近段时间，读了荆志强老师的读《幸福地做老师》一书，颇有收获。特别是荆志强在谈到“开展生本教育的具体做法”一节讲道：老师是前置学习的精心设计者，要最大限度地把教转化为学，问题设计首先要浅入浅出激发学习兴趣要让学生能学。根本就是重点问题化，要形成问题串，知识辨析，问题导学。结合我校开展的《教学内容问题化》课题研究，谈一点浅显的看法：

前置性学习的问题设计是开展良好的课堂教学中必不可少的一项内容，恰到好处的问题设计可以收到预想不到的效果。在小学信息技术课堂教学中问题设计不是越简单越好，也不是越深奥越好，而是要根据不同的教学目标，来完成问题设计，那么问题设计要遵循哪些基本原则呢?

一、问题设计要有启发性， 举一反三有灵动

《论语-述而》中说：“不愤不启，不悱不发，举一隅不以三隅反，则不复也。”富有启发性的问题在教学中能揭示矛盾，唤起联想，引起思考，使学生学会利用科学的学习方式进行学习。而一些简单的“是不是”、“对不对”、 ……这种问题看上去学生能简单回答，实际上却不利于启发学生思维。因而教师应抓住教学内容的内在矛盾及其变化发展，精心设计具有启发性的问题来引导、启迪学生的思维，引发学生独立思考，使之应启而发。

二、问题设计要有针对性，贴近目标有实效

好的前置性问题设计具有较强的针对性，能引导学生一步步逼近核心问题，使学生在问题的引导下，有目的地进行学习，在潜移默化中达成教学目标，收获既定的知识、技能和情感要求。

例如在设计word《复制粘贴》一课的前置性问题时，可以这样设计：1.回忆学习《画图》软件时复制粘贴中学习过哪些方法?请写下来至少一种方法。2.在进行复制粘贴前必须要做的一个步骤是什么?3.复制与移动有什么区别?这样的问题设计层层深入，有针对性，使通过复习《画图》软件中的复制粘贴方法一步步接近word中的同类方法，做到举一反三，触类旁通。使学生在解决问题的过程中，逐渐掌握知识点，真正把课堂中可能出现的问题在前置性问题中就予以体现。到真正的课堂教学时学生就学得轻松，学得简单，学得到位。

当然一个教师要精心设计好前置性学习的问题，首先必须自己要对教材有深刻的分析，把握好知识点和教学的重难点，使问题导学有明确的学法指导。只有这样，才能真正地激活学生的思维，真正做到以学定教，提高教学的针对性和实效性。

今天我要给大家介绍一位新老师，在五年级这一学期里她将担任我们的英语老师。

他很年轻，23岁。他的名字非常潇洒——邴超。长着一头棕色的长发。一双葡萄似会说话水灵灵的大眼睛。一张樱桃嘴，一双灵巧的手。一身打扮非常漂亮，像动画片中我们我们喜欢的花仙子，可以用 美不胜收来形容。

我还记得他给我们上的第一节课时的样子。“大家好！我叫邴超，以后大家叫我miss邴就可以了”她那清脆的声音让我更喜欢她了。还记得一次，他给我们上课就觉得跟玩差不多，不仅风趣幽默，还让 我们学得更快更好。他让我们学会本节课的知识。用金太阳动画式来教我们，还给我门看了他在美国时的照片并讲解给我们听，大家都听入迷了。就连我们班最不爱听讲的小凡这节课都听的入神了。

Miss邴还利用自己休息的时间来给我补习英语。因此我从心里感激他。我以后上课一定要好好学习，老这么辛苦的给我补习，又时很忙都不能给我补又是在我补习时她都忙得不可开交还有他有时身体不 舒服还坚持给我补课，我千万不能把英语给落下了所以我要用好成绩来回报老师对我的关爱！我真想在这对您说声：“谢谢您！Miss邴！您辛苦了！我爱您miss邴！你对我付出了这么多，我到现在还没 有回报您，真是对不起了！还有我真想有一个这样的好姐姐。

My Englis teacher is a tall woman with long hair, big eyes。 She is very kind ,she always help us do a lot of useful things ,If we are in trouble ,she always help us to solve the problem .I love my English teacher,and I will never forget her.

我的英语老师有着高高的个子长头发，大眼睛。她非常的善良，她总是给我很大的帮助，如果我们有了麻烦，她总是帮助我们解决，我爱我的英语老师，永远不会忘记她。

暑假时，我买了一本名叫《绝不为老师和父母而读书》就让我给大家讲讲这本书写了什么：胡小闹在模拟考试中考了倒数第二名，不仅如此他还在电视台的采访大声说他想要快乐地玩不想学习。胡小闹的秘密让千千万万的观众都知道了，大家都在嘲笑他。但乐多多小学校长并没有笑他，并让他担任校长特派员，让全校的学生快乐学习。后来发生了许多的故事，胡小闹明白我们应该为自己读书。

看完这本书我深有感触，我是在为谁学习呢？为自己？为老师、父母？我陷入了沉思。最后，我发现我是为了父母和老师而读书。

为什么说我是为了父母而读书呢？因为每次我的学习成绩好的话，父母总会在别人面前称赞我。父母亲戚朋友也都认为我是个好孩子，父母在别人面前也非常有面子，我好像就是为了他们的面子，为了他们而学习。为什么说我是为了老师读书呢？因为有一些学生需要在老师的鞭策下才会学习。每当你考试成绩好，在一些比赛获得了几等奖，你的老师会喜欢你、称赞你。但我觉得我们应该为自己而读书，为自己读书才是真正的读书，为别人读的书都不是自己的。只有正真为自己而读书的人才会认真的去读，为父母、老师而读书的，就和监狱一样，老师和父母是管理犯人的人，给你布置着东西，这样的人就和没有灵魂的木偶一样，靠着木偶师的手指一引一转，来完成着各种各样的事。我们应该像文中的胡小闹一样有着自己的想法，为了自己而学习，为了自己的未来而学习，走自己想走的路，不要让他人安排自己的人生，靠自己闯出一片天下。

“为中华之崛起而读书”伟大的周恩来周总理曾经这样说过。是啊，我们应该为自己而读书，为中华之崛起而读书！
