在我的脑海中，经常出现英语老师那张熟悉、可爱的脸庞，在梦里也经常出现那个熟悉的背景，那就是我们和蔼可亲的缑老师。

缑老师年轻漂亮，在我的记忆里，缑老师是那么的温柔，那么的可亲可敬。有一天，我们班有很多人没有做起作业，老师把没有做起英语作业的人都叫了出来，老师挨个地打他们（她们），打了一半后，老师的手就有点红了，还有点肿，可是，老师还要继续打，打完人不是老师的两只又白又嫩的手不是就很就很红很肿了么，而且还很疼，那些不做作业的只会哭，他们（她们）也不看看英语老师的手有多红、多肿，还有多疼。

其实，老师也是为了我们好，如果他们（她们）现在不做英语作业，以后到了初中也不会做英语作业的，而且到了初中英语还是正课，还更难。所以我想对同学们说：同学们，你们想，如果没有了老师，我们还到哪里去学习知识呢，所以，你们要好好珍惜跟老师在一起的一分一秒，千万不要浪费时间哦！还有一次，英语老师突然没来上课，我听数学老师说英语老师感冒了，我心里就像和打了点一样，伤心的想，英语老师生病了，难道是因为我们么?老师，我希望你能早日康复，早一点来给我们上课，不过要病好才能来哦！

老师，对不起，我以后再也不惹您生气了，我一定会听您的话，每次，只要布置作业，我就会完成，保证让老师您满意。这就是我的英语老师！

老师是一种崇高而又神圣的职业。我从一年级开始我就想当老师，我也经常在想：如果我真的当上了一名老师，我会做一个怎么样的老师呢?

我想，我真当上了老师的话，我会做一个让学生感到可以亲近的老师。我可不会像有些老师那样，整天板着脸，装出一幅很严肃的样子，让学生感到我很可怕。因此，我的脸上每天都会有让学生感到温柔、亲切的笑容。

我想，我真当上了老师的话，我会做一个和同学们打成一片的老师。只要我有时间，我就会和同学们在一起玩游戏，开一些玩笑和讲一些故事给学生。这样可以拉进我们的距离。

我想，我真当上了老师的话，我会成为同学们的知心朋友，只要我有时间，我就会和同学们谈心，把开心与不开心的事情说出来。

我想，我真当上了老师的话，我会做一个让学生喜欢的老师。上课时间，我以不同的方式来为同学们上课。有趣的课程会让学生积极举手发言，让学生们觉得上课不再枯燥，还能让学生更加喜欢上课。

老师，是大家羡慕而又尊敬的人，在社会上的地位很崇高。从小学一年级开始，我就有了这个梦想。

我想当一个既温柔又有用的老师。有些老师在同学们没有完成功课时，不分青红皂白就开始打骂学生，甚至“出口成脏”呢!假如我是一名老师，学生如果不写功课，我会先问清楚原因，绝不乱发脾气。同学们又不会做的题目，或是有疑难的题，我会耐心的给同学们一一解答。

在学校里肯定会有一些比赛，我作为老师，不会每次比赛都要求同学们拿第一名我只要求他们尽心尽力、问心无愧的完成比赛。赢了肯定固然可喜，输了也没关系，只要他们尽力地、投入地去完成比赛就好了。

作为老师，肯定要大公无私。有些男同学老爱说老师偏心女同学，女同学功课没完成，老师就让她们补交上来;而男同学没完成功课就得遭受体罚，对此他们觉得很不满。现在我就要改变同学们对老师的看法，即使班长犯了错，也更普通同学的处罚毫无两样。即使是男同学功课没完成，也不会遭受体罚了，如果男同学一而再再而三的不交作业的话，我肯定会生气了，严重的话就打电话告诉他们的家长，让家长来解决。

老师就好比农夫，学生就好比幼苗，只有老师辛苦的栽培，再小的幼苗也能长成参天大树。
