垃圾分类处置

工业垃圾：重点是对我县服装行业的废弃布角料、造纸企业的废纸渣等容易混入生活垃圾的工业垃圾进行分类分流。

农业垃圾：重点是农村环境整治中产生的各类农业废弃物，农村生产中产生的如包心菜叶、毛豆杆、茭白壳等农业废弃物，以及农村河道保洁中产生的水葫芦、绿萍、水草等水生植物的处理，通过堆肥、沼气厌氧发酵等模式处理，杜绝农业垃圾进入生活垃圾处理系统。

建筑和装修垃圾：装修或建设过程中产生的垃圾要分成三类：第一类是混凝土、砖块、粉刷层等;第二类是各类木制品及边角料、废料等;第三类是除以上二类外的垃圾。设置建筑垃圾临时堆放点，推进建筑垃圾的回收再利用。

可以减少垃圾分类工厂工人的负担。

可以有效保护我们身体的健康。

对于垃圾分类，相信很多人懂得这个道理，但也有很多人懒得做，有的人还随手乱扔垃圾。所以，不管大人小孩，都应该自觉养成不乱扔垃圾、分类存放的习惯。有一次，我看见一个小妹妹喝完了一瓶饮料就往有垃圾桶的地方跑去，我连忙跟过去，问她：“姐姐考考你，这个瓶子应该放在那一个垃圾桶里呢？”妹妹朝我摇头。我说：“你看一下这几个垃圾桶，那个垃圾桶有你手上的那个图案？”妹妹仔细地看了看之后，高兴的指着一个绿色的垃圾桶说：“肯定是这个啦！”我点点头说：“你真棒！下次丢垃圾的时候一定要看清楚了再放呀！”妹妹高兴地跑开了并大声说：“知道啦！”

其实，可回收的垃圾可变废为宝，可以用来做手工，奶奶还用捡来的烟盒叠了许多漂亮的盒子呢！

以前知道废电池的害处很大，可就是不知道怎么处理。现在我可以告诉大家，你们可以把它送到有害垃圾回收桶了。

总之，我们要记住：地球只有一个，保护环境，人人有责，从我做起，从自身做起。

在我们的校园里，有三个不同颜色的垃圾桶。它们分别是——绿色的装可回收物的垃圾桶、蓝色的装不可回收物的垃圾桶和红色的装有害垃圾的垃圾桶。既然把垃圾桶分得这么清楚，那垃圾肯定也是要投到它们指定的“家”中。这种分类的方法是很重要的，我们每个人都应该学会如何分类。

那么，怎样将一大堆垃圾分类呢?

在日常生活中我们总是会产生生活垃圾。那些你看起来毫无作用的废纸、饮料瓶等都是可以回收再利用的。例如：1吨废纸若被有效地回收利用，就能生产出0。85吨再生纸，可以少砍伐17棵成材大树，节煤1。2吨，节电600度，节水100立方米，并可以减少大量的固体废弃物。如此有益的变废为宝行动，何乐而不为呢?

当然，你也别兴奋过了头，把可回收的垃圾投错了“家”——不可回收垃圾桶。这种垃圾桶与前一种垃圾桶又不同了：它只接受不能够回收再利用的垃圾。比如说砖瓦陶瓷、渣土、卫生间废纸、纸巾等。这些垃圾最后都会根据垃圾的特性用焚烧或者填埋的方式处理。

我曾经在报纸上看过一幅画：我们的地球上到处堆满了垃圾，地球伤心地哭了。画的下面有一行用绿色水彩笔写成的字：不要让我们的地球母亲哭泣!

最后，我想说，希望人人都爱护我们的地球，就像那幅画上所说的一样。垃圾分类，从我做起!

“先生，扔错了，矿泉水瓶是可回收垃圾，不是干垃圾。”“哎呀，小题大做，我还有事！”年轻人踱着步子快速离开，旁边的志愿者的脸上布满了细细密密的汗珠，伸出粗糙的大手从垃圾桶中捡起了那个瓶子。

一旁的我看得很不是滋味，自从上海开展垃圾分类以来，这样的情景真是屡见不鲜，人们不愿意踌躇于脏兮兮的垃圾桶旁，也不愿意自觉的将垃圾分类。注视着花花绿绿的垃圾桶，我仿佛再次身处异地，耳畔中又猛地涌现了那句“我可以帮你吗”。

去年暑假，我去德国旅游。在一个小城镇旁，妈妈让我自己处理饭后的纸袋。我走到五颜六色的垃圾桶旁，顿时手足无措：垃圾桶一共有七个，都有着不同的颜色，上面写着德语，我难以读懂。看着旁边的德国人熟练地将垃圾投入不同的垃圾桶，我更是感觉难堪不已。

