尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们，大家下午好，我叫xxx，来自10计科二班，我今天竞选的职务是：xx学院团委副书记。

前面几位同学的发言，真心让我看到了数计学院学生工作更上一层楼的希望的所在。他们无形中也给我给了我很大的压力，不过我觉得我们各有各的优势。萤火虫虽然没有太阳的光芒，可他却照亮了太阳所不能带来光明的黑夜!下面就请由我来阐述我做学生工作所具有的优势吧!

当然我的优势并不是跟前几位一样长得都潇洒倜傥，我的优势在这里(心中)，在这里(脑海里)。

首先，我有两年的学生会工作经验，

从组织部的一名小干事，到组织部部长。其中的经历很难用一两句话来述说。但是我想用用三句话做一个总结，这三点也是我对学弟学妹们的忠告：第一：学生会干部不是干部，是同学们的服务员，更是大家值得信赖的朋友。第二：要让别人成为你的最佳合作伙伴，你们得首先成为好朋友。第三：所有对你的批评甚至是指责都是有依据有缘由的。我觉得在学生会的工作中要处理好三种关系：第一：与同学之间的关系，第二：与同事之间的关系，第三：与上级领导之间的关系。在两年的学生会工作生活中，我没有把学生会当做是一个权利集中的官场，没有在这里为自己攫取自己的私利，我是把这里当做一个可以付出真心和真情的家，我一直认为：用真情是可以换来真情的。事实上，我在这里也交到了很多朋友!他们让我在学生会里在大学里不再感到孤独;在很多人大呼“伤不起”的学生会，我找到了自己的快乐!在很多人都感叹神马都是浮云的大学里，我找到了自己的价值所在!

其次我要说的是我自己身上所具有的品质与精神。

也许我不够圆滑，中国官场的厚黑学我连皮毛都没有吃透;也许我不够有魄力，在这里讲话都要拿出我向女孩子表白的勇气;也许我不够老练成熟，在学长学姐面前仍然是一个黄毛小子……但是我仍然有值得我自己骄傲的地方!你们可以怀疑1+1=2的正确性，但是你们不要轻易的怀疑一个在别人看来枯燥无味的组织部坚持了两年的老同志的毅力，不要轻易怀疑会为了工作经常熬夜奋战的老同志的责任心;不要轻易怀疑从一个不敢在人前大声说话的农村少年到现在的一个，在这么多人的讲台上侃侃而谈的老同学所付出的努力!也不要怀疑一个基本上不用父母负担自己生活费的少年所付出的艰辛!

当然我还有很多不足之处，我至今尚未处理好工作跟学习之间的矛盾，有时候过于感情用事，未能从大局出发;我的情商指数并不是很高，我用霍兰德情商测试的结果为：中等水平;我比较粗心大意，对细节的把握不是很到位。老实说，我的缺点可能比优点还要多，如果我要是全部说完的话，估计你们就要向我吐槽说：不给力啊，亲!这种场合下，我还是保留一下自己的形象吧~

说完了自己，接下来说说我对团委工作的展望。老实说，团委的工作，政治成分很大，一直都是领导分派任务下来，然后我们负责完成。当然团委本来就是上级团组织和学院各个团支部之间的一个桥梁。用计算机方面的知识来解释就是：团委是一个介于其他硬件和cpu之间的一个总线~ 但是我希望这根总线能够发挥出更大的效率，要集思广益，把这根总线变宽，更快。以前的团委政治色彩过于浓重，是一个：命令-执行-反馈的模式。但是站在新世纪的路口，理应用一种更开放的眼光建设新型团委。做到公平公正公开，每个成员之间都是平等的，没有鲜明的上下级关系，每个人都有贡献自己idea和发挥自己才干的机会。新型的团委模式是：反馈-集中-处理-分享。要把它打造成一个多核的cpu，就要充分释放每一个人的力量。要让团委的每一个成员都有主人翁意识，简而言之：钓鱼岛是中国的，团委是大家的!

The International Childrens Day (ICD) is celebrated in numerous countries, usually (but not always) on June 1 each year.

The ICD had its origin in the World Conference for the Wellbeing of Children in Geneva, Switzerland in 1925. As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. He is right. We always have great plans and dreams in our minds… too ready to achieve something grand thatChanges the world or benefits all of mankind .For example; we hate pollution and have made up our minds to find new energy sources that keep the environment clean. Yet we still litter on the ground. We complain about traffic jams, so we plan to build more highways to solve the problem, but it never occurs to us that our failure to follow traffic regulations is the leading cause of this situation. We are so concerned that the violence in the media has a bad impact on our children, we urge the government to set laws to protect them. But, do we, as adults, set a good example for our kids? We use nasty words and even spit on the ground in front of them, I dare to say, we harm more!

In my opinion, before we decide to change the world, we had better change ourselves first. As ordinary individuals, we do not have the power to change the world. But we can change our habit of littering, spitting, cussing, we can respect the environment around us, we must act as good models for our kids.

If each of us does all of these little things, all of us, millions and millions of individuals together, together we will be strong …strong enough to change our world!

So please, the next time you do something, think how your actions influence not only you, but those around you too, especially our children …and perhaps more importantly…our planet!

