Not only can environmental protection departments strengthen air monitor,but government should enact more strict laws and regulations.Moreover,Reduce pollution sources is the fundamental solution to cut air pollutants. For example,we can reduce the amount of fuel vehicles or close down high polluting enterprises.Developing green and energy-saving energy can lower the emission of smog.Last but not least, People should do personal protection.They need to reduce the time for outdoor sports and pay attention to rest in smog days.Everyone all over the country should take measures to reduce the smog weather. 家规很严格的，所以家里的规则必须要严格遵守一个家庭所规定的行为规范，一般是由一个家族所遗传下来的教育规范后代子孙的准则。家规也叫家法，国有国法，家有家规，就是指一个国家有一个国家的法律，一个家庭有一个家庭的规矩，这个规矩就相当于国家的法律。指家庭的规矩，做任何事都要懂得讲规矩。

最后，我觉得好的家风和家规每个人都要严格的遵守，我们小学生也要自己遵守好的行为规范，讲规矩，要正义。

Aerobic exercise is a series of activities which can improve our heart-lung function by maintaining longer, including running, bicycling, swimming and so on. It brings a lot of benefits to our body and psychology.

有氧运动是在长期坚持下可改善心肺功能的一系列活动。有氧运动包括跑步、骑单车、游泳等。这种运动十分有益于身心健康。Physically, taking aerobic exercise advances our physical health and reduces our agony. It promotes our heart and lung function by increasing their expansion and contraction, which is beneficial for resisting pressure from longtime labor or extra-strength work. And it improves fat consumption and metabolism, which lay a solid foundation for disease prevention. Meanwhile, it helps keep our body in a good shape by consuming the overfull calories.生理上，做些有氧运动可以提高我们身体健康，减少我们的痛苦。做有氧运动可增加心肺的伸缩，以提高心肺功能，有益于抵御长期的劳作和加班带来的压力。它还能促进脂肪的消耗，促进新陈代谢，预防疾病。同时，有氧运动还能消耗多余热量，有益于保持良好体型。Psychologically, acting aerobic exercise also conduces to our psychological health. We are able to be more confident and positive that we have capacity of doing something at the best, just like finishing our plans or achieving our destinations in exercise. There have been a lot of ways of acquiring knowledge. And the number is

increasing unexpectedly owing to the popularization of modern mass media.

However, reading books has always been the major and convenient approach to

knowledge. One may acquire most of his knowledge through reading books, since

they can be carried easily and read leisurely everywhere at any time. Another

equally important means of acquiring knowledge is through practice, especially

learning from others. It is unlikely for a person to get all-round knowledge by

merely reading books. As a matter of fact, genuine knowledge comes from

practice.

Although books and practice are indispensable to the enrichment of one’s

knowledge, other means shouldn’t be turned aside. With the development of IT

industry, people tend to hunt for knowledge by means of Internet. Internet is

changing people’s traditional approaches to knowledge. It has found its way into

every field of the world.

Some fish are forced to leave polluted water and are flying in the sky. But unfortunately, air is also so polluted that they have to wear masks. Each of them is crying, “Where is my home?” What a terrible sight!

Mankind has brought so much pollution. Waste is being poured into rivers and seas. Poisons to kill pests in farming and chemicals go into rivers and seas, too. Poisonous gasses from factories also make the air so dirty. The whole balance of nature is being destroyed as a result of our ignorance of the environmental protection.

Personally, man can not live alone on the earth. Should fish die from serious pollution, so would man! It is high time we did something to prevent such a scene from happening.

Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to form a small group, each group was made up of five students, the groups need to do a research, it is about how much people know about foreign country. In my group, there are three girls and two boys, at first, we did not know what to do, then I suggested our group take the cooperated work. As I and the girl are good at writing paper, so the two of us decided to design the questions, and the other three students are so active, so they like to ask people the questions. The research went go so well, we finished it in two days, thanks to the teamwork, we did well on the task. Recently, the news reported a fireman was retired and he handed in an

application for his dog, which had worked with him for more than eight years.

The fireman wanted his “brother” to go home with him, because the dog had also

came to his time for retirement. The story moves so many people, the

relationship between animal and human being is always the most touching. Dogs

are men’s loyal friends, their affection to master is pure and true. In the

movie Hachi, the dog spends all his life to wait for the return of his master.

Everybody can’t help tearing when they see this scene. The fireman and his dog

had been a team for many years and they are families. There are so many stories

like them, animal are our friends, the harmonious environment will be built if

animals and human beings get well along.
