我的家乡是一个美丽的地方，那里有许多好玩的地方，有莲花山、翠微风、梅江公园等。梅江公园里树木茂盛，鲜花盛开。每到了节日的时候公园里就热闹非凡，因为那里有大哥哥大姐姐们在为大家表演精彩节目呢！

离县城大概二十多里远的地方有个叫寨头脑的小村子，是我爸爸出生长大的地方，爸爸常常对我说这个村庄才是我真正的老家，所以每到节假日都会带我回这个小村子里玩。村子后面是山，山坡上树木成林，遍地各种各样的野花。村子前面有一条月牙一样的小河，小河绕着村子缓缓地流着。河上有一座石桥。一群群小鸭子在河面上游来游去。清清的河水倒映着青山、绿树、小桥。

路挖好后，一下雨那条小路就泥泞不堪，大雨时就变成一条小黄河，雨过后人们要拿起清洁工具为水泥路做大扫除，吸取教训的人们才开始抱怨。抱怨有什么用，当初你们为什么不阻止他们呢？现在说有什么用呢？

开采就造成山上的土地流失，树林减少，我们中国本来耕地面积就少，还要浪费土地资源。而且他们挖好的石头运走，坏的就用挖土机倒在山坡上，现在山坡下的树林已经被滚石砸的差不多了。而且他们又挖了一条水道，把那些带石灰的污水排入溪里，溪水变浑浊，充斥着白沫。现在被污染的地方一只小鱼也看不见。再这样下去，那这个小山村就会失去以前的摸样：山上的树一棵一棵地减少，那些土地慢慢地流失，溪水严重污染，惨不忍睹。我们要是不赶快进行保护治理，那么这个“小世界”将不再美丽。所以我们要爱护树林，保护水土。只有这样做才能抑制住盲目开采，随意破坏所造成的环境恶化。因此我们应该竭尽全力去保护家乡，保护好环境才有好生活。

Dalian is my hometown. It’s a pretty city in the northeast of China, and it has a population of 5.3 million people. It’s on the coast. It has modern seaport and airport. It is known as the “pearl in the north”. Its scenery is so beautiful and the climate is so pleasant that travelers all over the world come to visit it . it’s famous for the seafood, the football team and the International Fashion Festival. Shanghai is the biggest city which lies on the east coast of China. It’s on the River Chang Jiang, too. It’s older, bigger and busier than Dalian. The buildings are taller and population is over twice larger than that of Dalian-13 million. The weather there is neither too hot nor too cold. I like to live in the country that the sun rises in the morning with the first golden light & the first sound from the cock.. 昨天回来我老家，一看到这静幽幽的瓦屋，我就忍不住去到处转一转，看一看。

我小时候在农村长大，对农村点点都情有独钟，这个小瓦屋很老，用砖瓦盖的，不算很大，但也不小，是我爷爷奶奶的家，坐个五十人开会准没问题。老瓦屋从外看，低低矮矮的只有一层，东南北三面墙还算完整，可是西面墙缺砖少瓦，破损不堪，但家里面虽然很旧，但不乱，反而更整洁。六年前餐桌在哪还在哪，木椅向北现在还是向北，全是记忆中的模样，我都怀疑这是不是博物馆。

抚顺曾以“煤都”闻名于世，有80多年的采煤历史，煤碳产量较长时间内居于全国首位。为抚顺的经济发展提供了重要的能源。许多开采后的遗址，就是最好的历史见证。抚顺的石油化学工业也比较发达。目前，抚顺已成为我国最大的石油加工基地，原油加工量和出口成品油在全国居于领先地位。除此以外，冶金工业，电力工业，机械工业，电子工业，建材工业，轻工业等都有了不同程度的发展。这是抚顺人共同努力的结果，是抚顺人的骄傲！

任何方面的发展都离不开有文化的人，都要以教育为前提。新中国成立前，抚顺的教育十分落后。城内仅有小学17所，中学5所，在校小学生3万多人，中学生不足2000人，文盲占居民总数的80%以上。学校条件和

教学设备之差也可想而知。解放后，抚顺人已意识到知识的重要性，教育事业迅速发展起来。从幼儿园到高等学校，抚顺已应有尽有。九年义务教育的普及更是成绩显著。目前，抚顺二中已被列人国家级重点高中，一中、十中、十二中都是省重点学校，为我们年轻的一代以至后人创造了更好的学习条件。

