首先，我有两年的学生会工作经验，

从组织部的一名小干事，到组织部部长。其中的经历很难用一两句话来述说。但是我想用用三句话做一个总结，这三点也是我对学弟学妹们的忠告：第一：学生会干部不是干部，是同学们的服务员，更是大家值得信赖的朋友。第二：要让别人成为你的最佳合作伙伴，你们得首先成为好朋友。第三：所有对你的批评甚至是指责都是有依据有缘由的。我觉得在学生会的工作中要处理好三种关系：第一：与同学之间的关系，第二：与同事之间的关系，第三：与上级领导之间的关系。在两年的学生会工作生活中，我没有把学生会当做是一个权利集中的官场，没有在这里为自己攫取自己的私利，我是把这里当做一个可以付出真心和真情的家，我一直认为：用真情是可以换来真情的。事实上，我在这里也交到了很多朋友!他们让我在学生会里在大学里不再感到孤独;在很多人大呼“伤不起”的学生会，我找到了自己的快乐!在很多人都感叹神马都是浮云的大学里，我找到了自己的价值所在!

其次我要说的是我自己身上所具有的品质与精神。

也许我不够圆滑，中国官场的厚黑学我连皮毛都没有吃透;也许我不够有魄力，在这里讲话都要拿出我向女孩子表白的勇气;也许我不够老练成熟，在学长学姐面前仍然是一个黄毛小子……但是我仍然有值得我自己骄傲的地方!你们可以怀疑1+1=2的正确性，但是你们不要轻易的怀疑一个在别人看来枯燥无味的组织部坚持了两年的老同志的毅力，不要轻易怀疑会为了工作经常熬夜奋战的老同志的责任心;不要轻易怀疑从一个不敢在人前大声说话的农村少年到现在的一个，在这么多人的讲台上侃侃而谈的老同学所付出的努力!也不要怀疑一个基本上不用父母负担自己生活费的少年所付出的艰辛!

当然我还有很多不足之处，我至今尚未处理好工作跟学习之间的矛盾，有时候过于感情用事，未能从大局出发;我的情商指数并不是很高，我用霍兰德情商测试的结果为：中等水平;我比较粗心大意，对细节的把握不是很到位。老实说，我的缺点可能比优点还要多，如果我要是全部说完的话，估计你们就要向我吐槽说：不给力啊，亲!这种场合下，我还是保留一下自己的形象吧~

说完了自己，接下来说说我对团委工作的展望。老实说，团委的工作，政治成分很大，一直都是领导分派任务下来，然后我们负责完成。当然团委本来就是上级团组织和学院各个团支部之间的一个桥梁。用计算机方面的知识来解释就是：团委是一个介于其他硬件和cpu之间的一个总线~ 但是我希望这根总线能够发挥出更大的效率，要集思广益，把这根总线变宽，更快。以前的团委政治色彩过于浓重，是一个：命令-执行-反馈的模式。但是站在新世纪的路口，理应用一种更开放的眼光建设新型团委。做到公平公正公开，每个成员之间都是平等的，没有鲜明的上下级关系，每个人都有贡献自己idea和发挥自己才干的机会。新型的团委模式是：反馈-集中-处理-分享。要把它打造成一个多核的cpu，就要充分释放每一个人的力量。要让团委的每一个成员都有主人翁意识，简而言之：钓鱼岛是中国的，团委是大家的!

大家好！今天我要竞选的是语文课代表。因为我热爱写字，字体对我来说就像是一串串美好的音符，带给无声的世界以快乐；又像衣服上的小饰品，它们虽小，却给衣服带来美丽；它们每一个都像闪耀着的星星带给深蓝的天空以明亮。

我叫许冰岩，我喜欢语文。是语文让我爱上了想象，在语文的世界里，我才感觉自己是快乐的、自由的、不拘一格的。

此时我想到了持之以恒伴随着我的好伙伴——汉字。它既不难理解，又最难理解，它的意义千变万化，各有千秋，又独具特色。它是我人生道路上的指南针，帮我走上光明，我把我的心声用它表现在了日记上，我沉重的心情在它的帮助下“解脱”了出来。汉字，我对它的爱可谓是“一日不见如过一年”。

我喜欢诵读，我希望用诵读来倾诉自己的那份五味的心情。写随笔对我来说，如同与一个知己聊天，又如同另一个自己倾听着我的心声，倾听着我的人生。记得有一次，一个同学误以为她的东西是我给她打破的，我十分难过，妈妈把我骂了一通。我没有了方向，我多么希望有人可以倾听我的内心世界，于是我把心里的委屈用笔尖倾泻到了随笔上。我的眼泪像吵了架的无处解气的朋友一样散开了，落在纸上变成了一朵朵冰冷的“花”，如同我的心声一样无助……

