Im in my third year now in Environmental Sciences. And what do I want to do with my B.S. once I graduate? Become a librarian. 声声“知了，知了”的蝉叫，炎热的夏天到了。太阳吧操场晒得直冒烟，可同学们的心情并没有被打扰。凉亭下，走廊上，小池边，花园里，女孩子们轻轻摇动着手中的折扇，徐徐微风将他们头上的刘海吹了起来，男孩子们则调皮的爬到树上去捉蝉，还有人在池边戏水呢！

瑟瑟秋风，让秋天不知不觉的进入校园。教学楼下的两排枫树矗立着，像英勇的禁卫军，动也不动的守护着我们。树上的枫叶被风一吹，纷纷落在了我们的头顶上。心灵手巧的女生们将它们做成一片一片的书签。花园里的菊花都开了，个个争奇斗艳，像婀娜多姿的少女。可男生们一点也不懂得爱惜，将花儿都摘了，在楼上来了个“天女散花”！

刺骨的寒风带来了严冬。校园里最美的就要属雪景中的梅花了。雪花妹妹从空中飘落下来，像仙女在空中舞蹈，衬托了梅花的红。在沙坑旁有一排冬青与梧桐，顽皮的同学会拾起雪球，朝树上扔去。

为了提高文字效能，应尽量删去所有多余的字、句。在这方面，《EI》提出了两个原则：

2.4.1) Limit the abstract to new information(只谈新的信息)。

2.4.2) 尽量用短句(use short sentences)。

2.4.3) 描述作者的工作一般用过去时态(工作是在过去做的)，但在陈述由这些工作所得出的结论时，应该用现在时态。

2.4.4) 一般都应使用动词的主动语态，如：写成 A exceeds B 比写成 B is exceeded by A 更好。写完摘要后接下来就是英语毕业论文的导言段。
