一天早上，优优正在松树爷爷身上玩。突然，一阵呻吟声传来，优有看到松树爷爷皱着眉头，额头冒着汗，很痛苦的样子。它赶紧问：“松树爷爷，您怎么了?生病了吗?”松树爷爷闭着眼睛说：“我的右胳膊好痛，你快点帮我看看吧。”优优赶紧说;“好!我来看看吧。”优优左看右看，发现有几个小洞，心想：里面一定有虫子。于是，它把尖尖的嘴巴伸到树洞里使劲地啄，不断地东啄西啄，什么也没有找到。松树爷爷的声音更虚弱了，它断断续续地说：“哎呦，像你这样啄，虫子没有找到，我的右臂更痛了。”优优听了很难为情。它很后悔自己没有学会捉虫的本领。它急急忙忙找到爸爸。爸爸赶到后，安慰说;“松树爷爷，您别着急，我来帮您看看。”只见它停在树枝上，朝洞内仔细地瞧了瞧，果然发现了树虫。它用尾巴支着身子，用爪子抓住树干，稳稳当当地站在树干上，伸出它尖尖的嘴巴，伸进树洞里，然后准确无误地把一条条毛毛虫叼了出来。松树爷爷也露出了笑容。优优在一边不好意思地说;“爸爸，我一定认真和你学捉虫的本领，好吗?”爸爸大声回答;“好的。”

接着，爸爸就开始教优优怎样从基本功开始练习，优优也天天刻苦练习，它学会了先观察树上的小洞，再用嘴啄树干，听树洞里发出的回声，如果是“噗噗噗噗”的，就说明有虫子躲在里面，然后，会用长长的、粘粘的舌头，往里面一伸，虫子就无处可逃了。

优优坚持不懈地练本领，在树林里消灭了很多虫子，也成了一名“啄木鸟医生”。

Liu Kai is my classmate. He is a good student and always ready to help others.

One day on his way to school，he saw a little girl crossing the road. A car was coming towards her quickly and the girl was too frightened to move. The car nearly hit her. Just then LiuKai rushed up to her and caught her by the arm. The little girl was saved. She told him where she lived，and he took her home. There are some primary schools and secondary schools stipulate that the student bring the cellphone to school is not allowed. There is a lot of discussion about whether the students use the cellphone is good or bad.

有些中小学规定不允许学生把手机带到学校。这引发了很多讨论，学生使用手机是好是坏。

The supporters think the cellphone is widely used today, the students usually keep themselves in touch with their parents or guardians via the cellphone any time. As for the security issue, the cellphone is necessary. On the other hand, the students can use it as a tool of study. They can search the study materials on line by using the cellphone, it will cut down much cost of the time, make the study more efficiently.

支持者认为，手机在当今时代已经广泛运用，学生可以用来与家长和监护人随时保持联系，对于安全问题来说，手机是非常必要的。另外，学生也可以将手机作为一个学习工具。他们可以用手机上网搜索学习资料，这将会大大减少时间成本，让学习变得更加有效率。

And other people think that the juveniles is not matured enough to use the cellphone in the right way. There were some reports said that some students used the cellphone to cheat in the exam. And also, many parents found that their children would attain some inappropriate information from the net service on the cellphone, it is not easy to supervise that. What the worst result is, they become a cellphone addict, stick to the cellphone anywhere anytime.

而另外一些人则认为，青少年们还不够成熟，不能正确的使用手机。有些报道称有些学生用手机在考试时作弊。此外，很多家长们发现他们的小孩通过手机的网络服务会获取一些少儿不宜的信息，这并不好进行监督。而最坏的结果是，他们会变成一个手机上瘾者，不管什么时候、到哪都要粘着手机。

There are the advantages and disadvantages of the cellphone, I think the most important of all is how to use it as the best tool of our life instead of letting it control your life.

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December. It is a very happy day for many boys and girls. Before the term ends in some schools, the children act a nativity or “birth” play, showing how Jesus was born in a stable.

12月25日是圣诞节。对许多男孩和女孩来说，这天是个非常开心的日子。在某些学校，学期结束前，孩子们会表演有关(耶稣)诞生或出生的戏剧，用来(向大家)展示耶稣是如何在马厩里出生的。

On the twenty-fourth of December, all children are very excited. Usually they are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready. The younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or fireplace, so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in. The greedy ones even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents. Later that night, father or mother will put presents in the sock, and leave others at the side of the bed.

