天气晴朗，阳光明媚，我和妈妈兴高采烈地提着货物，乘上了拥挤的公交车。幸运的是，我和妈妈抢到了座位。不一会儿，到站了，只听广播里一声响。“啪一-”门开了，只见一个阿姨挺着大肚子，提着货物，慢悠悠地走，上了台阶。我盯了好一会儿，觉得阿姨可能是怀孕了。车子慢慢启动了，有点东摇西晃，阿姨没站稳，一不小心就摔倒了。我又是慌，又是急，不知道该怎么办，心里不禁地打起架来：阿姨肚子里有小宝宝，手里还提着那么多的货物，况且还在人山人海的车厢里，她该有多难受呀！老师经常教育我们要向雷锋叔叔学习，妈妈也经常告诉我要乐于助人，我是不是该帮帮这位阿姨呢？可是，都这个年代了，阿姨会不会是装的呢？说不定只是因为阿姨太胖才摔跤的呢，那就太尴尬了！毕竞车上还有那么多人呢！我的座位上仿佛带了刺似的，提醒我要帮助阿姨。算了，不管那么多了，我自告奋勇地走，上前去，担心地问：“阿姨，您没事吧？坐到我的座位上来吧！”阿姨摇了摇头，亲切地说：“没事，不用担心，我忍忍就可以了。”我连忙回答道：“阿姨，没关系的，我一会儿就到了。”在我的耐心地劝说下，阿姨终于同意了。我小心翼翼地扶着阿姨坐到了我的座位上，阿姨小秘密地摸了摸我的头，周围的人都向我投来了赞赏的目光。我心里比吃了蜜还甜！

做好事不害羞，下车后，妈妈夸道：“你真有爱心，太感人了！”这次让座让我深深地懂得了：帮助别人，快乐自己，要对得起身前的红领巾！
