In the spring festival year 30 nights, the spring festival party began, play sketch, crosstalk, singing any program, a show after the audience applause, until the middle of the night people are sleepy, the program is finished. 再过几天就是春节了，家家都在准备着年货，打扫着卫生，迎接着这个节日 的到来。

走在街上，人人脸上都洋溢着喜庆的笑容，手里提着大包小包，不用说肯定是新年的衣服。商场里，也是人满为患:有小朋友牵着父母的手一起买衣服的，有夫妻俩甜甜蜜蜜买衣服的，还有儿女牵着长辈有说有笑买衣服的，总之大家都是喜气洋洋的。

来到农村，杀猪宰羊……以各自的风俗庆春节，在有的地方还开始了集市，他喊一声买饮料，他喊一声买衣服，这边喊减价了，那边喊买二送一了，各个东西应有尽有，真是琳琅满目，热闹极啦。

到了春节的大年三十晚上，春节晚会就开始了，演小品、说相声、唱歌什么节目都有，一个节目演完台下掌声一片，直到三更半夜人们都困了，节目才完。节目完了，可人们还兴致勃勃，因为还没发压岁钱、放烟花呢!等干完这一切，差不多十二点了，小孩子们都拿着压岁钱去睡觉了大人要闲聊一阵才去睡。

第二天，人们又得起个大早，带着买好的礼物去走亲戚，亲戚多的要走好几天呢，少的也至少要走一天多。

春节真好，可以让人们忙碌的生活得到放松，也可以为大家枯燥的事情添上一些乐趣。

I go back to my hometown every year. Every year, its very busy. On the eve of the New Year, it is also called New Years eve. Every family is affixed with spring couplet, affixed "fu" word. It was sunny and warm day. I got up early. After breakfast I went to ..Mountain with my friend Li Lei. It took us about an hour to get there by bus. There were thousands of people. We joined them to climb the mountain as soon as we got there. We felt tired but we kept climbing. It took us about an hour to get to the top of the mountain. The wind was so cool and the scenry was very beautiful. We had a picnic and then we walked down from the mountain. We were very happy that day. In the evening, I surfed the internet and then read an interesting book. I really had a meaningful and happy day.

The Great Wall of China is called the "Ten thousand Ii Great Wall" in

Chinese. In fact, it s more than 6 000 kilometres long. It winds its way from

west to east, across deserts, over mountains, through valleys till at last it

reaches the sea.It is one of the wonders of the world.The Great Wall has a history of over twenty centuries. The first part of it

was built during the Spring and Autumn Period.

During the Warring States Period, more walls were put up to defend the

borders of the different kingdoms.It was during the Qin Dynasty that the kingdom of Qin united the dif ferent

parts into one empire.

modern machines.

All the work was done by hand. Thousands of men died and were buried under

the wall they built. The Great Wall was made not only of stone and earth, but of

the flesh and blood of millions of men.

Today the Great Wall has become a place of interest not only to the Chinese

but to people from all over the world. Many of them have come to know the famous

Chinese saying: "He who does not reach the Great Wall is not a true man."

The spring festival ia traditional festival for all chinese people. on that evening there ia vertraditional ceremony----spring festival gala, which ithe favorite for manpeople. it bringso much happinesto chinese all around the world .

when asked about their opinion on spring festival gala, people alwayreason differently. some people deem that it should be cancelled, while there are also other people who argue that it should be continued.

some people take it for granted that the gala should not exist because it itoo boring on the evening of the lunar new year. besides, the form of the evening seemthe same everyear. in comparison, there are, however, a large number of people who hold a different view concerning thiissue, theinsist that the gala must be continued. theargue that it ione of the most important celebration customs. and thethink the gala iworth expecting.

afar ai am concerned, i am intending to stand on the side of the latter group of people. admittedly, the former point of view seemreasonable, but the latter imore persuasive. taking the above-mentioned factorinto consideration, i can safelconclude that the gala just needa reform in the future but not to be cancelled.
