那天阳光明媚，伴随着阳光我们踏上了征程。刚开始挺high的，毕竟从未有过此类经历，然而，才走了十几里路就没有了之前的那种兴奋劲。步子迈得越来越小，每一步都很沉重。脚也不看重任，每走一步都伴随着疼痛。随着时光的流逝，汗的挥洒，我们在车辆不多的路上一步一步的艰难地走着。此刻真的有放弃的冲动。但我没有放弃，因为我相信自己能行。几十里路算什么?正是因有了这次远足，才让我活的磨练意志的好机会，我怎能轻言放弃?心里这样想的，行动上也是这么做的。于是背着包跑了起来，好舒服!

在此之前，我从未觉得走路是这么辛苦的事情。虽然我们每天都在走，但从未因走路而觉得累。也许是从来没有走过这么长的路就不知道艰辛，所以认为没问题，不就是几个小时的事吗?

来回的欢笑与疼痛不必多说。通过这次活动让我感触很多。或许，对于我们来说，没尝试过就认为它很简单。然而，但当我们真正去做事才发现它并非易事。古人云：“每一个成功者的背后都有着无数的汗水和泪水。”

这次的远足将是我一辈子的精神财富，是我一个美丽的回忆。即使回忆中带有苦涩的味道，夹杂着汗水与泪水，但他认识我一个重要的回忆。一个永远值得去品尝与回味的一段经历。

通过这次远足，我深有感触：无论我们深信多么疲惫，坚持到底就是胜利，脚踏实地一步一脚印。阳光总在风雨后，总有一天会到达成功的彼岸，见到我的“太阳”。

“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。借问酒家何处有，牧童遥指杏花村。”这首诗是唐代诗人杜牧描写的清明时节的景像。这不，一年一次的清明节不就来了吗。

这天我们一家和二娘他们一家一起去给奶奶上坟。因为上坟的地方在郊区的一座墓园里，所以我们早早地上了公共汽车，向目的地出发，和二娘他们在那里的大门汇合；一路上，春光明媚。公路两旁的田野里有嫩绿的麦田、蜡黄的菜花、粉红的桃花、雪白的梨花……真是美不胜收，让我陶醉在其中，不知不觉，就到达了南陵的大门口了。

一下车，就看见二伯、二娘正站在那里。看样子他们已经买好了鞭炮、鲜花和香蜡钱纸等东西了。街道两边卖香蜡钱纸的小贩们都大声嚷嚷着到自家这儿来看看，热闹极了，就像过年一样……

走进大门，我们向奶奶的墓碑走去；不一会儿，我们来到墓前，我们首先是把白菊花和黄菊花撒在碑台上或两边的小草丛里。紧接着就要去一个类似塔顶的屋子里放鞭炮，等鞭炮放完后，我们就要点上蜡和香插在一个专门设置的小土罐里。最后就是烧纸钱了，在烧的途中，我们还说了一些保佑大家之类语。一想到以前奶奶对我那么的宠爱、带给我的快乐，想到她生前的遗嘱，我不禁油然而生起了我的思念之情，顿时泪流满面。

这一次的扫墓，真切希望奶奶在天上过得好好的!

Trees are very useful to people. They provide us with wood and other

products. They give us shade and they help to prevent drought and floods.

Unfortunately， in many parts of our country， people havent realized the

importance of trees. They cut them down at will. They are usually too lazy or

too careless to plant and look after new trees. As a result， the forests

continue to disappear.

Where there are no trees the rain falls on the surface， causing floods， and

carries away with the rich topsoil， in which crops grow so well. When all the

topsoil is gone， nothing remains but worthless deserted.

The big floods of 1998， in parts of China， have already taught us a good

lesson. So every one of us must love trees， protect forests， and keep on

planting trees each year.

Sacrifices of food and spirit money could keep them happy, and the family would prosper through good harvests and more children.

I always care so much about the food I eat, because my stomach is a little

week, so I can’t eat the junk food all the time. The healthy food makes me keep

fit so I eat it. Vegetable is very important, we should eat it every meal. The

fruit contains a lot of vitamins, it is in need. The fish is best for me.

As a child, I am very naughty and forget about what my mother tells me. One time, I go back home very late. When I see my mother, she smiles at first and then turns angry, because she has told me before if I go home late, I must tell her in advance. I let my mother heart-broken. I feel sorry and promise it won’t happen again.
