When we judge a person, we are likely to think about whether he or she is

important, we should never break our promises, or we will be abandoned by

others. First, we should never late for meeting or date. When we make a deal

with others to meet at some places, we shall be there in time or earlier, it is

rude to be late and let others wait for a long time. I hate my friends late for

meeting, though they have reasons, they could have been here in advance. Second,

Finally, those who destroy the environment intentionally should be severely punished. We should let them know that destroying environment means destroying mankind themselves.

As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our

life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a

dream that supports my life.

I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks

and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green

grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh

I think we should understand that travelling should not be seen as something that is human-centered.

It should be understood that when we travel, we should feel honored that we could still see and enjoy the beauty of the world.

We, as a human being, should be responsible for the few of the remaining beautiful places in this planet. Being responsible doesn’t necessarily mean that we are required to do something grand for the environment. It’s those little things that matter the most. If everybody starts doing those little things, I bet it could change the world.

Knowledge can be acquired from many sources. These include books, teachers and practical experience, and each has its own advantages. The knowledge we gain from books and formal education enables us to learn about things that we have no opportunity to experience in daily life. We can study all the places in the world and learn from people we will never meet in our lifetime, just by reading about them in books. Australia is one of the famous Oceanian country. The country is famous for its wool production and seashore tour. As the climate there is warm and comfortable, many people spend vocations there every year. I’m a super fan of water entertainment, so I choose it as my destination.

When we meet difficulties, most of us will be feeling distressed, just like

the whole world is down and there is no hope for tomorrow. When we look back

after many years, the difficulties at that time are just small matters, only if

when we meet difficulties, like a popular song“How can we see the rainbow

without the storm”. Once I failed on the exam, I feel my world is over, I

My Experience to Eat Buffet

Today, after school, my friends asked me to have dinner with them, I felt so happy and went the restaurant with them. Then I found they wanted to eat buffet, I was so happy, because I always wanted to have buffet, I could eat a lot of food. As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat. I would go the wash room many times, so that I could continue to eat. Home is the place which we often need to build. In order to create a kind

of warm and intimate atmosphere, we must respect and understand each other. As a

member of the family, it is not right to demand perfection from each other. The

proper way is to cultivate flexibility, patience, and sense of humor. Parents

can be more open-minded and trust their children, and the children should

understand their parents pains. If we have spare time after supper, we may

often communicate with each other and talk about what happened in the daytime.

This type of conversation, called "small talk", is of great importance because

it often helps deepen the feelings between parents and children.

If we do so, I believe our home will always be sweet.

We all know that it is not easy to find a suitable work in the present society. But at the same time, more and more companies say the phenomenon of the brain drain is very serious. I think both the employee and employer should take the responsibility. But employer should take the most duty. If the company can offer a considerable welfare, there will be less staff leave their position. In general, most employees change their jobs just because they think their payment doesn’t equal to their benefit. If the employer can meet the need of their staffs, the brain drain will not be a question. By the way, the employee also should think again and again when hunting jobs to make sure finding his dream job. Then he would not regret after a few days. If both employee and employer do their best, there will be less and less brain drain.

我们都知道在当今这个社会的要找到一份合适的工作并不容易。但是，与此同时，越来越多的公司指出人才流失这个现象的严重性。我认为这应该是雇员和雇主都该承担的责任。不过雇主应承担大部分责任。如果公司可以提供相当可观的福利，很少会有员工要离开的。一般来说，大多数员工换工作都是因为他们认为他们的付出与收获不成正比。如果雇主能够满足员工的需要，人才流失将不会是一个问题。顺便说一下，在找工作的时候员工也应该三思而后行，确保可以找到自己想要的工作。这样就不会一段时间后就后悔了。如果雇主和雇员都做到最好，人才流失会越来越少。