在我看来，在我们打算改变这个世界之前，我们最好先改变一下自己。作为一个普通人，我们其实没有改变这个世界的能力，但是我可以改变我们随地扔垃圾，随地吐痰的坏习惯， 我们应该学会去保护环境，我们应该为我们的孩子起好的表率作用。

如果我们每个人都能从小事起，那么千千万万个人力量汇聚在一起，那力量是强大的，足以改变这个世界。

Wow, what a dream it has been for Martin Luther King. But the changing world seems telling me that people gradually get their dreams lost somehow in the process of growing up, and sometimes I personally find myself saying goodbye unconsciously to those distant childhood dreams.

However, we meed dreams. They nourish our spirit; they represent possibility even when we are dragged down by reality. They keep us going. Most successful people are dreamers as well as ordinary people who are not afraid to think big and dare to be great. When we were little kids, we all dreamed of doing something big and splashy, something significant. Now what we need to do is to maintain them, refresh them and turn them into reality. However, the toughest part is that we often have no ideas how to translate these dreams into actions. Well, just start with concrete objectives and stick to it. Don’t let the nameless fear confuse the eye and confound our strong belief of future. Through our talents, through our wits, through our endurance and through our creativity, we will make it.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today.

我的竞选目标是文娱委员。实不相瞒，对这一最“高”级别的“文艺部长”一职我是垂涎已久，因此，我今天走上讲台，不是凑凑热闹，而是有备而来。我自信，我的竞争优势是无人能比的。?

我曾在小学和初中阶段长期担任班级文娱委员，有着“从政”的丰富经验。记得在小学三年级时，为迎接我县撤县建市，学校要求每班出几个节目。我组织全班同学积极投入，排演了大合唱《让我们荡起双桨》和小品《爷爷，过年了》，赢得了一致好评，我也因此而获得“最佳小导演”称号。初中阶段，我所组织的“诗朗诵”活动获学校评选的一等奖。好汉莫提当年勇，而今勇气胜当年。当然，会唱歌不一定就能当好文娱委员。那么下面就请各位听听如果我当上文娱委员将采取的几大措施。我将在竞选成功后发表就职演说的第二天，在教室后墙上开辟一块“歌迷影迷园地”，及时向大家报道歌坛、影坛新动态、新信息，介绍歌星、影星的轶闻趣事。我将在重要的节曰里，组织主题鲜明、风格独特的联欢晚会，让大家尽情尽兴，以松弛一下平时绷得过紧的神经，调剂我们紧张的学习生活。我还会不定期地在课间搞个“轻松五分钟”，或让未来歌星过把瘾，或让准笑星幽他一默，或设计几个“斯芬克斯之谜”让大家有奖竞猜。如果条件允许，我还准备搞个小型的“文艺沙龙”，不定期地切磋艺事。并且每隔一段时间就交换一下各自的磁带、影碟什么的，实行“资源共享”。我将定期召开学生代表会议，及时反映对班级“文化生活”的意见，并根据合理的意见不断改进工作。?

总之，我会让每一个同学明显地感到，自从我当上文娱委员后，班级的艺术气氛明显变得浓厚了，大家的学习生活也不再是枯燥无味的了：“不一样，不一样，就是不一样。”我将用自己的实际行动证明我当文娱委员就是“无可替代”。?

我是金文沁，今天来这里竞选班长，希望大家能够支持我。如果我选上了班长，我一定会尽力把班级管好，做出最大的贡献，大家一起齐心协力地把班级树立起来，成为海盐县的“领头雁”班级!假如我竞选上了，我一定会为班级作出以下几点，并努力去完成以下几点的：

1、为班级的事事作出我所有的最大的贡献，永不泄气，一定会尽力去完成这一件事情的。

2、每天很早到学校，带领全班晨读，阅读课外书、讲一个主题，学英语、做作业等。

3、做好大家的学习的好榜样，成绩不会一落千丈，而是在平稳的一条线上，或是直线上升，不做大家的坏榜样!

4、在班级有任何需要的时候，我会第一个举手，去帮助班级，把这件事情变得妥妥当当的，不会有任何漏洞的。

5、我永远不会为班级拉后腿，但是我会为班级争光，添加一份荣耀，永不言败永远会催促着我。

6、在课间，我不会让班级某些同学有不良行为(包括我自己)，我会加严管理他们，对于课间习惯不良的同学，我会对他们进行变善措施，让他们变得更好，更文明!

7、对于那些学习成绩比较差的同学，我会对他们进行补习，不会让他们的成绩更差，只会让他们的成绩变得更加好，如果还是这样的话，我不会三心二意，而会一心一意地把他们搞好，让他们的成绩直线上升，成为一位名副其实的高材生!

When early man invented clothes,he probably wanted to keep warm.I am sure he never intended that it should become as elaborate as it has become today.For many a year,traditional clothes and modern clothes have been in competition as to which of them make the wearer more beautiful.But it does seem that a lot of modern clothes are simpler and more practical.Perhaps we are moving back to the age of cavemen who wore clothes for practical purposes.

Modern clothes are definitely more practical as against traditional clothes.Almost all people now wear modern clothes.Nowadays even more and more people wear casual clothes.Jeans are everywhere except at formal parties.T-shirts are common,too.They look comfortable and fashionable.However,there are also a lot of people who take the trouble to dress well in formal clothes like shirts,trousers and suits.I find them smart,too.

But then,it is important to hold on to our topic.In my opinion,each type of dress has its place.Modern clothes are ideal for most situations,while casual clothes are worn more freely.As to traditional clothes,they must be worn for special occasions