在12月24日这天，所有的小孩都很兴奋。他们常常被(父母)早早地赶上床去睡觉，以便他们的父母能准备好礼物。年幼一点的小孩认为圣诞老人将从烟囱或壁炉里下来，所以他们挂起袜子，方便圣诞老人把礼物放进去。有些贪心的人，为了能得到更多的礼物，甚至把枕套或布袋挂起来。晚一些时候，爸爸或妈妈将礼物放进袜子，并把其他礼物放在(孩子们的)床边。

On Christmas morning, the children wake up very early. Some even turn on the light at two oclock, and most of them are awake by six oclock, and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared. At about one oclock in the afternoon, the Christmas dinner is brought in. The turkey or chicken is quickly eaten. Children search in their Christmas pudding for new coins which are hidden in it. The rest of the day is full of games and eating until the happiest of all Christmas holidays comes to an end.

圣诞节的早上，小孩们很早就醒来了。一些人甚至在凌晨两点开灯，但大多数小孩会在六点醒来，孩子们在(大人们)准备晚餐的时候玩耍。下午一点，圣诞大餐出炉了。火鸡或鸡腿总是很快被抢光。孩子们寻找着属于他们的圣诞布丁是为了确认金币是否有藏在里面。在剩余的时间里，(人们)便是玩游戏和吃食物直到最开心幸福的圣诞节结束。

It is a celebrating day. I got in touch with Michael whom I have been losing contact for one year.

It is really magic. I was searching online aimlessly yesterday when an idea struck me suddenly: since Ben can find out my secret by keying in my name in the search engines, why can’t I do so, either?

I intended to find out something about Ben in revenge in the first place, but soon extend my name list to a wider category. It was then that I recalled Michael suddenly.

We have lost contact since our last correspondence in my senior 3. He mentioned to me in his last letter that he was preparing for going to UK to further his education. I, shamefully, was too busy to reply his mail then. When I was recommended to ZJU and won the final freedom, I thought he had already been in UK so I had no idea where to write him.

I used to think that we would never meet again. However, when I browsed the entries about him, I found out excitedly that he is still in P.R.C.!!

Without a moment hesitation, I ran upstairs to my dorm and found out my old address book. Thank goodness, his home no was still there.

After 3 times calling with no answer replies, I eventually got him on the phone. He was more surprised than I could imagine that when I asked for his hp no he was too nervous to remember it. :P Hehe.

Life is enjoyable in moments such like this. Old friends meet again surprisingly, on a road of their own ways to their dreams. they look at the face of each other, and recognize the old pal. It is such moment that makes me feel grateful to life: whenever I set off for a new destination, I see I have friends in the same direction, with whom I won’t feel alone any more.

古人重于一花一草一世界，把心情、把意境寄托在花开花落之中。回昔《红楼》，人面桃花依旧。黛玉葬花，一段千古绝唱。让黛玉的才情，黛玉的美貌与花相媲美。又让这名柔弱的女子有了寄托。让她的身世与花相连，为悲剧蒙上了一丝朦胧的韵味。花开必有花落，“花谢花飞花满，红消香断有谁怜?”红颜难觅知己，终究不知梦里花落知多少，空有满腹惆怅。

“至今思项羽，不肯过江东。”她是一位能写出如此豪迈、如此大气的奇女子——李清照。却在飘摇中感叹“风住尘香花以尽，日晚倦梳头。”只有眼前的花是最懂诗人的心情。知音呀知音，莫过于此。触景伤情，多少辛酸往事难以启齿。尽管春去花落年年如此，而今却是人事皆非，国破家亡，家破人亡，千头万绪。充满哀婉缠绵的情韵。

有人或许感叹古人过于伤感，或许自然的某种东西最能体现至纯至真。

花开花落，这是一种生命的轮回。春回大地，万物复苏，花开枝头，五彩缤纷，生机勃勃。花朵凋零，花瓣纷飞，何等烂漫，何等绝美。更有诗云：“落红不是无情物，化作春泥更护花。”这延伸到了某种不可名状的内涵。驳倒了人们一味的“落花有意，流水无情，”一味的“鲜花还需绿叶衬”。花纤弱的背后的内心如熊熊燃烧的火眼。看着是一幅精美绝伦的画卷，品着是一份久远就拥有的精神。

