为thirds.

五.形容词和副词

形容词和副词容易被误用，形容词和副词的比较级和最高级也是应注意的重点。

appear在此是个系动词，其后应接形容词作表语。所以应把nervously改为nervous.

21.Theartistworkedhardlytofinishhisdrawingsontime.

此句需要一个副词来修饰，hardly是副词，但意为“几乎不”，hard也可以是副词，表努力，因此把hardly改为hard.

more只构成比较级，而不能修饰比较级。因此把more去掉。

两者相比较时，比较级前用定冠词，三者或三者以上才用most，因此把most改为more.

表不如?...时用less加上形容词和副词的原级，因此把harder改为hard.

fairly只能修饰形容词和副词的原级，可以修饰比较级的副词或短语有：much,even,still,far,alot,alittle,abit,any,no,byfar,rather等，因此把fairly改为rather.

as?as中间的词序是as加上形容词加上a(n)加上名词再加上as，因此应改为asinterestingastoryastheone.

同样的事物才能相比较，weather和不具有可比性，因此应改为Theweatherhereisnicerthanthatof.

这个词组为wouldratherdo?thando?，因此把went改为go.

修饰anything,something,everything,nothing的形容词都要放在它们的后面。

有一天，我下楼打乒乓球时，发现小区的垃圾桶旁堆着好几大袋垃圾。我把它们一个一个地放进了垃圾桶。我刚放完，一位看起来十七八岁的大哥哥站在离垃圾桶不远的地方，把一个塑料矿泉水瓶朝着垃圾桶方向随手一扔，塑料瓶在垃圾桶边缘顽皮的弹了几下，掉到了地上。而那位大哥哥却头也不回地就走了。我又捡起塑料瓶，默默地把塑料瓶放进了垃圾桶。

这明明是举手之劳的事情，但是他们就是不肯多走一步，把手中的垃圾放到垃圾桶里。就让这些垃圾在地上。要知道，一个塑料矿泉水瓶在土地里可是一百年也融解不了。

还有一次，我在公交车站牌等公交车的时候，旁边的垃圾桶明明分为可回收和不可回收两个部分，可我亲眼看见许多人把不可回收的垃圾放到了可回收的那一部分，把可回收的垃圾放到了不可回收的那一部分。这样导致我们中国每年会有大堆大堆的垃圾堆积在江、海、湖、河里，污染了我们中国的水质资源，也影响了我们日常的饮用水，对我们的身体构成了很大的威胁，这样一来，不还是我们自己在害自己么？

我们每个人每天都会扔出许多许多的垃圾，那你知道这些垃圾都到哪里去了吗？在一些垃圾分类管理较好的地方，大部分的垃圾会得到有效卫生的填埋、焚烧、堆肥等无害化处理，而更多地方的垃圾则常常被简易堆放或填埋，导致臭气肆虐，并且污染土壤和地下的水质资源。垃圾无害化处理的费用是非常高的，根据处理方式的不同，处理一吨垃圾的费用约为一百元。人们大量地消耗资源，大规模生产，大量地消费，但又大量地生产着垃圾。

那么如何才能使这些垃圾得到有效的管理呢？——垃圾分类。

垃圾分类就是在源头将垃圾分类投放，并通过分类的清运和回收使之重新变成资源。这样的好处有几点：

可以让垃圾在源头就得到很好的控制和分类。

可以减少垃圾分类工厂工人的负担。

可以有效保护我们身体的健康。

可以为社会和国家省下一大笔钱。

我们可以学习学习英国的做法。

在英国，一般来说，每家都有三个垃圾箱，一个黑色的、一个红色的、一个绿色的。黑色的垃圾桶装普通生活垃圾；绿色的垃圾桶装花园及厨房垃圾；红色的垃圾桶装玻璃瓶、易拉罐等可回收垃圾。每周，区政府会按照顺序安排一种垃圾车，运走垃圾车同一类垃圾。普通生活垃圾主要是填埋，花园及厨房垃圾用作堆肥；垃圾回收中心则回收42种垃圾，如眼镜、家具等。
