地球是我们唯一的赖以生存的美丽家园。但在世界的一些国家，包括我们中国。经济和生活水平的提高直接带来的就是垃圾量的激增，就拿我们**这样的小城市来说吧：**城区人口约为60万人，统计数据显示，我国人均生活垃圾日产量为 1—1.2kg，我市仅城区垃圾的日产量近700吨，目前处理垃圾的方法通常是先被送到堆放场，然后再进行填埋。垃圾填埋不仅费用高昂，而且要浪费大量土地，更可怕的是，由于不能妥善地处理垃圾，可能导致疾病流行。因此，垃圾滋生已成为我国继能源、交通、工业三废之后又一重大难题，形势严峻，刻不容缓。

目前我们中国的大部分垃圾还是依靠填埋的方法来进行处理，这样虽然很方便，但会污染地下水、地表水、土壤及空气。为了减少资源浪费，我们应做到垃圾分类投放。垃圾的一共可分为四大类：可回收垃圾、有害垃圾、厨余垃圾和其他垃圾。在日常生活中常见的可回收垃圾主要有：废纸：报纸、书本纸、包装用纸、办公用纸、广告用纸、纸盒等;

塑料：各种塑料袋、塑料泡沫、塑料包装、一次性塑料餐盒餐具、硬塑料、塑料杯子、矿泉水瓶等;玻璃：玻璃瓶和碎玻璃片、镜子、灯泡、暖瓶等;金属：易拉罐、铁皮罐头盒、牙膏皮等。布料：主要包括废弃衣服、桌布、毛巾、布包等。这类垃圾可以重复使用，减少污染。有害垃圾是指废电池、废日光灯管、废水银温度计、过期药品等，这些垃圾则需要特殊的安全处理方法。厨余垃圾一般是指剩菜剩饭、骨头、菜根菜叶、果皮等食品类废物，这种垃圾可采用堆肥的方式处理，每吨可生产0.3吨有机肥料。其他垃圾是砖瓦陶瓷、渣土、卫生间废纸、纸巾等难以回收的废弃物，采取卫生填埋可有效减少对地下水、地表水、土壤及空气的污染。

鸟儿“叽叽喳喳”的在树上愉快地歌唱着。阳光是一个化妆师，它给大地穿上一套金灿灿的衣服，给小草化了妆，显得更加生机勃勃，他还从树枝间悄然落下，给衣服增加了几些雅致的花纹。“咚！“砰！”什么声音？循声望去，只见那人在玻璃门后拿了一只垃圾袋，全神贯注的“瞄准”着。“咚！”垃圾袋撞到了垃圾桶。他不管有没有扔进就拍拍手走人了。

这一种情景在我们生活中也许是司空见惯的。同样司空见惯的还有垃圾分类。

垃圾分类，这已经提出好几年了，也倡导市民垃圾分类好几年了。为什么要垃圾分类呢？垃圾分类，是将垃圾按可回收再使用和不可回收再使用的分类法为垃圾分类。人类每日会产生大量的垃圾，大量的垃圾未经分类回收再使用并任意弃置会造成环境污染。垃圾分类的优点又是什么呢？1、减少占地：生活垃圾中有些物质不易降解，使土地受到严重侵蚀。垃圾分类，去掉能回收的、不易降解的物质，减少垃圾数量达60%以上。2、减少环境污染：废弃的电池含有金属汞、镉等有毒的物质，会对人类产生严重的危害；土壤中的废塑料会导致农作物减产；抛弃的废塑料被动物误食，导致动物死亡的事故时有发生。因此回收利用可以减少危害。3、变废为宝：中国每年使用塑料快餐盒达40亿个，方便面碗5—7亿个，一次性筷子数十亿个，这些占生活垃圾的8—15%。1吨废塑料可回炼600公斤的柴油。回收1500吨废纸，可免于砍伐用于生产1200吨纸的林木。一吨易拉罐熔化后能结成一吨很好的铝块，可少采20吨铝矿。生产垃圾中有30%—40%可以回收利用，应珍惜这个小本大利的资源。大家也可以利用易拉罐制作笔盒，既环保，又节约资。

垃圾分类，多么简单的一件事，多么美好的一件事。让我们从现在做起，让天更蓝，让云更白，让水更清，让人类有更加美好的家园，让我们的子孙后代有更好的生活。何以不乐？

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. As far as my ten-minute breaks are concerned, sometimes I take some simple exercise, such as having a walk with my classmates, or just a free chat to refresh myself. When the next class begins, I feel energetic again.