花开花落，这是一种心灵的期待。一个结束意味着另一个开始。故去的只能蓦然回首，只有明天才更有希望。于是见“落英”即已忘忧，大有茅塞顿开，神清气爽之意。不必悲秋伤春，两段相连，相依。花开花落两无言，此时无声胜有声。

那一天，风吹过，吹来花落的消息，落花只是秋风中的表情，浅笑的痕迹……

今天，妈妈带我去了丁桥的一个生态园摘水果，还约上了同学!

下午一点，妈妈就带着我、周婧、李晟和他们的妈妈去丁桥生态园了。坐了半个多小时的车子，就看见了一块《葡萄采摘园》的牌子，就知道到了。我们停好车，往里面走。我很好奇，那里面会是什么样子呢?妈妈说，现在只能摘梨子和葡萄。不知道妈妈说的是不是真的，先进去看看吧!我对自己说。

我们走到了里面，才知道：这里这个季节只能摘梨子和葡萄，梨子四元一斤，葡萄十五元一斤，摘葡萄的话要么有人和你一起去摘，要么就买票，她给你摘，梨子不用的。那里的人说：“现在人不在，要摘葡萄的话，要么等一下，要么买票，我去给你摘出来。”妈妈说“带我们出来时享受过程，不然我们想吃，直接买就行了，干嘛还要跑这么远?”在边上干等也不是办法，与是，我们就打算先摘梨子!

我们每个人都拿着一个大袋子，那是装梨子用的。我们走到一大片梨园里，里面的梨树上，都有好多梨子。看起来味道不错呢!要捡好得摘!我这样想，就开始摘梨子啦!妈妈说，看到的梨子又大，又有些红色的就可以摘，我摘了好久，那些梨子太多了，不过很好的没几个，好的都让别人摘走了。

梨子摘的差不多了，就要摘葡萄了。我们走进了葡萄的园，每串葡萄都有一个白色塑料袋套着，我们要看，那个人就把那串葡萄的塑料袋拿下来，我们如果要，那个人就会把葡萄剪下来给我们，就是不允许我们自己摘。我和妈妈选了几串又红又大的葡萄。

不一会儿，我们的袋子都装的满满的，大家兴高采烈的满载而归。

在日新月异的今天，手机已成了我们必不可少的物品。

手机，就像在生活的一支无形的手，一有机会就把你逮着，拉入想玩手机的欲望中。

大概在3、4年级手机进入了我的生活，我仿佛遇到了一片新大陆，我在一个漆黑的矿洞里，我不知道里面有这什么，也不知道有多奇妙，于我一点一点的去去探索、认知，掌握手机的玩法，我在矿洞里挖到了银，挖到了金，于是继续挖啊挖啊，挖到现在。

这之中我接触了游戏，接触了快手，接触了高效速读……我不能否认它们是坏的，也不能一口咬定它们是好的。或许玩游戏的确有危害到眼睛，但也教会了我们团队协作的能力;或许短视频的确会让人变得懒惰但也让我们开阔了视野。这里有很多的“或许”和“但是”。

手机使人们形成了一群“低头族”。他们在地铁上，在家里，在工作中，在餐厅……无时无刻都低着头，“享受”着手机的辐射。

也就因为这群“低头族”，很多人开始反对手机，有一些中学开始实行无手机模式甚至有一些家长有不让孩子接触手机的念头。但这世上从不缺没有胆量的学生，对着干乃他们一大特点，这样便形成了两派，“坚决反对手机”派和“坚决护着手机”派。

“手机会打扰你的学习，不准再玩手机了，给我拿来。”

“你看我不玩手机学习也一样差，跟玩手机不是一个样，还不如找点乐子。”

“你看看人家的孩子，再看看你，人家明明都不玩游戏还考了第一你有本事也给我考个第一回来啊!”

“……”

“两派”就陷入如此，无休无止的争执中。

我想如果“两派”退一步，乍一看手机非常好，但也非常不好，它好在它能让我们更利于沟通，却坏在了它给我们健康加上了一把新枷锁。

手机，虽然方便了我们的生活，但是我们也无法完美的控制它的害处。