假如大家喜欢我，喜欢我笔下的朋友，就请投我一票。

假如不喜欢我，我的心情也不会有任何波澜。我的粉笔字可能不太好，但我一定会加油，让大家支持我。

有句话说得好：“知识就是气力。”正由于有了知识，在这世上才会有天才。既然我想当学习委员，我就会以身作则，在各方面严格要求自己，为同学们树立一个好榜样。在这些年里，我被评为了“三好学生”、“优秀少先队员”的称号，作文也经常在班上作为范文来读，还在全国作文比赛中获得了奖。在我竞选之前，我也曾当过学习委员，在治理的基础上有一些经验。我希看，我能凭着我优异的成绩，能得到同学的认可，继续成为学习委员。

假如我当选学习委员，我会在学校的活动中带头，从而加强同学们的积极性，使我们的校园生活丰富多彩。我还会帮助老师收发作业，使同学们按时得到作业，并且能按时完成。同时，我会虚心接受大家提出的建议，完善我自己。在学期末的时候，我还会召开一次会议，总结同学们这学期的学习情况，将其优良传统发扬下往。当然，也有不好之处，我会找出他的不足，并叫他们努力改正，争取下次做得更好。

假如我被落选了，我也不会气馁。由于当好一个学习委员确实不是一件轻易的事情，我会不断改善自己，把自己做得更好、更棒!

1、为班级的事事作出我所有的最大的贡献，永不泄气，一定会尽力去完成这一件事情的。

2、每天很早到学校，带领全班晨读，阅读课外书、讲一个主题，学英语、做作业等。

3、做好大家的学习的好榜样，成绩不会一落千丈，而是在平稳的一条线上，或是直线上升，不做大家的坏榜样!

4、在班级有任何需要的时候，我会第一个举手，去帮助班级，把这件事情变得妥妥当当的，不会有任何漏洞的。

5、我永远不会为班级拉后腿，但是我会为班级争光，添加一份荣耀，永不言败永远会催促着我。

6、在课间，我不会让班级某些同学有不良行为(包括我自己)，我会加严管理他们，对于课间习惯不良的同学，我会对他们进行变善措施，让他们变得更好，更文明!

7、对于那些学习成绩比较差的同学，我会对他们进行补习，不会让他们的成绩更差，只会让他们的成绩变得更加好，如果还是这样的话，我不会三心二意，而会一心一意地把他们搞好，让他们的成绩直线上升，成为一位名副其实的高材生!

Saying goodbye to childhood,we step into another important time in the pace of young,facing new situations,dealing with different problems……

everyone has his ownunderstanding of young,it is a period of time of beauty and wonders,only after you have

experienced the sour ,sweet ,bitter and salty can you really become a person of significance.thre time of young is limitted,it may pass by without your attention,and when you discover what has happened ,it is always too late.grasping the young well means a better time is waiting for you in the near future,or the situation may be opposite .

having a view on these great men in the history of hunmanbeing,they all made full use of their youth time ,to do things that are useful to society,to the whole mankind,and as a cosquence ,they are remembered by later

generations,admired by everyone.so do something in the time of young,although you may not get achievements as these greatmen did ,though not for the whole word,just for youeself,for those around!

the young is just like blooming flowers,they are so beautiful when blooming,they make people feel happy,but with time passing by,after they withers ,moet people think they are ugly.and so it is the same with young,we are enthusiastic when we are young,then we may lose our passion when getting older and older.so we must treasure it ,dont let the limitted time pass by ,leaving nothing of significance.

Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.

Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.

Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

Success Is What？What is successThis is an old topic. However,However, everyone’s  understanding of success is quite different. Some people think that having money, house, car, a woman is successful. Some people think that success is doing something that you want to do. Some even deny the existence of success, he thinks this world is not successful, only the endless pursuit.So I want to make a new definition of success: Success is something that people are very eager to do good things gained a sense of satisfaction and excitement. Therefore, we do things, no matter big and small, as long as you want to do, and through your efforts made, and you happy, then you succeeded. 在老师的辛勤培育下，在我们大家的共同努力下，我们四（五）班取得了很多成绩，赢得了许多荣誉，我们大家都应该为此而感到高兴。转瞬间，新的学期又开始了，为了让我们四（五）班在新学期中更加精彩，我决定竞选本班班长，我竞选班长只有一个目的，就是为“同学们服务”。

因为我曾多次担任中队长、副班长，不仅具有管理班级的能力，也让我深切感受到做好一名班长意味着责任与奉献。我认为班长就应当热爱班级事业，勇于为班级付出，关心班级每个同学，想班级所想，急同学所急。如果我能竞选成功，我会将特别为大家做好以下三件事：