我市的文化事业也随着教育事业蓬勃地发展起来。从新中国成立之初仅有的一个图书馆，发展到9个公共图书馆，藏书94。7万册，各厂矿、学校的图书馆更是举不胜举。338个电影放映单位，6个艺术表演团体，4座广播电台，1座电视台，70座转播台，这些无不丰富了市民的文化生活，给人以精神上的享受。前不久刚刚举办的满族风情节活动，更是让人们大开了眼界，增长了知识，加深了市民对满族的了解，更感受到工写众不同的民族风情。

提起这样一个人物，谁都不会感到陌生，那就是雷铮。众所周知，抚顺是雷锋的第二故乡。抚顺的山山水水都留下了他的足迹，闪烁着雷锋的光辉，他生前的一举一动，都记录在了抚顺的史册上，成为抚顺历史上不朽的篇章。：为了让那动人的一幕幕能让后人来瞻仰学习，为了继承和发扬雷锋精神，在望花区修建了雷锋纪念馆，由江XX主席亲笔题写馆名。近几年，雷锋纪念馆经过了两次大规模的修建，使其更加完善。雷锋纪念馆以独有的雷锋精神和崭新的姿态吸引了大批游客慕名前来瞻仰学习，把雷锋精神播撤到每一个角落。做为一名抚顺人，我们更应该把雷锋精神发扬光大，让人与人之间充满关爱，让我们的生活更美好。

我们抚顺名胜古迹很多。其中，永陵是国家级重点文物保护单位。它是全国闻名的清代关外三陵之一，位于新宾满族自治县永陵镇西北。始建于1598年，陵内葬着努尔哈赤的六世祖、曾祖、祖父、父亲、伯父和叔父。红色的古式建筑被青山绿树环抱着，烘托出一种幽静的气氛，是历史爱好者的好去处。

高尔山公园修建于1983年，位于抚顺城北山，占地150公顷，群山环抱，树木成荫，是一个以自然山林，文物古迹和动物苑囿为主体的大型综合性公园。这里山川秀丽，景物天成，有唐代“新城”遗址，辽代古塔，明代建筑清代修复的观音阁，都保存完好。新建的金碧辉煌的长廊，歇山式的古亭阁“锁阳楼”，色彩鲜明的“双峰寺”，更为古香古色的高尔山增添了一道亮丽的风景。

另一值得观注的就是萨尔浒风景区，位于抚顺城区东部，总面积268平方千米。群山环抱着巨大的人工湖，云山淡淡，烟水悠悠，充满了诗情画意。加之一年四季不同景象的烘托，把风景区装扮得更加多姿多彩。景区内的铁背山、元帅林、罗台山庄疗养院等远近驰名，具有浓郁满族文化气息。每年都接待着众多游览者。但萨尔浒风景区仍有发展的潜力，可以更好地开发利用，增加可观性，以旅游业的发展促进抚顺经济的发展。

如今，抚顺各处都在修路建桥，这虽然会造成短时间内的交通秩序不佳，但这带来的将是抚顺交通事业的繁荣发展，也必将带来抚顺经济的腾飞。

抚顺日新月异，进步飞速，在不久的将来，抚顺将更加兴盛，更加孩荣。抚顺必将因为我们的建设而走向新的辉煌！

Li Yan, my best friend, is my classmate. She has big eyes. Her long hair is often plained. Sweet smile is often on her face, which makes her more lively.

Li Nan is very clever. She is good at her school subjects. She has won the school scholarship twice. I always take her as my model in study. She tells me that we should make good use of time.

Li Yan is kind-hearted and is always ready to help others. Any student in my class who has trouble in study likes asking her for help. But she doesn’t like others to praise her, because she thinks what she did is ordinary.

I feel proud to have such a friend.

我的挚友

我最好的朋友是我的同学李艳。她有一双大眼睛，长头发梳成了辫子。脸上时常有甜甜的微笑，使她显得更加活泼。

李艳很聪明，学习很好，两次获得学校的奖学金，她是我学习上的榜样。她告诉我说我们应该充分利用时间。

李艳很热心，乐于助人，班里同学学习上有困难，都喜欢找她带忙。但她不喜欢别人夸奖她，因为她认为她做的很普通。

我为拥有这样的好朋友而感到骄傲。
