How I Spent My Summer Vacation The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

暑假有来了。我很高兴我能忘掉学校至少一段时间。免得我我浪费了这个暑假,我做了一个计划如何度过我的暑假。首先,我认为我应该复习所有我的老师一学期教的那些东西,这样我就可以有更好的理解。然后我想我应该参加一些不同形式的运动,如散步、跑步划船、让我身体强壮。它的原看在这样的一个很好的计划,我应该好好利用我的休假。事实上我也这么 做了,因此我没有辜负了我的计划。

很快，我们坐着长途汽车出了承德。我们现在要进入内蒙古地带，游览木兰草原。路上，我们看到了庙宫水库。浅蓝色的水，配着深绿色的山，非常迷人。感觉比承德要冷许多，因为这草原可是高原。

到了草原入口，有一座深绿的大山，上面写着“塞罕坝欢迎您”几个大字。上了盘山路，一会儿俯冲，一会儿直上，一会儿一个急转弯，像坐过山车一样。路两旁有许多金莲花，金色的花瓣，散发着一种淡淡的清香。路两旁还有一片白桦林，这在济南可是很少见的。

到了，终于到了，我们看到了草原。碧绿的草原一望无际，牛、羊、马依稀可辨，草原边上开着各种颜色的野花。

我们住的是红楼宾馆。红楼宾馆住宿有蒙古包和楼房。我毫不犹豫地选择了楼房，因为住蒙古包虽然新鲜，但是露天的，晚上很冷。晚上，我们逛了超市，买了草原特有的奶酪和马奶酒，不错。

第二天早晨，我们参观了月亮湖。听导游说，《还珠格格》曾经在这里拍摄过。我努力望了望这个月亮湖，也看不出怎么像月亮，我也不确定。妈妈似乎很喜欢这个月亮湖，在那儿拍了许多照片。

下午，伯伯问大家：“我们是去吃烤全羊，还是去骑马、射箭、滑草？”大家在吃与玩中徘徊着。最后，大家一致决定，骑马、射箭、滑草！

很快，司机开车把我们拉到了乌兰布统，我们进了围场。大家骑上了马，这些马都很老实，也很胆小，容易受到惊吓。于是，我小心翼翼地上了马。听牵马的人说，我骑的马价值五六千元呢！它已经是一位母亲了，身后跟着一匹白棕色的小马。那匹小马还不时来吃几口奶，显然还在哺乳期。

下了马，我们去射箭。也不知怎么一回事，我拉弓时总也使不上劲，箭总是射不中靶心，我就干脆不射了，拉着妈妈去滑草。滑草是一种很刺激的游戏，需要人坐在澡盆一样的盆里，从高高的山坡上滑下来。在半山腰时滑得特别快，风把我的眼泪都吹出来了。滑完草，我突然上瘾了，但还是被妈妈拉走了。

接着是漂流，我们来到了界河，界河的水还没有我的脚腕高。只听阿姨大喊“放水”，水才渐渐升高，直至膝盖。我上了充气艇，闭上眼睛，小艇顺着水流缓缓前进。我低头一看，水面这么浅，即使我掉下去也没事，上了岸，我特别高兴：真是愉快的一天啊！