“我可以帮你吗？”一串不算流利的英语流入了我的耳朵。我猛地回过神来，站在面前的是一位与我同龄的小女孩，一边向我问好，一边将苹果核扔进绿色的垃圾桶。“啊，请问你能告诉我怎样处理废纸带吗？”英文中夹杂着一些德语，我根本不知道她的意思。热气不断地触向我的皮肤，在她多次的解释以后，我更加困惑。她的眼睛被太阳照得睁不开，眯成了一条小缝。见我如此，便将我手中的垃圾拿走，将吸管熟练地拣出，放进黑色的垃圾桶，又将所有的纸袋丢入蓝色的垃圾桶。她又向我介绍起了其他的垃圾桶，过程真是漫长啊，我努力想理解她的意思，效果却不尽人意。阳光如同辣油，浇在我的身上，燥热令我渐渐地不耐烦了。半晌，她终于结束了她的介绍，这时，她已经口干舌燥了，汗水如同胶水一般，将她暗棕色的头发粘在她的脸颊上。我打开了深蓝色的垃圾桶，但却目瞪口呆：所有纸质垃圾都是清一色地躺在垃圾桶中，竟没有一点点错误垃圾的投放！

之前的烦躁被某种说不出的自责驱赶得不留痕迹，我深深地感到了我和她在垃圾分类上的认知的不同，她深蓝色的眼睛后面，映的是环境的未来，而我的则是不耐烦……

内疚把我拉回了现实，我心底传来一个声音：“环境是大事，扔垃圾是小事，大事要从小事做起。”垃圾分类，它不仅是一个用来改善环境的政策，还是一种公民素质的体现！在上海这样享有高度文明的城市，人们不应该自觉、一丝不苟地完成垃圾分类吗？只有让更多的人了解垃圾分类、学会垃圾分类，上海才能变成一座更加美丽的国际大都市啊！

垃圾桶边，一位比我小几岁的孩子，拿着玻璃瓶，踌躇不前，好像遇到了难题，转头望向我，轻轻地说了一句“大哥哥”却又胆怯地欲言又止，我微笑着走向前去“我可以帮助你吗……”

一天，我在小路边散步，看见一个小男孩手里拿着一个破碎的塑料杯子，呆呆地愣在两个垃圾桶旁。我走过去一看，原来那两个垃圾桶分别装“可回收垃圾”与“不可回收垃圾”。我推测他在想：塑料杯子是属于可回收垃圾还是不可回收垃圾呢？后来，他也不管三七二十一，随便将塑料杯子丢进了不可回收垃圾的桶里。我不动声色，默默地目睹了一切，悄悄地走开了。

回到家，我立刻咨询了电脑。发现塑料杯子原来属于可回收垃圾。但男孩却把塑料杯子误认为不可回收垃圾，为塑料瓶子找错了家，认错了妈妈。其实在生活中，这种现象还少吗？因为人们对可回收垃圾与不可回收垃圾的了解太少，所以在扔垃圾时经常弄淆垃圾的类型。以前，大家总在倡议“不要随手乱丢垃圾”。如今，这种不良现象有了明显的改善，但又一大难题来了：扔垃圾也得分分类。但人们对这种坏现象总是不够重视，致使这种现象如同病毒一般不断地多。这该怎么办呢？我上网查找了垃圾分类的好处，垃圾分类不仅可以利用好有利的资源，而且与环境也起着重要的关联。但生活中，总有些人怕麻烦，经常给垃圾乱分类，这就会产生不好的效果。所以我希望大家能重视起垃圾分类，实施起垃圾分类，并给垃圾正确地分类。在此，我提出几点倡议：

1推荐没有实施垃圾分类的家庭与地区践行起来；已经实施垃圾分类的家庭与地区尽量做到给垃圾正确分类。

2希望大家多上网了解垃圾分类的好处。

3希望大家增强对“可回收垃圾”与“不可回收垃圾”的理解，多多了解这两种不同类型的垃圾。

4当大家遇到一些“不知道某垃圾属于哪种类型的人”时，能帮助他们正确地区分垃圾。

5希望更多的人加入到我们的行列，呼吁大家“实施垃圾分类，共创美好家园”。

为了创造美好的家园，我们倡议更多的人加入到“实施垃圾分类”的队伍，为家园增添一丝美丽，为地球增多一些环保。相信在我们的共同努力下，未来一定充满阳光与希望，成为一片蔚蓝晴空。
